论汉阳民居的地域文化特征

建筑是人类文化的一个重要载体,具有文化纪念碑的意义。民居是在特定的地域空间里代代延续下来的居住建筑,积历代人之智慧,比其他建筑类型更具备地域文化的原生态性,文化符号更加突出、鲜明。我国不同地域的民居呈现出不同的风貌,这在四川青神汉阳得到具体体现。该地民居呈现鲜明的巴蜀文化特色。     

个人与社会和谐发展的再认识——一种思想政治教育维度的解读

转型期当代中国人在处理个人与社会关系时出现了认同危机问题：一是自我认同与集体认同之间应当具有的合理关系出现了模糊认识;二是价值观的多元化与一元化之间的张力关系出现了偏差。思想政治教育可以帮助人们形成合理的自我认同,达成价值共识,促进个人与社会和谐发展。     

民法与刑法上财产占有概念之比较

民法与刑法上的占有,都是指占有人以占有意思对财产进行实际的控制与支配,但民法上的占有与刑法上的占有在占有的意思、占有的对象物、占有的客观、占有制度功能方面均有不同。民法上的占有在客观方面不仅表现为对物的事实上控制与支配,也包括通过法律关系的间接控制与支配。刑法占有作为一种单纯的事实支配状态,其法律手段对财物的控制与支配看重的是占有人对财物的现实控制与处分地位。梁丽案是民法上的占有,不属于刑法上的占有。     

Narrations of Shifting Maya Identities

Three anthropological ways of narrating the historical formation of Maya identity have recently been outlined in an article by Kay Warren on intergenerational struggles of Mayan families in Guatemala. According to the anti-racism scheme, Maya identity forms as a reaction to ethnic opposition. The cultural continuity approach treats identity formation as persistence that occurs in spite of ethnic oppression. The third, ' mestizaje ' school of thought argues that assimilation has eroded indigenous identity to the extent that it only makes sense to speak of an intermediary ladino (or mestizo ) category. Warren argues that the previous antagonism between ethnographic approaches has obscured the coexistence of these narrations in families, where discontinuity and rejection of traditional Maya identities interplay with continuity and revitalisation. In this paper, I compare the narrations of shifting identities in Guatemala to local representations of socio-cultural change in Yucutan. Based upon research in Oxkutzcab, I attempt to show how the interpretations of intergenerational changes in language, dress, and occupation relate to a set of local and regional events that evade the mutually exclusive meta-narratives of change.     

Distributive Justice and the Politics of Difference

Abstract

This essay identifies a point of convergence between economically oriented, distributive approaches to social justice and culturally oriented, identitarian ones. The primary problem of difference politics, I claim, is insuring that disadvantaged groups have equal abilities to participate in the social processes that construct and value identities. I argue that this is best accomplished through a conception of equality promoting human agency in both the cultural and economic spheres.     

Chiquitano and the Multiple Meanings of Being Indigenous in Bolivia

To be ‘indigenous’ in Bolivia is not only a rights‐ and resource‐bearing identity, but the national MAS party has recently actively promoted the ‘indigenous’ as an inclusive national political project. This article seeks to shed further light on the different meanings Bolivians attach to ‘indigeneity’ by focusing on the Chiquitano people of the Bolivian lowlands. This reveals that while Chiquitano employ the term to advance their political project, some nevertheless simultaneously reject its power to categorise and subordinate Chiquitano. This highlights some of the paradoxes faced by those employing an indigenous political strategy, be it at the local or ‘more inclusive’ national level.     

Towards a ‘Civic’ Narrative: British National Identity and the Transformation of the British National Party

This article examines the ways in which the BNP utilises the elements of British national identity in its discourse and argues that, during Griffin's leadership, the party has made a discursive choice to shift the emphasis from an ethnic to a civic narrative. We put forward two hypotheses, 1: the modernisation of the discourse of extreme right parties in the British context is likely to be related to the adoption of a predominantly civic narrative and 2: in the context of British party competition the BNP is likely to converge towards UKIP, drawing upon elements of its perceived winning formula, i.e. a predominantly civic rhetoric of national identity. We proceed to empirically test our hypotheses by conducting a twofold comparison. First, we compare the BNP's discourse pre‐ and post‐1999 showing the BNP's progressive adoption of a civic narrative; and second the BNP's post‐1999 discourse to that of UKIP in order to illustrate their similarities in terms of civic values.     

论新自由主义与我国青年的主流意识形态认同

作为影响当代中国最为主要的西方社会思潮之一,近年来,新自由主义在我国的传播表现出传播领域生活化、传播方式大众化、传播内容感性化等特点。新自由主义的观点和主张会对我国青年群体的主流意识形态认同造成负面影响,这些影响主要包括消解部分青年对于马克思主义的信仰、动摇部分青年对于社会主义制度的信心、改变部分青年的集体主义价值取向,以及扭曲部分青年的公平正义观念等等。为加强我国青年群体的主流意识形态认同,可以考虑从创新模式、传播方式和本土化这样三个方面来推进主流意识形态领域的改革,以此来确保马克思主义在我国青年群体精神生活领域的主导地位。     

从法律适用的角度看民间借贷

中国民间借贷法律适用的重点在于身份和利率,但是法律法规缺乏系统性,罪与非罪的界限模糊。笔者建议从四个层次综合解决民间借贷问题:第一,收集、整合现有的法律法规;第二,化消国民对于民间借贷法律适用的疑虑;第三,运用司法解释配合法律适用;第四,发展新的民间借贷模式。     

New Public Management and the Police Profession at Play

This article explores the ways in which competing institutional logics influence the knowledge base of the police, ideas about good police practice and organizational identities. A tension between the humanistic professional police logic and the instrumental New Public Management (NPM) logic is discussed in the context of policing. While the humanistic professional police logic gradually emerged in the 1960s and 70s, over the past twenty years the police force has been reformed in line with the NPM logic. Through qualitative interviews and a quantitative study of the police force, the article investigates the ways in which the ideas of what constitutes a normative good practice are shaped in relation to these two, opposing, logics. A central finding is that despite many years of NPM as the dominant steering logic, a humanistic professional logic persists. However, the shift towards the NPM logic transforms the knowledge base in a more evidence-oriented direction and affects the ideas of normative good practice, especially among police management.
