浅析实现行政公正的教育功能

行政执法不公正问题产生的原因是由于行政执法工作的自由裁量权和行政执法机关及其工作人员的素质差异双重因素作用的结果。行政人员的行政观念、知识水平与能力等都是影响行政公正的主要因素,都是造成行政不公正的直接原因。因此,实现行政公正,提高执法人员的素质无疑成为关键因素。

孔子一生从事教育,在教学实践中形成以德主教、智德合一的教育理念体系,最先打破学在官府的教育格局,兴办私学,积累丰富的教学经验,对当前的教育仍具有极大的资源性价值和可借鉴性意义。与此同时,随着时代的发展和社会境遇变动的,孔子教育理念也暴露出自身的思维局限。对孔子教育理念的价值进行现代审视,有助于我们对其做出辩证的评判和合理定位,进而更好地借鉴和传承。     

What does Brexit Tell Us about Our Understanding of European Identity?

This paper reports on a number of Eurobarometer surveys undertaken by the European Commission as a way of reflecting on Brexit and the challenges it poses to European identity. Our work with the surveys has been undertaken in the context of developing an educational game (RU EU?) which will explore European identity. European citizenship and identity have been strongly promoted by the EU but, while they appear to have been accepted at an elite level, the EU—and the UK in particular—have so far not constructed a narrative which has been supported by ‘ordinary’ citizens. Brexit has therefore exposed the failings of European elites in this regard. That said, there is some evidence that the complexities of Brexit have led to a strengthening of European identity in the other EU 27 countries.

毛泽东的群众观内涵十分丰富。毛泽东的群众观重视人民群众在革命、建设中的主体地位,要求正确处理领导和群众的关系,强调人民利益高于一切。这对于当前深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动具有重要指导意义:利于寻找影响党群、干群关系突出的"四风"问题的思想根源以及群众路线教育实践活动长效机制建设的路径选择。     

从“弑师案”看校园犯罪发展趋势及原因分析

上世纪90年代末期，人们对校园犯罪的讨论以及暴露出来的校园犯罪案件大多集中在学生对学生的犯罪和教师对学生的犯罪，尤以教师对学生的性犯罪较为突出。但近年来，校园犯罪形式发生新的变化，学生在校园犯罪中的地位日渐从受害者变为加害者。而教育惩戒权的不当使用正是这种变化的诱因之一。     

Risk Factors Associated with the Chronicity of High Potential for Child Abuse and Neglect

The present 4-year follow-up study involves 56 mothers who were evaluated by social agencies as being abusive and neglectful or at high risk for child abuse and neglect. The aim of the study is to analyze the relationship between psychosocial risk factors (relating to the history and current situation of the mothers) that were present at the time the families were initially recruited and the fact that some of the mothers continue to show a high potential for child abuse and neglect (chronic abuse and neglect), whereas others were able to overcome the problem (transitory abuse and neglect). Results indicate that the following variables are particularly associated with situations involving chronic problems of abuse and neglect: initial level of severity of potential for abuse and neglect; dual-parent status; a large number of children at the time of intervention (3.13 times more risk of chronicity for large families); the fact that as a child the mother herself had been placed in a foster home (3.7 times more risk); that she had been sexually abused (3.5 times more risk); and that as an adolescent she had run away from home (3.02 times more risk). Our results indicate that mothers who have a combination of more than eight risk factors are four times more likely to be in the chronic group.     

互联网对法学教育的影响——从形式到内容

信息通讯技术必须与其他教学方法相结合才能提升法学教育的价值,而教育学在这种资源整合中具有不可或缺的作用。评估信息通讯技术的成功与否只能在将其置于教育资源全球化的大环境中时才能实现。互联网对现有法律的影响只能说是一种革新,还称不上是一场横扫法律领域的革命;而且,“网络法”和电子商务法也不是一个独立的法律部门或学科。
