语言与认知的互动:语言系统生态批评的理论基础

语言与认知处于互动的关系。一方面,语言符号的形义结合是有理据的,是人类认知的结果;另一方面,影响着人类的认知语言,对认知具有反作用。语言的认知性表明,语言势必反映了人类对现实的认知,包括对人类自身与自然之间、以及自然界内部诸要素之间关系的认知,即对生态问题的认知,从而使得对语言系统进行生态批评具有了理论上的可行性。而语言对认知的反作用则使得这一批评具有了存在的必要性。由此可见,语言与认知的互动为语言系统生态批评提供了坚实的理论基础。     

论警察执法能力建设与和谐社会的构建

“无声语言”在讯问中的运用

无声语言比有声语言多而深刻.讯问中的无声语言是侦查员通过手势、眼神和面部表情等姿态向犯罪嫌疑人传递信息的媒介,它可以增强有声语言的感染力、威慑力,可以为审讯赢得时间和战机,在提高审讯效率中发挥极其重要的作用.     

挤压家兔后肢导致急性肝损伤和抗氧化能力降低

目的本实验观察挤压家兔后肢导致肝氧化损伤,探讨氧化应激在挤压家兔后肢导致肝损伤中的作用。方法用标准重物间断压迫家兔后肢复制模型。采用生化方法检测ALT和AST活性;分析天平称重方法检测肝脏湿干重比值(W/D);比色法测定肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)以及丙二醛(MDA)含量变化;并观察肝组织病理学改变。结果血清ALT和AST活性明显增高(P<0.01),肝细胞明显肿胀,肝窦轻度淤血,而肝脏湿干重比值(W/D)轻度增加(P<0.05);肝脏氧化损伤明显加重,MDA含量增高,而肝脏抗氧化能力下降,SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性和T-AOC分别比对照组降低了17%、29%、24%和21%(P均<0.01)。结论挤压家兔后肢引起急性肝损伤及肝脏的抗氧化能力下降;肝脏局部抗氧化能力下降可能是肝损伤的重要因素。     

Knowledge transfer to emerging markets via consulting projects

In recent years, development agencies (DAs) have focused their activities on consulting projects rather than on financing turnkey projects when assisting emerging markets. The main reason is that the implementation of consulting projects is likely to be connected with an intensive knowledge transfer from developed to emerging markets. Training of local employees and cooperation with local firms are necessary elements to make the transfer effective. The empirical statistics shows training and cooperation to be more frequent in consulting projects financed by DAs as compared to commercial projects. According to theory and experience, training should be included in projects in the least developed host countries, whereas local cooperation should be more frequent, the higher is the development level of the host country. However, DAs do not follow these rules of thumb in a convincing way. A policy implication of the paper is therefore that DAs should better organize and plan the contents of their consulting projects.

Discriminating language rights and politics in the post-Yugoslav states

ABSTRACT

Pupavac examines the rise of linguistic human rights advocacy and its approach in a case study of language politics in the post-Yugoslav states. A core concern of contemporary linguistic rights advocacy has been to tackle ethnically based discrimination and promote ethnic diversity. It does not only seek to prevent states from discriminating against those who speak minority languages. It expects states to take positive steps to preserve their diversity of languages. However, strategies affirming distinct linguistic identities may become complicit in perpetuating ethnic discrimination and ethnic divisions, as is evident in the language politics of the post-Yugoslav states.     

Citizenship and capability? Amartya Sen's capabilities approach from a citizenship perspective

This article deals with the potential contribution of Amartya Sen's capabilities approach (CA) for studying citizenship. Although the CA cannot be described as a genuine citizenship theory it has informed recent attempts to reformulate social citizenship. Moreover, it shares important aims and assumptions with radical citizenship approaches, which emphasise democracy, voice, and difference. Especially, Sen's ideas can help formulate positive notions of equality. However, a fruitful dialogue between those perspectives has to lead over some controversial issues. In this context, this article suggests more substantive notions of agency and interaction as well as integrating rights and rights language.

权利能力制度滥觞于罗马法的"人格",在抽象层面是指成为一切法律关系的权利主体的资格,在具体层面是指成为特定法律关系的权利主体的资格。目前,权利能力有关制度中存在权利能力平等规定的不当与缺位、限制监护权利能力规定的缺位、权利能力与责任能力的混淆、经营范围限制企业法人权利能力的疏漏等问题,应结合世界立法趋势和中国法律实践予以解决,完善中国的权利能力制度。
