通识教育理念背景下高校辅导员工作的实践转型

通识教育理念是对人的片面发展的一种矫正和超越，可以为本科通才教育开辟道路，为研究生专才教育拓宽空间。促进高校辅导员工作的实践转型。在通识教育理念背景下，从宏观层面来看，辅导员应树立整体性育人、传导与服务相统一、注重合力的工作理念；从微观层面来看，辅导员实现工作目标的调整、活动领域的拓宽以及资源利用方式的转变，则是工作转型的路径选择。

通过分析《孟子·滕文公·上》中许行的言行与《昌氏春秋·上农》等篇的内容，对许行的农家思想与《上农》等篇的农家思想进行比较，回应孙次舟先生提出的战国农家分两派的说法，同时分析二者的异同。     

Cyberbullying Among Adolescents: A General Strain Theory Perspective

Cyber bullying has become more pervasive as a result of advances in communication technology such as email, text messaging, chat rooms, and social media sites. Despite the growth in research on correlates associated with engagement in cyber bullying, few studies test the applicability of criminological theories to explain engagement in cyber bullying. This study applies data from the 2009/2010 Health Behavior in School-Aged Children (HBSC) study to examine whether individual and social factors associated with general strain theory explain why children engage in cyber bullying. Multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to identify significant factors associated with engagement in cyber bullying. The multivariate logistic regression results show that students who experienced strain engage in cyber bullying. The regression analysis also shows a positive relationship between participation in traditional bullying and engagement in cyber bullying.     

Analysis on the Policy Effects of Strict Inflation and Flexible Inflation in Interest Rate Liberalization

This paper analyzes the policy effects of interest rate liberalization under strict inflation targeting and flexible inflation targeting, which is based on the new theory of Keynes model and the introduction of price stickiness in the framework of dynamic stochastic general equilibrium. By building, calibrating, estimating and simulating a new Keynesian DSGE model, we analyze and compare the effect of strict inflation targeting and flexible inflation targeting in the process of the interest rate liberalization. Research results show that, first of all, the strict inflation targeting regulation makes the output volatility smaller and the inflation volatility greater in face of technology shocks. Secondly, the flexible inflation target system is more conducive to controlling output and inflation in the short period when facing monetary policy shocks. Finally, the control of the strict inflation target is less from the point of view of the loss function. In other words, the central bank's loss function under the control of the strict inflation target system is small, but the flexible inflation targeting system is more conducive to controlling output and inflation in the short period.     

当前发展农村金融的总体思路

该文针对农村金融的现实问题和既有理论研究、政策主张的不足,将农村金融置于农村经济系统和整体金融系统之中,描绘了农村金融组织体系随农村经济发展而不断演变的具体路径。新时期发展农村金融要以发展农村经济,构建新型农业经营体系为主线和依托,以市场化为目标,以商业性金融为方向,以业务为纽带,通过合作性金融改制和金融自由化改革形成商业性金融服务农村的倒逼机制。在发展农村金融过程中,要引导民间金融合法化、规范化、商业化,不断完善农村金融监管体系。

董事制度是公司治理中的一个主要方面,要完善董事制度,首先必须处理好董事行使权利的问题.本文围绕一般董事个人享有的权利、独立董事权利的界定、对董事长权利的制约、董事通过董事会行使的权利等四个方面对公司董事的权利进行了分析,并对我国公司董事的权利与其他国家进行了比较.     

Economic Consequences of Transfer Fee Regulations in European Football

We discuss the effects of three different transfer fee systems in European football on contract lengths, wages, profits, education incentives and the number of talents being educated. The different regimes, being used until the Bosman judgement of 1995, currently in use, and recently proposed by the European Commission differ with respect to the transfer fee an initial club must accept in case of a transfer depending on whether a player has a valid contract or not. In particular, we argue that due to its averse effects on investment incentives, the Commission should refrain from its Suggestion of abolishing freely negotiable transfer fees. Our analysis also sheds some light on the issue under which circumstances binding long-term contracts should be allowed in general labor law.     

GENERAL STRAIN,STREET YOUTH AND CRIME: A TEST OF AGNEW'S REVISED THEORY*

Using a sample of homeless street youth, this research examines how specific forms of strain–emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, homelessness and being a victim of robbery, violence or theft, relative deprivation, monetary dissatisfaction and unemployment–lead to crime and drug use. It also explores how strain is conditioned by deviant peers, deviant attitudes, external attributions, self‐esteem and self‐efficacy. The results reveal that all ten types of strain examined can lead to criminal behavior either as main effects or when interacting with conditioning variables. The results are discussed in light of general strain theory and suggestions are offered for future research on this topic.     

留置权的成立条件及具体适用

留置权是传统民法中担保物权的一种具体形式 ,它与抵押、质押一起构成了传统民法担保物权体系的主要框架。关于留置权问题的立法在世界各国立法及司法实践中都不一致 ,具体适用中也互有不同。此情况在我国民法中亦然。因此 ,对留置权成立的条件及其具体适用应进行深入探讨 ,以利于解决实践中存在的问题。
