快速溶剂萃取-凝胶色谱净化-LC／MS／MS相结合测定血中的杀参毒素类农药

目的建立血中杀参毒素类农药残留的快速分析方法。方法取一定量的Al2O3放入萃取池中做吸附剂,通过快速溶剂萃取仪萃取血液中杀参毒素类农药,同时达到在线净化的效果,后运用凝胶色谱净化联用仪进一步净化浓缩到2ml,提取液经LC／MS／MS进行检验。结果杀虫双在1．2×10g／ml～1．2×10^-6g／ml范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0．04ppb,杀虫眯为1．2×10^-6g／ml～7．2×10g／ml,检出限为0．34ppm。2种杀参毒素农药的平均回收率为89％、90％,相对标准偏差为1．9％、3％。结论整个方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好、灵敏度高,杂质干扰少。     

Judicial Responses to Counter-Terrorism Law after September 11

The role of the courts is quite important, especially in the protection of individual rights and liberties. Many counter-terrorism policies implemented at the national level often infringe on these rights, and courts are the best line of defense against these violations of liberty. However, courts do not always rule in favor of liberty, sometimes ruling in favor of a strict government policy. This analysis seeks to explain the conditions that may lead courts to rule in favor of, or against, the government, arguing that political fragmentation is a potentially key factor in determining when particular case outcomes occur.     

We’re Not all Happy Yet: Attitudes to Work,Leadership, and High Performance Work Practices among Managers in the Public Sector

This article explores the attitudes of male and female managers in the public sector toward high performance Human Resource Management (HRM) policies and practices, work, and organisational leadership, and compares these attitudes to those of managers in the private sector. It finds that female public sector managers are most positive about high performance HRM policies and practices. Male public sector managers are less positive than female managers in the public sector and male and female managers in the private sector across all the measures. Psychological contract theory suggests either the changes associated with high performance HRM policies and practices, or attempts to decrease the disadvantage felt by women in the public sector may have resulted in a sense of disadvantage among some men in the sector, and created a changed, more transactional psychological contract between these men and their organisation. Strategies are needed to reengage public sector men.

Tangles,tears and messy conversations: using a media discussion group to explore notions of strong women

In this article, we discuss the experiences of six female secondary-school students participating in a media group that encouraged critical discussion and analysis of gender, particularly with respect to notions of strong women in popular media texts. Throughout the study, the participants viewed various forms of media and critically discussed gender representations. We describe the ways that we encouraged critical discussion that prompted the participants to challenge dominant perspectives and develop personal positions regarding gendered representations in popular media. Many discussions were convoluted and often contradictory. Throughout these debates, however, moments emerged in which participants identified complexities associated with gendered representations of strong women as related to privilege, beauty ideals and autonomy. We identify these moments as messy yet critical, requiring the researchers to challenge participants’ postfeminist notions of strong women. We emphasize the importance of ongoing dialogue and the potential of media for encouraging discussion.

Coastal Oil Spill Preparedness and Response: The Morris J. Berman Incident

On January 7, 1994, the disabled tank barge Morris J. Berman ran aground spilling 750,000 gallons of heavy‐grade fuel oil on the beaches of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The spill impacted a variety of resources and temporarily shut down a portion of the tourist industry during the height of the winter season. The spill is noteworthy as the first major incident in U.S. coastal waters following passage of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA 90). A landmark provision passed as a result of the 1989 Exxon Valdez catastrophe. The Berman spill provides a test case for assessing the robustness of policy mandates incorporated in the OPA 90. Mandates that compelled the oil transportation and response network to assume high‐reliability organization characteristics. The study finds that although high‐reliability characteristics were seemingly adopted their implementation during the Berman spill evidenced a significant number of shortcomings.     

高校校园安全文化体系构建研究

本文是作者高校校园安全防控体系建构研究课题的部分内容。该课题认为高校校园安全防控体系建构应当重点关注的基本问题是:一是对构建高校校园安全文化体系进行分析研究。二是对发展校园类警察勤务模式进行了分析说明,明确类警察勤务模式是保卫部门、保卫从业人员在校园安全管理以及勤务管理的基本模式。三是对合理规划使用校园实物安全保护系统的含义、功能进行进行分析。四是强化安全检查在高校校园安全防控中的作用。本文是该课题的第一部分,对校园安全物质文化、校园安全规章制度、校园安全文化活动以及学生安全文化素质培养进行了综合分析,明确了制度建设是校园安全防控体系建构的基础。     

高效液相色谱法测定山茱萸中熊果酸与齐墩果酸的含量

目的 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定山茱萸中熊果酸与齐墩果酸的含量,为山茱萸的质量控制提供依据。方法 Diamonsil-C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,流动相为甲醇-（水∶冰乙酸∶三乙胺（30∶0.1∶0.05））（88∶12）,柱温25 ℃,流速1.0 ml/min,进样量20 μl,检测波长为210 nm。结果 熊果酸在0.031 5～0.315 mg/ml,齐墩果酸在0.015 6～0.156 mg/ml的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;熊果酸和齐墩果酸的平均回收率分别为97.53%、100.08%,RSD分别为1.28%、1.98%。结论 本法操作简单,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可用于山茱萸的质量控制。     

跨文化翻译维护国家文化安全的策略研究

全球化进程既是机遇亦是挑战，世界格局也因此而发生了深刻的变革。机遇意味着发展，不同文化之间的竞争也随之愈演愈烈。在不同文明的交融和碰撞中，国家文化的安全问题凸显出来。国际格局呈现出多极化趋势，文化间的交流与合作是时代的潮流，但是国际环境依然存在不确定性因素，威胁世界和平的单边主义、霸权主义和强权政治等国际因素依然活跃。复杂多变的国际形势要求维护国家文化安全，跨文化翻译涉及文化间的交流，对文化安全负有责任。跨文化翻译工作者应当树立起文化安全意识，并将其与跨文化语境意识结合起来，从国家文化安全的立场出发，提升翻译的语言水平，尊重文化差异，灵活运用“归化”和“异化”的翻译策略，形成具有中国文化特色的英语表达模式。跨文化翻译事业要重点塑造和维护国家形象，积极参与国际对话，提升中国的国际话语权，还要吸收其他国家优秀的文化成果，增强中国文化的国际影响力和感召力，打破“沉默的螺旋”。跨文化翻译要始终坚持中国传统文化的民族性和先进性。在推进翻译事业的过程中，维护中国语言文字安全、风俗习惯安全、价值观安全和生活方式安全，从而全面提升中国文化的软实力，坚定中国模式和文化产品的自信心。跨文化翻译事业将融入中国走向世界的进程，通过对精品文化的内外流通严格把关，为国家的文化安全建设保驾护航。
