鸭传染性腔上囊病毒VP2基因的克隆与序列分析

应用RT PCR法对分离于当地典型发病鸭群的鸭传染性腔上囊病毒 (IBDV )YL997株进行了VP2基因的克隆与序列分析 ,并和相关毒株进行了比较。结果表明 ,YL997株与STC株的核苷酸和氨基酸同源性只有 92 .5 %和 91.8% ,与超强毒株UK6 6 1的核苷酸和氨基酸同源性均为97.6 % ,而与当地鸡群中分离的超强毒株HN94 2的核苷酸和氨基酸同源性则高达 98.1%和98.4 % ,该毒株的VP2基因序列完全具备了超强毒株的主要特征。     

High performance liquid chromatographic determination of alcohols with reference to body distribution of methanol

A method has been developed on reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography for simultaneous determination of methyl, ethyl and isopropyl alcohols under refractive index detection using pure water as the mobile phase. A good separation has been achieved between these alcohols. Detector response was linear with a detection limit of 5 mg/100 ml. Recovery studies were performed by adding known amounts of methyl and ethyl alcohols to blood, lung and liver within the range 80–90%. The reproducibility of the results was always >90%. The quantitative distribution of methyl alcohol in postmortem body tissues and fluids has been reported in three cases of poisoning.     

鸡myostatin基因成熟区段DNA的克隆及其在甲醇酵母中的融合表达

根据GenBank中鸡myostatin(AF019621)成熟区段的cDNA序列设计了1对引物,利用PCR技术扩增了萧山鸡myostatin的成熟区段,构建了重组真核表达载体myostatin-pPIC9K,并在甲醇酵母中融合表达了myostatin蛋白。结果发现,萧山鸡myostatin基因存在2处碱基变异:T204→C204(编码的氨基酸没有变),C205→T205(编码的氨基酸由Pro变成Ser),从而产生了1个EspⅠ或Bpu1102Ⅰ限制性内切酶酶切位点。核苷酸序列同源性分析表明,myostatin基因成熟区段DNA在不同物种间具有高度的保守性。SDS-PAGE鉴定结果表明,表达的目的蛋白(26 ku)具有生物学活性。     

DNA commission of the International Society of Forensic Genetics: Recommendations on the interpretation of mixtures

The DNA commission of the International Society of Forensic Genetics (ISFG) was convened at the 21st congress of the International Society for Forensic Genetics held between 13 and 17 September in the Azores, Portugal. The purpose of the group was to agree on guidelines to encourage best practice that can be universally applied to assist with mixture interpretation. In addition the commission was tasked to provide guidance on low copy number (LCN) reporting. Our discussions have highlighted a significant need for continuing education and research into this area. We have attempted to present a consensus from experts but to be practical we do not claim to have conveyed a clear vision in every respect in this difficult subject. For this reason, we propose to allow a period of time for feedback and reflection by the scientific community. Then the DNA commission will meet again to consider further recommendations.     

口蹄疫病毒3D基因的真核表达及其表达产物的功能分析

利用RT-PCR技术扩增口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)编码RNA依赖的RNA聚合酶的3D基因,经测序确认后将其克隆到真核表达质粒载体pcDNA3.1( )中,重组质粒pcDNA3.1( )-3D经HindⅢ、XbaⅠ双酶切后转染至BHK-21细胞,用纯化的目的蛋白进行Western-blotting鉴定,并预测该3D基因表达产物的三级结构。结果显示,获得分子质量约55 ku的单一3D基因表达产物,其三级结构较为保守。利用RNA细胞内复制体系和荧光定量RT-PCR技术,证明3D基因表达产物在细胞内可促进口蹄疫病毒基因组的复制。

就山东的地域文化来说,占主流地位的是以孔孟为代表的儒家思想。但是,作为一种文化形象,体现着民间色彩的"好汉山东"形象却更为人们所认同、流传更广泛。这一现象的出现,与《水浒传》的传播有着极大关系。《水浒传》不仅在"好汉山东"这一地域文化形象的建构过程中起了重要作用,也以其特色鲜明的英雄叙事传统,深深地影响了百年"好汉山东"的文学想象与书写方式。     

The evolution of European legal integration

This article contributes to the development of theories on European integration by testing and exploring statistical models on the long-term development of legislative activity of the European Commission. Drawing on legal information gained from the European Union’s PreLex database and analyzing it with the help of statistical analyses, we map out growth patterns of EU law between 1976 and 2003. We construct time-series models and models based on non-linear regression. While the performance of models based on the traditional theoretical approaches, intergovernmentalism and neo-functionalism, is rather poor, the analysis suggests that nonlinear dynamic models might be an interesting avenue for future conceptualizations of the EU integration process. Wer hat einen vom Rechtsvorgänger des Wohnungseigentümers eigenmächtig errichteten,nicht parifizierten Keller zu erhalten?

Nutzt ein Wohnungseigentümer einen eigenm?chtig errichteten Teil seines WE-Objekts (hier: einen von seinem Rechtsvorg?nger ohne Baubewilligung gebauten Keller) ausschlie?lich, ohne dass diese R?umlichkeit in die Nutzwertfestsetzung einbezogen worden ist, handelt es sich zwar um einen allgemeinen Teil der WE-Liegenschaft. Die Erhaltungspflicht (hier: Behebung ernster [Feuchtigkeits-]Sch?den im Keller) trifft aber nicht die Eigentümergemeinschaft, sondern nach § 839 ABGB den ausschlie?lich nutzenden Wohnungseigentümer allein. Auch eine langj?hrige Duldung der ausschlie?lichen Kellerbenützung durch den Wohnungseigentümer vermag die Erhaltungspflicht dieses Raums nicht auf die Eigentümergemeinschaft zu verlagern. Diese Duldung vernichtet lediglich den Beseitigungsanspruch wegen eigenm?chtiger Inanspruchnahme allgemeiner Liegenschaftsteile.     

Entziehung der Gemeinnützigkeit – keine Normbedenken

§ 36 Abs 1 WGG ist verfassungsrechtlich unbedenklich. Auch gegen § 35 Abs 2 WGG bestehen keine verfassungsrechtlichen Bedenken. Diese Gesetzesstelle ist in einem Verfahren betreffend Entziehung der Gemeinnützigkeit nicht pr?judiziell.     

Anspruch der Eigentümergemeinschaft auf Herausgabe der Verwaltungsunterlagen nach Kündigung des WE-Verwalters

Der gekündigte WE-Verwalter ist verpflichtet, nach beendetem Verwaltungsverh?ltnis der Eigentümergemeinschaft die Original-Verwaltungsunterlagen auch für bereits abgeschlossene Abrechnungsperioden herauszugeben. Der Herausgabeanspruch ist – entgegen der E 5 Ob 115/05f: streitiger Rechtsweg – nach nunmehr gefestigter Rsp auf Grund schlüssiger Verweisung des § 52 Abs 1 Z 6 WEG 2002 im wohnrechtlichen Au?erstreitverfahren geltend zu machen.
