对公司社会责任的争议以及对公司社会责任性质的争议很多,但主要集中在其为法律责任还是社会责任这一问题上。对某一事物性质的界定,必须在特定的框架内来讨论才有意义。公司的社会责任是一个超出了法律规定范围的广义的综合概念,同时也是一个随着企业与社会相互关系的动态发展而不断发展变化的范畴,其产生和发展均有一定的理论基础。     

Understanding the psychological aspects of the radicalisation process:a sociocognitive approach

Understanding the psychological dimensions underlying the radicalisation process is a considerable challenge in the context of the legal judicial treatment of perpetrators of acts of radical violence. This clinical and qualitative study is based on an analysis of legal expert interviews of people at different stages of the radicalisation process. It highlights common psychological characteristics in personality, mechanisms of moral neutralisation and sociocognitive and interpretive treatment during radicalisation. These observations suggest the applicability of a model of cognitive–emotional transformation of self and meaning-building in radical violent engagement.

Hispanic Adolescents and Substance Abuse:

The purpose of this article is to provide an understanding of the present state of knowledge about the probIem of substance abuse among Hispanic youth and to identify issues with which researchers, clinicians, administrators, and policy makers will have to deal in the coming decade. To do so, it will focus on five major areas: (1) the limitations of drug-related statistics; (2) demographic characteristics of Hispanics in the United States; (3) a review of the literature on Hispanic adolescent substance abuse; (4) factors inhibiting a comprehensive analysis of the problem, its treatment, and appropriate policies; and (5) issues for the 1980s.     

Decent work and indecent trade agendas: the European Union and ACP countries

The European Commission has promised to promote decent work in the African, Caribbean, and Pacific (ACP) countries through pro-poor direct investment and livelihood-creating trade deals. Aligning with the discourse of the International Labour Organisation, the European Commission seeks to achieve ‘fair globalisation’ in which economic growth is translated into decent jobs. Applying a moral economy perspective, however, the article argues that there is a disjuncture between the norms espoused under the Decent Work Agenda and the tangible implications of European interventions in ACP economies. Specifically, Economic Partnership Agreements will have deleterious consequences for the lives of many poorer producers and workers in ACP countries. The provision of Aid for Trade for decent work, moreover, may not deliver meaningful decent work opportunities in ACP countries. In this analysis, the article explores the emergent normativity-outcomes gap in this sphere of European Union external relations.     

Moral economy in a global era: the politics of provisions during contemporary food price spikes

The wave of food riots since 2007 revived interest in why people protest in periods of dearth, yet research has to date failed to make sense of the political cultures of food protests. The concept of the moral economy in European history is explored here to make sense of contemporary political perspectives on how food markets should work in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Kenya and Zambia. The concrete expressions of these moral economies are localized and politically contingent, yet there are broad areas of common ground across settings. As with the moral economies of seventeenth- and eighteenth-century Europe, there is strong popular feeling against speculation and collusion in food markets in times of dearth, and an emphasis on the responsibilities of public authorities to act. But whereas the moral economy in European histories focused on customary paternalistic obligations, the contemporary emphasis is on formal and electoral accountabilities as a means of triggering public action. The paper concludes with a discussion of a research agenda on the moral economy and the politics of provisions in globalised present-day food markets.     

Literature,trauma and the African moral imagination

Trauma theory claims to represent a ‘new mode of reading and of listening’, but its Eurocentric roots lead to the question of whether or not this approach is relevant in postcolonial contexts. This essay makes the case that engaging trauma theory through African literatures is in fact a productive exercise, mostly because of what it does for the former. African social thought, expressed through its writers and critics, allows us to refine and address crucial problems in trauma theory, including questions about the representation of trauma and strategies for trauma healing. African writers' deployment of images such as the railroad, which is closely linked with discourses of trauma and of modernism, illustrates how their works can reframe trauma studies from an African perspective. An appreciation of the continent's traumatogenic contexts, of writers' cultural resources and strategies for speaking to those contexts, and of the intrinsically transformational impulse of the African moral imagination, suggests that African literatures are grounded in the types of imaginative ‘re-membering practice[s]’ that promote recovery and healing from the destructive effects of trauma.     

著作人格权制度的反思与重构

作品和作者人格之间的关系是全部著作人格权理论的逻辑起点,在此基础上形成的著作人格权制度缺少强有力的支撑理论,存在着严重的理论缺陷。在实践中,著作人格权制度既与民法人格权制度之间存在着难以调和的冲突,破坏了人格权制度的统一性,也不利于保障作者的私益和社会文化发展利益。这就需要将署名权、完整权、发表权等权利从民法人格权制度框架中解放出来,从经验出发,通过考察这些权利的实际功能,将其界定为专属于作者的各种辅助性权能,重新建构作者专属辅助权制度体系。     

康德法哲学视野下的“动物权利论”批判

当代动物权利运动的主将汤姆·雷根提出的动物权利论遮蔽了道德共同体成员的理性和道德义务这两个道德理论中的核心概念,忽视了理性、义务在构建道德共同体中的必要性,也不能在逻辑上全面地说明动物与人类之间以及动物之间的关系。康德主义的道德哲学则仅通过“实践理性”这一标准,即可合理说明人与动物在道德上的不同地位,也能更好地解释和指导人类利用和保护动物的实践。     

公司社会责任本土资源考察

公司社会责任包含着大量属于道德规范的内容。中国有着沿续几千年的道德传统和丰富的道德资源。从中国实际出发,挖掘“本土资源”,从影响乃至塑造我国道德传统的古代思想中探寻建构我国公司社会责任理论的基础点并寻求公司社会责任实现的“药方”,是深化公司社会责任研究的又一进路。中国传统文化与公司社会责任实现所需要的环境既有相容的一面,也有矛盾冲突的一面。我们应当在坚守法律底线和尊重公司营利性的基础上采取必要措施强化道德规范对公司行为的约束。大力营造与社会主义市场经济相适应的道德环境,提升公司社会责任的实现程度。
