党的十六大报告提出了新世纪头 2 0年 ,我国要集中力量全面建设小康社会的宏伟任务。全面建设小康社会 ,必须以经济建设为中心 ,不断解放和发展社会生产力 ,继续保持国民经济的稳定快速健康发展 ,即 2 0年经济总量翻两番 ,年均增长 7.2 % ,基本实现工业化和城市化。发展是硬道理 ,必须用发展的办法解决前进中的问题。     

应用新城疫病毒强弱毒株RT-PCR鉴别诊断技术检测多种禽类副黏病毒

应用已建立的新城疫病毒 (NDV)强、弱毒株RT PCR快速鉴别诊断技术 ,对来自广西各地疑为禽副黏病毒血清 1型 (APMV 1)感染的 14 4份不同禽类的病料进行了检测 ,并用常规方法对RT PCR检测为阳性的部分病料进行了病毒的分离和鉴定。结果 ,从鸡、鸽、鹅、鸭、鹌鹑、珍珠鸡、孔雀、鸵鸟和画眉鸟 9种禽的病料样品中检测到APMV 1,阳性检出率为 6 4.5 8% (93/ 14 4 ) ;从 7种禽病料中分离到 2 9株APMV 1地方野毒株。部分分离株用NDV强、弱毒株快速鉴别技术鉴定属中、强毒株。

Determination of Both Fetus’ and Mother's Blood Type from an Autopsy Case Immersed in Formalin for Over 50 Years

A female fetus which had been immersed in formalin for more than 50 years was found in Japan. Because no liquid blood could be obtained, we tried to use immunohistochemistry (IHC) methods to tissue samples obtained at autopsy to identify both the fetal and mother's blood type. We detected B antigens on endothelial cells in paraffin sections of the fetal organs. Furthermore, we observed both anti‐A‐ and anti‐B‐positive red blood cells in the intervillous space, which is indicative of the mother's blood type. To our knowledge, this is the first case report on determining the blood type of both the fetus and the mother from tissue immersed in formalin for such a long time. The results suggest that IHC is valuable for the determination of ABO blood type in circumstances of long postmortem duration and unfavorable storage conditions.

王安忆是个高产作家,其创作不仅高产而且有质量,因而吸引了许多评论者的目光,但对王安忆小说创作进行总体研究难度甚大。将王安忆小说文本的叙事修辞与作家的叙事理念相结合,在对其小说文本的叙事探究中注入修辞分析的元素,从修辞对话的层面阐释其小说创作,不失为一个新的视角。     

微视野仪在视功能评估中的应用

微视野仪是一种在直视眼底的条件下,能定量、定位地测量黄斑区域的视网膜光敏感度,同时可以全程记录被检查眼的固视轨迹,自动分析固视位置、固视稳定性,并能将微视野图与眼底像点对点重合,实现功能和结构上的组合。微视野仪的各项研究指标与主观视力有良好相关性,为定量评估视力提供了新手段,在法医学视功能的评定中将具有一定的应用潜力。本文综述了微视野仪的原理、方法及研究指标,并着重探讨微视野仪在视功能评估中的作用,以期为法医学视功能评估提供参考。     

MALDI-TOF-MS成像技术及其在法医损伤标志物筛选中的应用

传统的免疫学和分子生物学技术在寻找损伤分子标志物方面存在成果孤立、效价模糊以及相互间作用机制不明等缺点.质谱成像技术集筛选、分析和图像化于一体,更适合基于形态学的损伤分子标志物研究.本文综述了基于基质辅助激光解吸/电离-飞行时间质谱（matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionizationtime-of flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF-MS）成像技术筛选并识别特征性蛋白质的方法和最新进展,阐述了其在法医学损伤研究中的应用价值.     

地方·颓废·返魅：台湾“新乡土小说”研究

台湾“新乡土小说”延续了“乡土文学”反思现代化的社会批判功能。它通过描绘地理地景、乡土风俗等书写策略来积极建构“地方性”,以分割“现代化”话语的整体性;塑造了“废人”形象系列,用颓废者的否定姿态传递对现代社会的反叛意识;同时以奇谭浪漫、神秘鬼魅的后现代审美意识疏离主流论述、质疑历史正典和文化正统。但其疏离现实的消极立场、悬置价值判断的保守态度以及解构叙事的书写策略又消耗了其社会批判的针对性与批判强度,导致失焦、乏力的空虚状态。     

Painful Pleasure: The Politics and Aesthetics of Psychosocial Trauma in Impunity

Abstract

Continuous trauma syndrome (CTS) is the foundation for the characters in the film Impunity. The aesthetic choices in the narrative structure are an exploration of the discursive nature of violence and trauma in contemporary South African society. The theorising of continuous stress trauma provides the necessary challenge to the more conventional understanding of post-traumatic stress syndrome and informs the underlying analysis of the film. This analysis is offered in an interlocutory manner with psychology theorist Garth Stevens who provides a hermeneutic reading of Impunity that draws directly from his own research and others in the field of psychology. The paper is offered as an examination of an artistic research, film practice. The practice itself constitutes a theoretical expression which connects the aesthetic and structural choices of the film with the disciplinary observations made by Stevens. It suggests two theoretical approaches from different disciplines brought in conversation with each other to inform the reading of Impunity as artistic expression. The paper puts at its centre the discursive approach to the study of violence and trauma to suggest how the film’s structure and its aesthetics may be connected to research in the field of psychology.
