江泽民同志在全国宣传部长会议上提出的"以德治国"思想,有着深厚的理论基础,是依据我国社会主义现代化建设不断发展的实践而作出的重大决策.结合天津实际,积极贯彻并坚持不懈地抓,就一定能把我市精神文明建设不断引向深入,就一定能把"以德治国"的基本方略落到实处.     

坚持科学发展观是解决边缘群体问题的根本出路

当前边缘群体的存在实际上已成了一个社会问题。解决好这个社会问题不仅关系到农村和城市的社会进步,而且关系到全面建设小康社会目标的实现。只有坚持科学发展观,才能从根本上解决边缘群体问题。     

贯彻"三个代表"切实加强职工民主管理

贯彻落实江泽民"三个代表"的重要思想,必须全心全意依靠工人阶级,充分发挥广大职工群众的积极性、主动性、创造性,切实加强职工民主管理,推动生产力的发展.加强职工民主管理,一方面要从政治上给予保证,另一方面要从制度上给予落实.     

从“自述其名”方式看“卒章显志”叙事模式的变迁——以《崧高》《烝民》《巷伯》《节南山》《閟宫》为中心

《诗·小雅·巷伯》《节南山》《大雅·崧高》《烝民》《鲁颂·閟宫》的"叙述者"皆采用在卒章"自述其名"方式"显志"的叙事结构模式,即在叙事文本中以"真实作者"替换了叙述者"我",是一种最典型的"公开的叙述者",其共同特点就是叙事主体显性评价与自我意识的不断强化。由此而开创的在诗歌叙事文本中"卒章显志"的叙事模式,对后世中国诗歌乃至个体文学创作产生了深刻影响。

This Note proposes a temporary visa status for these dependents, allowing them to maintain legal status in America and remain with their parents.
