走向未来的浙江当代文学

在20世纪浙江文学的背景下,浙江当代文学承续令人瞩目的现代辉煌,具有在中国当代文学整体格局中率先发展的先天优势。但出于种种原因,浙江当代文学总体上是相对沉寂的,文学“浙军”领先全国的优势日渐弱化。而进入21世纪以来,社会经济领域、政治领域、文化领域的巨大变化,使浙江当代文学与全国文学一起深刻地感受到了“生存”的危机。何以化解“危机”？浙江当代文学应该抓住社会转型期重振“文学浙军”的难得机遇,坚守文学本体,让文学回归文学本身。同时,在文体上突破传统模式,适时、适度地向新的文学形态转型。在市场经济条件下,浙江当代文学亦应有选择地朝着通俗性、娱乐性、多样化的方向发展。再者,浙江当代文学要继续立足地域文化,更多地关注当下现实,凸显浙江特色,并努力实现对吴越文化的审美超越。     

中国汉族女性青少年法医学活体骨龄推断数学模型的建立

目的建立推断中国汉族女性青少年活体骨龄的数学模型。方法摄取华中、华南及华东等地区的838名年龄介于11～20周岁正常女性青少年双侧锁骨胸骨端以及左侧肩、肘、腕、髋、膝、踝关节的X线片。依据青少年骨发育分级标准对24项骨骼发育指标进行阅片、分级,结合考虑身高、体质量及地区等影响因素．应用SAS8．1及SPSS11．0软件进行统计学处理,探索各指标与年龄的相关性。结果建立了我国汉族女性青少年利用锁骨胸骨端及6大关节骨骺闭合程度联合推断活体年龄的多元回归数学模型．推导出判定我国汉族女性青少年是否已满14、16和18周岁的Fisher’S两类判别分析方程。结论本研究所建立的判定活体年龄的数学模型丰富了活体年龄的法医学鉴定方法,有利于提高活体骨龄鉴定方法的科学性和结论的准确性。     

Evidence on gender wage differentials in Greece

The paper studies the earnings differential between genders in Greece employing quantile regression analysis and applying a variant of the selection-adjusted Oaxaca and Ransom (1994) decomposition methods to explain the components of the wage differentials. The results suggest that, in Greece, substantial differences in wages between men and women can be identified. Decomposing the wage gap between genders the results show that the difference in wages is attributed mainly to the unexplained part and to a lesser extent to the employee’s endowment. In all deciles of the wage distribution the wage differentials between genders are not explained by differences in the productive characteristics of the employed but rather they constitute the unexplained part of the wage differential.

公安文学的非职业化创作探讨

一些公安文学过分追求故事和情节的展现,忽略对人物情感的挖掘和表现,冲淡了文学的艺术性,这些和作品的创作主体有直接关系：职业创作人缺少生活和情感体验。在公安文学作品中非职业作者占有很大比例,这是与其他文学创作主体组成形式有所不同的。警察写警察的创作因作者真实情感的投入,使作品更具有了真实性和感染力,随着非职业化创作队伍的不断壮大和成熟,公安文学非职业化创作对文学的发展具有深远意义。     

英美文学教学在英语专业学生课外学习空间的拓展

英美文学课是我国高校英文专业的主干课程之一,但是课时少,任务重。英美文学教学应以学生为中心,把教学内容由课内向课外延伸,构建课内课外立体交叉的学习模式,如阅读佳作、撰写论文、改编名著、观看电影、表演戏剧、聆听讲座、自主训练等,培养学生对文学的兴趣,提高学生的人文素质和实践操作能力是英美文学教学在英语专业学生课外学习空间拓展的有效途径。     

论二十世纪中国乡土文学的现代悲怆意识

中国20世纪文学史是一部乡土文学在现代文化语境和民族救亡图存的历史背景下的流变史。乡土文学这个主题蕴涵着现代与传统、救亡与启蒙、幻想与现实、离去与回归等现代文学母题。乡土文学在对传统文化的留恋与批判,对现代文明的拒斥与认同等多重叙述中,折射着20世纪乡土作家们作为叙述主体巨大的精神困境和无法摆脱的现实和文化宿命,他们为中国20世纪文学书写了悲怆的一笔     

强奸罪若干疑难问题研究

随着社会文化观念和刑法规范的变化,强奸罪的实行犯应当扩大至女性主体;对于婚内强奸的行为,应当区分情况予以刑法评价;性骚扰、强制猥亵妇女的行为,与强奸行为的根本区别是行为人有无奸淫妇女的主观意图;在认定强奸罪的过程中,罪与非罪的界限存在着极为复杂的情况,在对奸淫幼女行为归罪时,仍应坚持行为人主观上是否"明知"的标准;界定强奸罪加重处罚的法定情节,对于刑罚的准确适用具有重大意义。     

Talk like a man,walk like a woman: an advanced political communication framework for female politicians

One of the most significant developments of the past decade in the political arena has been the integration of women into senior political positions. Previously, there was a common assumption that female politicians wishing to succeed had to adopt the male communication model, both verbally and non-verbally. This study aims to examine the communication patterns of women in the political sphere. Twenty-four speeches by 12 female politicians in senior political positions from five democratic Western countries were analysed. All speeches were delivered in the respective countries’ legislatures, between 2009 and 2012. This study presents a theoretical framework that maps gender accountability structures of verbal and non-verbal communication patterns. The findings delineate an advanced communication model that indicates that female politicians’ communication consists of a combination of feminine non-verbal communication patterns and masculine verbal communicative expressions. The study expands the theoretical and analytical research on female politicians and develops a gender-communication approach to political communication.     

Female Police Officers and Their Experiences: The Metropolitan Police of Buenos Aires Context

This research explores the experience of female police officers in the Metropolitan Police of Buenos Aires, which began providing public safety in 2010. The purpose of this research is to better understand the barriers and opportunities female officers are encountering in this new context of community policing in Latin America. With better understanding, law enforcement officials will be better equipped to ensure that female officers achieve at the highest levels in organizations. Responding female officers identified civic duty as a primary reason for joining the force. Female officers did not report significant levels of institutional discrimination but did report informal disparaging treatment, including sexual harassment. The results of this research suggest that as this young police force matures, officials should pay close attention to the emerging culture of the organization, as many common and negative aspects of it have already started to form.     

Beyond Confinement: The Regulation of Girl Offenders’ Bodies,Sexual Choices,and Behavior

Throughout transformations in juvenile justice, control over girls’ bodies, sexual behavior, and reproductive choices has remained a constant focal point among decision makers, with girls infrequently charged with serious law violations and commonly judged in terms of their moral welfare and chasteness. Using interview data with 62 court and correctional decision makers, this article examines how the contemporary juvenile justice system responds to girls’ sexual behavior and explores the policies and procedures used to restrain sexual agency and reproductive choices, both physically and cognitively. This article also investigates the penalties enforced when girls resist such controls as well as intentions toward change and reform in the system.
