伦理实体:道德教化的社会环境支持

人们在讨论道德教化问题时,一般都认为只要制定一套合理的道德原则和道德规范,教育人们遵守执行,就能提高人们的道德水平。而实际上,道德教化是人的内在心灵的整体生长,所以需要社会的伦理环境的支持、营养。因此使人们的生活共同体成为伦理实体,对道德教化来说是绝对必需的。     

The role of moral disengagement in the execution process

The present study tested the proposition that disengagement of moral self-sanctions enables prison personnel to carry out the death penalty. Three subgroups of personnel in penitentiaries located in three Southern states were assessed in terms of eight mechanisms of moral disengagement. The personnel included the execution teams that carry out the executions; the support teams that provide solace and emotional support to the families of the victims and the condemned inmate; and prison guards who have no involvement in the execution process. The executioners exhibited the highest level of moral, social, and economic justifications, disavowal of personal responsibility, and dehumanization. The support teams that provide the more humane services disavowed moral disengagement, as did the noninvolved guards but to a lesser degree than the support teams.     

民主选举：从村级到乡镇级

最近几年的村民委员会改选实现了真正的民主选举。村级民主选举将从根本上动摇村干部配合乡镇政府乱收费的行为,但这会强化乡镇政府所属的众多的站、所、室及公司直接进入市场,征收费用。乡镇政府的市场介入会导致巨大的效率损失。因此,有必要规范乡镇政府行为,而实现乡镇级民主选举则是规范乡镇政府行为的必然选择。而且,从笔者论证的结果和选举实践来看,在我国实行乡镇级民主选举是可行的。     

主体性道德人格教育目标建构的依据

主体性道德人格教育作为道德教育的目标指向,表达的是一种价值理想。其目标建构有着哲学人道主义的思想基础,也有着广泛的社会基础,同时还有着人类学和人本主义心理学的基础。具体地说,主体性道德人格教育的目标建构的依据主要有三点：一是人类有关个人自由与尊严的思想的宝贵遗产,特别是个性教育、自由教育思想的宝贵遗产;二是现代教育,特别是我国目前道德教育所肩负的使命;三是主体性道德人格的结构与特征

In the theory based on the protection of people and the private rights, The method to choose applicable law should be on the premise of respecting national sovereignty, which should attach more importance to the protection of private rights, respect the principal position of people, give play to the role of the body of the people, safeguard the interests of the people, pay attention to the value of people, be placed in the equal status of domestic and foreign law, emphasize the foreign-related civil and commercial disputes solved properly and protect the civil right from damage.     

高等教育责任实现视域下的高校德育探讨

我国高等教育承担着对国家与个人的责任，责任之间及其内部存在一定冲突，并给高校德育工作带来了一定的影响。高校德育工作必须坚持将“培养什么人”放在首位，注意平衡个人价值与社会价值，改进德育方法，着力引导学生认识伦理道德素养对自身生存与发展的重要价值，从而有效解决冲突，更好地实现自身对国家与个人的责任。     

简述中国传统道德教育的工具性

中国传统道德思想自从被统治者利用并上升为主流意识形态以后，它的一整套传统道德教育体系便与它一并成为了统治者手中的政治工具，从此逐渐遮蔽了其固有的价值性，具有了鲜明的工具性特征。这种特征主要表现为：经世致用化、政治伦理化和道器分离化。     

道德需要:德育的逻辑起点与策略理路

道德通过"何以可为、何以勿行"的教化发挥着规约"心灵秩序"和"构筑精神寓所"的功能.现实社会中,道德链条中以道德需要为首因的德育环节本真的遮蔽,直接导致教育人文意义的失落,也成为制约社会层面公共道德水准的重要成因.本文立足当代德育"吊诡"困局,在重梳道德需要内涵、特征和功能的基础上,探究了开掘道德需要介入道德准备律、凸出情感常数及融浸"注错习俗"的策略路径.     

The Search for Job Satisfaction: A Survey of Alabama Policing

This study examines police job satisfaction and its association with general occupational attraction. Police officers from sixteen municipal departments (n = 1,114) across one southern state (Alabama) were found to possess moderate-high overall job satisfaction, with regression analysis supporting the conclusions of prior studies that demographics are of little value to understanding job satisfaction. The findings convey that 25% of job satisfaction variance can be explained from six variables (in order of importance): social contribution, pay, adventure/excitement, autonomy, peer respect, and job security. The importance of benefits and community respect was unsupported, as were partner and special operation assignments. The author concludes that a great portion of police satisfaction hinges on the realization of work environment expectations, and that departments must proactively construct policies to enhance fulfillment of officer aspirations.
