测定血痕MN型的血清制备

用免疫吸收方法制备的抗-M与抗-N血清,检测10天内的不相应的MN血型血痕和大约2年的相应MN型血痕,凡能获得特异性结果的抗血清才能用于血痕的MN血痕测定。否则,只能用于测定血液的MN血型。

An in-depth investigation of the Kampala Urban Refugee Children'sEducation Centre (KURCEC), a refugee-initiated community-basedorganization in Uganda, allows for detailed exploration of thelivelihood strategies employed by urban refugees in the sphereof education and of the ways in which these strategies can promoteself-reliance and individual and community development in urbansituations. Urban refugees' development of KURCEC challengesperceived notions of refugees as burdens or as passive recipientsin a system that fosters dependency and shows that they areagents of social change within their own and their host communities.The focus on what works in the midst of crisis, desperation,and uncertainty is a deliberate attempt to promote researchand policy-setting that is forward-looking and productive ratherthan reactionary and regressive in the context of new developmentsin policy and practice relating to urban refugees worldwide.

论20世纪末叶的审丑文学思潮

本从20世纪末叶的中国学多元的发展态势中发现了其共同性本质，即从统摄艺的感性学角度看来，这共同性就是审丑，其具体表现为：学审美论在新时期的张扬发展，最后就导致了自身的悖反－学审丑思潮的出现；学由初期的局部审丑到中期的全面审丑，新时期学尤其是是锋锋学的审导意识和特点与近现代学中对丑的展览和欣赏具有不同的表现，从而导致中国学在世纪末发生了根本性的美学变异。     

The Legal Profession in the european Union – a Comparative Analysis of Four Member States

Cross-border legal practice has finally become reality in Europe mainly thanks to two factors: the legal framework offered to EC lawyers by the EC legislator and the effect of globalization on legal profession. This article focuses primarily on the success of EC/EU efforts in abolishing obstacles to the free movement of lawyers. Particular attention is drawn to the Establishment Directive, adopted in 1998, opening up new perspectives for lawyers. Secondly, it discusses how globalization has contributed to this development. In relation to the above, this article also explores the new concept of establishment stemming from the expansion of law firms in Europe. Thirdly and mainly, it considers the national positions and the difficulties in harmonizing the legal professions throughout Europe. The examples of four Member States: the UK, France, Germany and Italy demonstrate how much they differ from each other as far as the needs, expectations and rules governing the legal profession. Theoretical limits of the evaluation of drug concentrations in hair due to irregular hair growth

When examining concentration relationships of doses it must be taken into account that hair growth is irregular. Hair growing from the shaved skin after a single dose of a certain drug cannot possibly contain the same concentration as hair after the same dose that has not been cut over a long period. Concentrations can even change during the hair growth in cases where the hair had been cut a couple of months before the hair sample was taken. The variations in the expected concentrations can exceed 20%. On the other hand, the evaluation of a hair tuft which has grown after the last drug consumption may be important in forensic cases where the hair which has grown earlier is not available. This may lead to misinterpretations at low concentrations. Expected concentrations are calculated assuming a telogen part of 10%.
