天津市犯罪青少年对作案难易程度的主观评价及原因分析

在青少年犯罪中 ,犯罪青少年对其实施犯罪过程的难易程度有不同的主观评价。评价的差异一方面受到犯罪人主体特征的影响 ,如犯罪人的年龄、性别及犯罪经历等 ,另一方面也受到犯罪实施过程的条件因素影响 ,如犯罪的组织形式、犯罪手段的运用、犯罪工具的使用等。以上分析从多个侧面描述和揭示了青少年在犯罪进程中所特有的心理状态。     

146例上颌骨额突骨折法医学鉴定分析

目的探讨上颌骨额突（PFM）骨折的特点及损伤程度的评定。方法从鼻外伤的法医鉴定案例中，选取CT扫描诊断为PFM骨折的146例鉴定资料进行回顾性分析。结果在146例中，PFM骨折伴移位成角134例，其中左侧PFM骨折（82例）多于右侧（49例），复合骨折多于单纯骨折。PFM复合骨折多为PFM骨折伴发鼻骨骨折（88例），伴发2个骨骨折26例，伴发3个骨骨折2例。结论PFM骨折极易出现移位成角，多伴有鼻骨、眶骨骨折。单纯PFM骨折，应评定为轻微伤，伴有合并骨折时应评定为轻伤。     

浅论完善我国法律教育之路

在现代法治社会,法律教育越来越受到重视。在推行依法治国的今天,中国的法律教育正 酝酿着一次巨变。但要达到完善并不是一朝一夕之事。本文通过对比国外几种法律教育模式,对我国 法律教育提出几点建议。     

对外汉语教学中的同义词辨析

汉语词汇系统中存在着大量的同义词。对于以汉语为第二语言来学习的外国留学生而言,同义词的辨析则成为他们熟练的掌握和灵活的运用汉语的一大障碍。同义词的辨析重在察异,尤其是汉语中的同义词大多只是存在着细微的差异。能否掌握这些细微的差异,是能否恰当地运用词语的一个重要基础。因此,同义词辨析教学是对外汉语教学中级词汇教学阶段的一个重难点。     

The MFA in Arts Management

Arts administration/management (AA/M) has evolved to the point of emerging as a mature academic field, increasingly institutionalized within higher education and demanding a larger and more highly credentialed faculty. Examining Master of Fine Arts (MFA) AA/M programs in North America, this brief study asks whether the MFA can serve as the viable credential for academically trained arts managers. The analysis suggests that no consensus about which advanced degree best reflects academic expertise relevant to all components of the field has been reached and that standards remain too unclear for the MFA to serve as a viable credential across artistic disciplines.     

First degree murder and complicity—conditions for parity of culpability between principal and accomplice

The Law Commission for England and Wales has published for consultation a proposal for an offence of first degree murder. A person found guilty of this offence whether as a principal or an accomplice will receive a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment. It is argued that the conditions for liability as an accomplice put forward by the Commission do not fulfil the Commission's aspiration for a "parity of culpability" between principals and accomplices. The discussion has general implications for the reform of complicity laws.

The discourse of disability in modern China

With the collapse of the imperial system, Confucianism rapidly lost its credibility and authority. 'Nature' was now conceptualized as a set of relatively impersonal forces that could be objectively investigated. No longer were physical bodies thought of as being linked to the cosmological foundations of the universe: bodies were produced according to biological laws inherent in 'nature'. Identity and ancestry were buried deep inside the body. With the spread of an alternative epistemology based on scientific knowledge, a new medical semiology of the 'monster' appeared, in which the causes of malformation were firmly attributed to purely physical factors. Malformed infants came to be symbolic representations of racial degeneration, while freaks embodied the disfigurement of the nation. Raising the spectre of racial extinction, many writers claimed that the poor physical quality of the population was one of the key causes of the nation's backwardness. The strengthening of the population and the improvement of the race were represented as the essential prerequisites for national survival.     

满意度和需求度二维耦合视角下的农村公共服务现状研究——以湖北省为例

本文根据2010年11月对湖北省3个县市624名农村居民的问卷调查及深度访谈所获得的数据和信息,从满意度和需求度二维耦合的视角对农村公共服务的现状进行实证分析。结果表明:农村居民对农村公共服务的满意度和需求度的评价不存在明显的相关性。以满意度和需求度的得分为观测值,运用系统聚类法将基本医疗保障等15项农村公共服务分为6类各具特征的公共服务。文章建议各级政府依据各类公共服务的特征及优先序,采取差异化的供给策略。

Estimating the preappearance interval from temperature in Creophilus maxillosus L. (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae)

Abstract: Some carrion insects appear on carcasses late in decomposition. While using these late‐arriving taxa to estimate postmortem interval, it is vital to accurately estimate an interval preceding their appearance on a cadaver called the preappearance interval (PAI). This paper tests the possibilities of a PAI estimation from temperature in case of late‐arriving, predatory carrion beetle Creophilus maxillosus. The relationship between temperature and PAI of adult and larval C. maxillosus was modeled using the results of a large‐scale experiment on succession in forests of Central Europe. In both stages, PAI was found to be strongly, inversely related to temperature averaged for the duration of PAI. The PAI estimation from mean degree‐day accumulations (mDDA), estimated DDA, and “PAI*T” functions were tested using external successional data. The greatest accuracy of PAI estimates was achieved using an exponential “PAI*T” function.
