利益认同：思想政治教育价值实现的基础

利益认同是思想政治教育存在和发展的前提，是实现思想政治教育价值的基础。在新形势下，要以利益认同为基础，促进思想政治教育价值的实现，就必须努力做到以下几点：一是加强义利观教育，引导人们正视各种利益关系；二是建立健全群众利益表达机制；三是从人民群众的切身利益出发，以实际行动全面满足人们合理的物质、精神生活需要。     

Evaluating the Effectiveness of Adopting Open Educational Resources in an Introductory American Government Course

In this article, we present findings from a grant-funded initiative to replace traditional, proprietary textbooks with an open content textbook under a Creative Commons license in the introductory American government course (POLS 1101) at Middle Georgia State University. We find that the use of an open content textbook led to somewhat negative effects on student learning outcomes and student course satisfaction, although the associated lower textbook cost increased textbook accessibility to students. We conclude with some suggestions to those adopting textbooks in this course and to the wider discipline regarding measures that may lead to more unequivocally positive outcomes than those experienced in this study.     

My Career as a Teacher and a Political Scientist: If I Knew Then What I Know Now

This article addresses my professional development as a teacher and political scientist throughout the span of a 15-year career in political science. Also included are reflections on graduate education and the compatibility and necessary dual focus on both political science and teaching in the academy today as it relates to my present-day professional position.     

浅析公民教育融入高校思想政治教育的可行性

公民教育以培养健全自律的、具有公民意识的公民为目标，因此与高校思想政治教育存在差异性。但是，随着思想政治教育的不断发展和改进，如今的高校的思想政治教育在教育内容和教育目标等方面又与公民教育有着密切联系。公民教育在我国进一步发展，也需要借助高校思想政治教育这个良好的平台。这就为公民教育融入高校思想政治教育提供了可行性。     

民国时期西康民族地区的农村合作运动

民国时期,西康省民族地区的农村合作事业得到了一定的发展。在省、县两级合作行政机构的推动下,西康省农村合作社及社员数量不断增多,合作社业务也不断充实。同时,合作贷款以及合作教育也有较大推进。农村合作运动对西康民族地区近代农村社会的发展和变迁有着重要意义,对西康地区各民族的团结统一也做出了积极贡献。     

论现阶段大学生道德教育

当前，大学生道德教育问题，不仅在全国高等学校，甚至整个社会都十分关注。随着社会经济的发展，以及受西方各种思潮的冲击，现阶段大学生的思想无可避免地受到一定程度的干扰。尤其是道德素质方面出现严重滑坡。道德教育在培养大学生全面发展的过程中具有十分重要的作用，因此，加强大学生的道德教育迫在眉睫。     

The dilemmas of pursuing ‘throughput legitimacy’ through participatory mechanisms

Under pressure to open up the ‘black box’ of governance, technocratic bodies are increasingly seeking to include civil society participation in the policy process. This article draws on empirical cases from the European Commission and NHS England to assess the extent to which the participatory mechanisms pursued by these institutions have been successful in eliciting ‘throughput legitimacy’. It is shown that though these mechanisms have taken very different forms – the former a classic instance of ‘window dressing’ participation, the latter closer to ‘best practice’ in this field – they nevertheless share a number of ongoing vulnerabilities. The article outlines the shared organisational, operational and existential dilemmas that technocratic bodies face when eliciting civil society participation, and highlight their reliance on backstage negotiation to sustain stakeholder buy-in. It concludes by highlighting the prospect that the pursuit of throughput legitimacy for technocratic bodies entails inherent limitations and contradictions.

习近平总书记在福建工作期间形成了极为宝贵的创新理念和重大实践。这些理念和实践具有前瞻性、开创性、战略性,其中“坚持以人民为中心”的理念和实践对民办高校思想政治教育队伍的建设有重要的指导意义。目前,民办高校思想政治教育队伍存在理论学习不深入、学生思想动态调研不充足、专业技能学习不及时、融入学生群体不顺畅、思想政治辅导员队伍不稳定、辅导员与思想政治理论课教师之间的思想政治教育不融合等薄弱点。针对这些问题,应将“坚持以人民为中心”作为民办高校思想政治教育工作的理念和实践,将一切工作的初衷紧紧围绕着学生这个群体,促进思想政治教育队伍的建设。     

消费教育：高校“两课”教学的重要内容

20世纪80年代随着中国经济发展,消费主义也开始涌入并悄悄地改变人们的价值观念、生活方式和精神信仰。大学生受到消费主义思潮的影响而产生了超前消费、炫耀消费、奢侈消费等不良消费方式,而这种影响尚未引起学校教育的重视。因此学校应加强消费教育,重视对大学生健康的消费观念的培养与塑造,引导大学生养成良好的消费习惯,这在当前国情下具有非常重要的意义。
