开发德育潜在课程的策略

德育潜在课程的开发 ,旨在整合、设计诸多教育因素 ,强调与显性课程的“兼容”与“渗透” ,利用“显性”和“潜在”两种德育资源 ,提高德育实效。德育潜在课程主要存在于学校课程、学校制度、校园文化之大领域 ,因此开发德育潜在课程的策略是 :发挥教育工作者的人格力量 ,挖掘显性课程中潜在课程的作用 ,开展深入广泛的社会实践活动 ,加强学校制度建设 ,加强校园文化建设     

培养学生良好品德应注意的心理学问题

在强调素质教育的今天,注重学生良好品德教育尤为重要。从心理学讲,应注意学生的态度定势与心理准备,同时要强调道德观的形成,道德感、“良心”的教育,要进行抗谤感,道德意志力方面的培养。     

Singapore General Election 2015 and the Role of Citizenship Education

Abstract

This article explores the role of education, in particular citizenship education, in shaping the Singapore electorate. An understanding of the history of citizenship education helps to shed light on the contemporary political culture in Singapore. The extent to which democratic citizenship education has been taught in schools since 1958 is explored. Singapore’s citizenship education has consistently stressed the duties and responsibilities of citizenship, patriotism, national identity and moral values—with the goal of nation-building and legitimising the People’s Action Party state. This reflective historical piece on Singapore’s educational history adds a relatively unexplored facet to the discussions on the general election 2015 results as well as Singapore’s subsequent political development. The results of the 2015 general election in Singapore, seen in this light, are not so surprising, as they reflect the success of the state’s citizenship education in shaping the current political culture.     

CYNICAL STREETS: NEIGHBORHOOD SOCIAL PROCESSES AND PERCEPTIONS OF CRIMINAL INJUSTICE*

Studies have found that African Americans are more likely to perceive racial biases in the criminal justice system than are those from other racial groups. There is a limited understanding of how neighborhood social processes affect variation in these perceptions. This study formulates a series of hypotheses focused on whether perceived racial biases in the criminal justice system or perceptions of injustice vary as a function of levels of moral and legal cynicism as well as of adverse police–citizen encounters. These hypotheses are tested with multilevel regression models applied to data from a sample of 689 African Americans located in 39 neighborhoods. Findings from the regression models indicate that the positive association between structural disadvantage and perceptions of injustice is accounted for by moral and legal cynicism. Furthermore, adverse police encounters significantly increase perceptions of injustice; controlling for these encounters reduces the strength of the association between cynicism and injustice perceptions. Finally, the findings reveal that cynicism intensifies the association between adverse police encounters and perceptions of criminal injustice. The results are discussed in terms of their implications for research regarding perceived biases in the criminal justice system and neighborhood social processes.     

Managing anxiety: neoliberal modes of citizen subjectivity,fantasy and child abuse in New Zealand

The neoliberal direction of social policy under New Zealand’s fifth National government (2008–) is demonstrated in its 2012 White Paper for Vulnerable Children. This document advocates increased monitoring and policing of welfare populations and the downgrading of child protection policy to a technical administrative system for managing ‘risky’ families. The White Paper’s release came soon after the coroner’s report into the deaths of the ‘Kahui twins’, which were treated by the media as a shocking case of child abuse, and exemplified the media’s use of a fantasy of a ‘savage’ Maori welfare underclass in reporting cases of child abuse. Drawing on Isin’s analysis of ‘governing through neurosis’, this article explores how these media and policy discourses reinforce normative patterns of neoliberal citizen subjectivity by offering compelling pathways out of anxiety that re-route citizens’ anxiety over child abuse in support of neoliberal modes of citizen subjectivity.

In terms of practical measures, the new guidelines put forward the idea of moral education of the whole subject, the whole process and the whole position. The new guidelines also expounds the new task of citizen's morality construction in a new medianization society: strengthening the guidance of the moral construction in cyberspace and the hot issues in the moral field.In the design, formulation and implementation of public policies, the moral requirements are clarified, and the evaluation of moral risks and moral effects is proposed.
