略论罪犯脱逃动机的产生和矫正

罪犯脱逃是目前我国狱内又犯罪中发生频率最高、也最为突出的犯罪之一。而脱逃动机的产生是脱逃行为的内驱力,我们可以通过对罪犯脱逃动机的分析并采取有效的控制措施,将罪犯脱逃行为这一狱内又犯罪的发生率降至最低点。     

贫富分层背景下大学生人生哲学的定位

当代大学生群体贫富分层现象突出，在人数上呈现出“两头小、中间大”的结构特征，且贫学生与富学生之间的经济差异非常大。这种贫富分层严重冲击了大学生人生哲学的方方面面：社会观、价值观、人生观和幸福观等。应通过拓展勤工助学的精神引领价值、淡化大学生的贫富意识、加强人文教育、提升社会公众的生活格调和精神品位等工作，引导大学生在此背景下科学定位其人生哲学。     

中国贪污犯罪心理研究现状述评

腐败已经成为阻碍全球社会发展的毒瘤，惩治贪腐业已成为我国政府端正党风，取信于民的施政方略；贪腐激化了社会矛盾，引起民众“仇官”、“仇富”心理升级以及为达目的不择手段的悖德行为。这些现象已经引发学界的担心、深思与探究。尤其是法学、犯罪学以及心理学的研究，更是从根源、贪污犯罪心理的形成机制、行为的发生机制以及应对的策略方面入手，做深层次的剖析和行之有效的措施方法的探索与实验。我们拟对这些研究做梳理、归纳及相关的心理分析，以期为反贪提供心理科学支持。     

网络小说阅读心理对青少年思想政治教育的启示

近年来,社会上掀起了一阵网络小说阅读狂潮,但是社会各界对这种现象却评价不一。网络小说读者具有三种阅读心理。网络小说对其阅读者具有很大的影响力,思想政治教育可以以网络小说为载体对青少年进行教育。     

Made in the USA? Immigrants' imported ideology and political engagement

This study explores both the extent to which immigrants' pre-migration ideological predispositions might serve as a heuristic, by which these individuals anchor and adjust their ideological predispositions in the new polity, and the extent to which imported ideology enhances the likelihood of immigrants' political engagement once in their new home. Empirical tests take advantage of two unique survey datasets of Mexican immigrants residing in the United States; one of which incorporates a survey embedded experiment. Results show that immigrants' ideological predispositions in the country of origin do anchor these individuals' ideological predispositions in the new host country in terms of intensity and directionality. Most importantly, imported ideology does heighten the prospects of immigrants' electoral participation in the United States.     

A psychological perspective on moral reasoning,processes of decision-making,and moral resistance

ABSTRACT

This article presents a psychological approach on the development of social and moral judgments that has relevance for the topics of public justification and world politics. In contrast with approaches assuming that morality is primarily determined by emotions and non-rational, the research discussed shows that moral development involves the construction of thinking about welfare, justice, and rights. In parallel with judgments in the moral domain, individuals construct judgments about conventions in the social system and areas of personal jurisdiction. Research documents that moral and social decisions involve processes of coordination, or weighing and balancing, moral and non-moral considerations and goals, as well as different moral goals. Processes of coordination are also involved in decisions about cultural practices that include social inequalities and relationships between those in dominant and subordinate positions in social hierarchies. Judgments about the fairness of practices entailing inequalities produce social opposition and moral resistance.     

社会组织参与政府购买公共服务的困境与优化--基于制度场域框架的分析

社会组织在参与政府购买公共服务时存在诸多困境,已有研究多从政府主导角度进行分析,这并不能真正解读相关困境。本研究以B市C区为个案,运用访谈和参与观察的方法收集社会组织参与政府购买公共服务的第一手资料,并提出社会组织运行的制度场域分析框架。研究发现,社会组织在服务供给中存在的服务目标、服务过程和服务能力等困境已经对政府购买公共服务制度实践产生了明显的消极影响。这些困境的产生是社会组织运行的制度场域中权力、规则和信息等资源的扩散机制综合影响的结果,涉及到政府、第三方评估机构和社会组织等三类代表主体。因此,社会组织参与政府购买公共服务的困境应当通过制度场域中各代表主体协商共治加以优化。通过解决社会组织运行的制度场域中存在的系统性困境,可以有效激发社会组织的理想功能,显著推动政府购买公共服务健康发展,进而对探索中国社会治理体系和能力提供路径选择。     

The Intergenerational Field Needs More Ethnographic Research

Abstract

Dominant approaches to intergenerational research may be inadequate to meet new challenges to the intergenerational field, such as increasing complexity of program settings, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a mandate to address social problems. An ethnographic approach to intergenerational work may be an effective strategy for meeting these challenges. An ethnographic approach involves a holistic perspective using field-based methods of data collection and a cross-cultural research base. As ethnographic methods have been used successfully in related areas such as education, gerontology, and child development, researchers are encouraged to integrate this perspective into studies of intergenerational programming. Various resource materials are described for practitioners and researchers interested in learning more about the ethnographic approach.     

论运用忠恕之道理念矫正罪犯心理

忠恕之道是我国古代儒家思想的一个重要原则,也是儒家修身的重要标准。忠恕之道是讲求尽心竭力地为别人办事,设身处地地为他人着想。运用忠恕之道理念矫正罪犯的心理--推己及人--由自己的心理推断别人的心理,通过角色互换的心理体验,设身处地为他人着想,用仁爱之心去帮助别人,将心比心,宽厚待人,可以使罪犯走向利他主义的道路。
