现状·反思·借鉴·提高--人本主义理论在高职英语教学中的应用

人本主义心理学是特指20世纪50至60年代兴起于美国、60至70年代盛行于美国的一种人本化教育思想,一直受到教育界的广泛关注.本文在客观分析高职英语教学的现状后认为,借鉴并应用人本主义心理学理论,可以有效消除高职学生的情感压力,帮助他们走出英语学习的困境.     

家庭暴力与青少年犯罪的因果关系研究

家庭暴力和青少年犯罪存在着一定的因果关系,家庭暴力容易导致青少年形成犯罪心理,在一定程度上提高了青少年犯罪的几率.家庭暴力给青少年造成的心理创伤、家庭教育缺陷和提供的不良示范促进了青少年不良心理意识的产生,家庭暴力对青少年造成的认知偏离、情感障碍和人格障碍妨碍青少年良好个性的形成.     

乡土生活场域中的集体财产:从权力到权利

我国目前的农村集体财产处于由行政权力与村社干部权力交织而成的权力网络之中,集体所有权变成残缺的、异化的所有权。在我国未来的民法典中,集体所有权应当是蕴涵了主体独立、平等、意志自由等私法价值理念的真正意义上的财产所有权,行政权力对集体财产不必要的束缚应逐步解除;为了防止所有权的异化,应当赋予集体所有权一定的程序性内涵,为其设置一套有效的运作程序;此外,应设置相关规则防止集体所有权压制农民作为个体对集体财产所享有的权利———用益物权。     

Psychological models of mental disorder, human rights, and compulsory mental health care in the community

Recent amendments to the 1983 Mental Health Act in the UK (Mental Health Act 2007) include the controversial provision for: “supervised treatment in the community for suitable patients following an initial period of detention and treatment in hospital”. This provision is widespread, and more formal, in other English-speaking jurisdictions. Reviews of the international literature, human rights considerations and the perspective of psychological approaches to mental health care suggest that proposed ‘supervised community treatment orders’ are valuable, lawful, and compatible with the European Convention on Human Rights if certain specific conditions are met. Provisions for ‘supervised community treatment orders’ in the UK should be supported, but with the provisos that: the powers of the Mental Health Act are limited as in Scotland, to persons whose “ability to make decisions about the provision of [care] is significantly impaired”, that each order is time-limited and subject to review by a properly constituted Tribunal, and that the use of such orders should represent a benefit to people in terms of more appropriate treatment, or be a least restrictive alternative, or better preserve the person's private and family life.     

我国当代大学生暴力犯罪的心理和性格因素探析

我国当代大学生暴力犯罪日益严重,对社会危害极大,引发了全社会的广泛关注。由于当代大学生深受社会的急剧转型所带来的各种文化冲击以及社会价值观念多维、紊乱、失范的影响,因而导致他们心理出现扭曲和性格缺陷,为暴力犯罪埋下隐患。针对大学生实施暴力犯罪的原因,我们务必寻找可行之策,防患于未然,从而降低犯罪率,维护社会的和谐与稳定。     

Publication and Research Trends in Police Psychology: A Review of Five Forensic Psychology Journals

Police psychology (PP) articles in five forensic psychology journals (Behavioral Sciences and the Law; Criminal Justice and Behavior; Law and Human Behavior; Legal and Criminological Psychology; Psychology, Crime, and Law) were identified in order to examine PP publication and research trends within the field of forensic psychology. A level of interest (LI) score was calculated by dividing the total number of pages dedicated to PP articles by the total number of journal pages. Article characteristics (e.g., research location, topic) were also coded. The overall LI-score across all journals was 0.13, with Legal and Criminological Psychology having the highest LI-score. Results also showed that interest in PP research is growing, particularly in Law and Human Behavior and Criminal Justice and Behavior. PP research has primarily been conducted in the United States, dedicated to operational issues, and experimental in nature. The alignment of these research trends with practice is discussed.

Identifying and Managing Stress in Child Pornography and Child Exploitation Investigators

In the last decade, law enforcement personnel have increasingly been tasked to police the internet in an effort to staunch the production and distribution of child pornography and to investigate computer-facilitated child exploitation. These investigative personnel have encountered a range of assignment-specific challenges and strains as a result of their involvement in this taxing and novel investigative activity. In some cases, the cumulative effects of these strains, together with repeated exposure to highly disturbing images of abused children, have resulted in stress reactions that have commanded the attention of police managers and police psychologists alike. The present article is intended to provide an overview of the stresses unique to child exploitation and pornography investigations, common reactions to these stressors, procedural safeguards to mitigate the impact of this high-risk assignment, and two model programs designed to meet the needs of the current generation of “cyber cops”.

鼓楼——侗族习惯法规范订立与实施的文化场域

在湘黔桂三省居住的侗族几乎每村都有鼓楼,它建筑华美,秀丽多姿。鼓楼从形态上可以从“树居”中窥其源头,后来修建杉树形状的鼓楼,作为公共活动场所。更重要的是鼓楼作为民主议事和制定“约法款”的场所以及寨老处理民事纠纷,当众评判是非,裁夺断案的场所,在鼓楼这种侗族文化场域中建构了本民族独特的口承法律文化系统,这种建筑文化与制度文化的完美结合在西南少数民族中极为罕见。     

试析女性主义心理学的方法论

女性主义方法论的探讨与争论是女性主义心理学研究的焦点:女性主义心理学研究区别于非女性主义心理学研究最重要的特征在于其女性主义方法论;女性主义心理学批判心理学中量化研究与质化研究范式之争为虚假的两极之争,倡导多元方法论;女性主义认识论上的分歧导致其对于知识与性别的关系的不同主张,并最终导致了女性主义心理学在方法和方法论取向上的不同偏好。     

构建农村和谐文化,培养农民和谐心态

在惠农政策的支持下,农村农民的物质生活大有改善,但文化生活还是不容乐观,农民心理还存在很不健康的现象,严重影响了新农村建设的进程和社会稳定。更进一步完善农村教育体制,建立农村留守儿童教育保障机制;改革教育体制,建立具有中国农村持色的"新农村大学堂"。农村本土传统文化精华是构建农民和谐心理宝贵资源;挖掘农村的传统文化精华,丰富农民业余生活,构建农民和谐心态;"天人合一",树立农民与自然和谐相处的意识。
