印尼能源资源丰富,且能源战略地理位置险要,是中国进口油气资源的重要海洋通道,进一步加强同印尼的能源合作对中国具有战略意义。中国与印尼在油气贸易、资源开发、能源基础设施建设以及新能源方面都开展了一定程度的合作,但仍需进一步拓展深度与广度,在解决诸多问题的基础上大有可为。为了进一步发掘中国和印尼能源合作潜力,扩大能源合作成果,中国应加强双边共赢、多边合作以及外交政策协调等方面的工作。 相似文献

目的利用多体素质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)技术推断不同温度下的死亡时间。方法选取24只白兔,分为两组,利用多体素质子磁共振波谱测定死后30m in、1h、2h、4h、6h、8h、12h、16h、24h脑内N-乙酰天门冬氨酸、胆碱复合物、磷酸肌酸和肌酸各代谢物之间峰下面积的比值。结果死后24h内N-乙酰天门冬氨酸与磷酸肌酸和肌酸的比值随死亡时间的延长而降低,胆碱复合物与磷酸肌酸和肌酸的比值随死亡时间的延长而升高。Naa/Cr、Ch/Cr与PM I进行回归分析:自变量为Naa/Cr的二次多项式方程为:y=0.0020x2-0.0815x+1.4532(R2=0.971);自变量为Ch/Cr的二次多项式方程为:y=-0.0024x2+0.0870x+1.1876(R2=0.962)。用Naa/Cr的方程推测PM I,当PM I<24h时,平均偏离时间为1.70~50.27m in,用Ch/Cr的方程推测PM I,当PM I<24h时,平均偏离时间为1.12~98.11m in。结论Naa/Cr、Ch/Cr的死后变化与时间呈强相关性,可用于死亡时间推断。 相似文献

This can be demonstrated in Moscow's ideological confrontations with the West, the intensifying rivalry over military strategic force, the fierce geopolitical confrontation, and grave contentions over energy resources between the two. Research into the deposition patterns of primer gunshot residue (GSR) beyond a primary target was previously nonexistent. This study aimed to determine the deposition patterns of GSR once a bullet passed through an initial target and continued on its path into additional targets. Multiple repetitions were performed to assess the GSR deposition patterns after a bullet was shot through a closed window into either a dummy or a wall within an enclosed room. Samples were taken from both the primary and secondary target holes as well as from nontarget areas. Significant amounts of GSR were found on all samples. The results show that GSR continues to be deposited along the path of the bullet after passing through a primary glass target. These findings reiterate the lack of probative value in collecting GSR samples from gunshot victims even if they are in an enclosed area separate from the shooter. 相似文献

The cis and trans isomers of 3‐methylfentanyl and its three analogs were chemically synthesized, and these compounds were characterized and differentiated by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS), liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS), and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. The cis and trans isomers of the 3‐methylfentanyl analogs were completely separated by GC/MS. Although the high temperature of the GC injection port caused thermal degradation of β‐hydroxy‐3‐methylfentanyl, the degradation was completely suppressed by trimethylsilyl derivatization. The isomers were also well separated by LC/MS on an octadecylsilyl column with 10 mM ammonium acetate and methanol as the mobile phase. The proton NMR signals were split when the hydrochloride salts of the 3‐methylfentanyl analogs were dissolved in deuterated chloroform because stereoisomers were formed by the coordination of the hydrochloride proton to the nitrogen of the piperidine ring of the 3‐methylfentanyl analogs. 相似文献

Abstract: Blowfly larvae and porcine tissue contaminated with gunshot residue (GSR) were collected during summer and winter months, over a 37‐day and a 60‐day sampling period, respectively. Wound samples were microwave‐digested and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS) for the detection of antimony, barium, and lead. During summer, the 37‐day sampling period encompassed all stages of decomposition, except skeletonization. The three elements were detected in larvae only on days 3 and 4 after death but were detected at significant levels in tissue samples throughout the entire sampling period. In winter, no significant decomposition was observed throughout the 60‐day sampling. Although temperatures were too low for blowfly activity, the three elements were detected in the tissue samples at relatively constant, significant levels. Hence, GSR determination in tissue was more dependent on decomposition stage rather than time since death. 相似文献

Abstract: The collection efficiency of two widely used gunshot residue (GSR) collection techniques—carbon‐coated adhesive stubs and alcohol swabs—has been compared by counting the number of characteristic GSR particles collected from the firing hand of a shooter after firing one round. Samples were analyzed with both scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X‐rays by an experienced GSR analyst, and the number of particles on each sample containing Pb, Ba, and Sb counted. The adhesive stubs showed a greater collection efficiency as all 24 samples gave positive results for GSR particles whereas the swabs gave only positive results for half of the 24 samples. Results showed a statistically significant collection efficiency for the stub collection method and likely reasons for this are considered. 相似文献
