我国中小企业发展现状及对策

近几年我国中小企业发展比较迅速,但是中小企业目前所面临的难题也很多,尤其与大型企业相比,其生存环境和发展环境欠佳。要改变中小企业的生存环境和促进中小企业快速发展,除了企业加强自身能力外,社会尤其是政府应当在政策上给予扶持,在各方面给予中小企业提供帮助,使我国中小企业快速、健康地发展。     

转型经济中民营银行的建立与中小企业融资对策

针对中小企业融资不足问题,我国已经出台了许多相关的措施,但效果不佳。民营银行具有信息、现代公司治理机制等优势,建议设立专门为中小企业融资的民营银行,从银行贷款这个直接的角度克服融资难的问题。

Social networks and non‐market strategy

To date, the field of non‐market strategy has little to offer in the way of an integrated perspective on the simultaneous management of strategic issues and corporate stakeholders. This paper employs social network analysis to make a number of theoretically grounded conjectures about the delicate relationships between stakeholder behaviour and issue evolution. It is found that social network analysis has the potential to enrich and integrate theoretical perspectives in the field of non‐market strategy, offering solutions to a set of previously unresolved puzzles. Of change,training and public affairs in Europe

European public affairs practitioners need to be increasingly professional in their reactions to an EU undergoing transformational change. The paper offers a comprehensive summary of the subtleties of institutional change in Commission, Parliament and Council in 2004. In particular, the author argues that expansion from 15 member states to 25 has fundamentally changed the nature of the Union's politics and the skills required to influence it. This new EU requires more of practitioners than experience and amateur instinct: to achieve results and avoid restrictive regulation, the public affairs community must adopt effective training strategies, challenging competence targets and regular self‐assessment of its performance and ethics. 关于拓宽中小企业融资渠道的探讨

近年来，在投融资体制改革与金融改革的双重背景下，中小企业融资问题广受关注。中小企业是我们国家微观经济健康发展的基础，也是宏观经济调控成败的试金石。怎样拓宽中小企业的融资渠道不仅是中小企业自身健康发展的首要问题，而且关系到国民经济的健康发展。     

滋膵益肾方治疗肾虚络瘀型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期临床研究

目的观察滋膵益肾方治疗肾虚络瘀型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将120例肾虚络瘀型糖尿病肾病(Ⅳ期)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各60例(对照组和治疗组分别脱落3例和1例),两组患者均接受西医基础治疗,对照组患者加服胰激肽原酶肠溶片,治疗组患者加服滋膵益肾方。治疗4周后,比较两组中医证候疗效,观察两组肾功能、24h尿蛋白、血液流变学指标变化情况。结果治疗组中医证候疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05);在降低血清肌酐、尿素氮、餐后2h血糖、24h尿蛋白、全血黏度和血浆黏度方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论滋膵益肾方能够改善糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期临床症状,改善肾功能,其作用机制可能与改善肾脏微循环,降低血黏度有关。     

易扶安置区风险链:易地扶贫搬迁安置区社会稳定风险的一个解释框架

易地扶贫搬迁初期,政府和移民对贫困认知存在分歧,搬迁便意味着风险环境酝酿。生活过渡期,由于政府扶持政策的脱节,移民的生计存在可持续困境,加之被激活的发展渴求,风险便被移民感知,谨慎抵抗抑或自助便成常态。而在社会放大机制下,这些不稳定要素便有了酿成社会稳定风险的可能,表现出“风险环境—风险感知—风险行为—社会放大—社会稳定风险”的风险传导链特征,呈现出双向传递性、集聚性和扩散性。如此,为实现安置区的稳定发展,应加快构建易扶安置区社会稳定风险预警指标体系,做好风险评估,并有针对性地探索形成基于安置区特征的有效治理路径。

The Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games were the last major sporting event in a decade‐long cycle in the Brazilian metropolis. In the years leading up to the Rio 2016 Summer Olympic Games, the city's urban planning agenda was captured by the exogenous demands of hosting the quadrennial spectacular. This capture has exacerbated four tendencies that will pertain in Rio de Janeiro for the foreseeable future: consolidation of consumer sovereignty, restructuring of urban circulations, financialisation of urban territories, and securitisation of exception.
