为开展弓形虫速殖子阶段蛋白表达和定位的相关研究,利用弓形虫重组微线体蛋白3(MIC3)抗原研制单克隆抗体,筛选出适合在虫体内用免疫荧光观察该蛋白的单抗分泌株,建立了弓形虫间接免疫荧光观察方法。结果显示,经4轮亚克隆后得到3株稳定分泌抗MIC3单抗的分泌株:4G1、1G12和5D7;经测定,3株MIC3单抗4G1、1G12和5D7的亚型分别为IgG1、IgG2b、IgG2b,效价分别为1∶3 200、1∶12 800、1∶1 600。筛选得到的2株MIC3单抗(4G1和1G12)可用于间接免疫荧光检测MIC3蛋白在虫体中的分布。通过弓形虫阳性感染猪血液样品推片的免疫荧光试验,验证了这3株单抗具有特异性。结果表明,研制的MIC3单抗和虫体荧光观察体系可用于速殖子MIC3蛋白在虫体表达定位和其他研究,也可作为其他速殖子抗原荧光观察的比较对象。 相似文献

贵州省山羊痘病例的病原学鉴定与病理学观察 总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9
为对近年来发生在贵州省部分地区疑似山羊痘的疫情做出确诊,取疑似山羊痘病羊皮肤及黏膜痘疹,处理后接种Vero-E6细胞,可观察到明显的细胞病变;反向间接血凝试验显示,细胞培养液血凝效价为22~25,阳性率达100%(5/5);以山羊痘病毒P32基因的1对特异性引物,从9份痘疹样本(共10份)及2株分离株PCR扩增出963 bp的特异性DNA条带;取感染细胞培养物接种成年健康山羊,山羊出现了典型的临床症状和病理变化,接种10日龄鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜也能表现出明显的痘斑病变,痘斑出现率可达40%;病羊上皮细胞呈不同程度的水泡变性,胞浆内含多量嗜酸性包涵体;细胞内存在圆形或卵圆形、有囊膜、大小约为310 nm×204 nm的病毒粒子。结果表明,近年来发生在贵州省部分地区的山羊疫情是山羊痘所致。 相似文献

A defining feature of the Northeast Asian developmental state was a focus on maximising investment and suppressing growth in consumption. While consistently high rates of investment were an integral part of the growth model, as the South Korean and Taiwanese economies matured, the viability of this model was undermined by the inability of these economies to generate sufficient opportunities for profitable investment. At the same time, the legacies of systems of labour control associated with the developmental state have impeded the development of stable wage-led growth regimes in both political economies. Instead, they have become reliant on an unstable combination of current account surpluses and consumer borrowing to sustain growth. The legacies of the developmental state continue to define many aspects of the political-economic landscape in Korea and Taiwan. However, changes in the growth regimes, the reorientation of the financial sectors from corporate to household lending, and the downgrading of industrial policy mean that it is no longer useful to define Korea or Taiwan as developmental states. Instead, contemporary Korea and Taiwan can be best understood as post-developmental states. 相似文献

我国刑法学界对共犯的性质存在学说对立,但是与欧陆、日本刑法学不同,基本上是二重性说和共犯从属性说、独立性说的对立,而且二重性说占据主导地位。站在结果无价值论立场上,对刑法进行实质的、体系的、客观的解释,就可能得出刑法共犯规定实质上贯彻了共犯从属性说的立场。在解释结论上,对《刑法》第29条第2款就会得出与以往所有的刑法学说不同的结论,即仅指被教唆者实行犯罪之后没有达到既遂的情况。 相似文献

This article offers a general account of international relations studies (IR) in Latin America through an examination of IR thinking in the region, an inventory of IR theory courses in seven Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Trinidad and Tobago), and an analysis of journal articles selected from five specialized IR journals in Latin America. Although considerable U.S. influence upon the ways in which IR is approached in Latin America is made apparent through this narrative, the specific context in which IR studies have evolved in the region has substantially altered the content of U.S. IR discourse. The reconstruction of Mostar could have been a symbol of renewed multiethnic coexistence. Instead, it has become a synonym for failed institutions and divisions, mirroring the difficulties of the whole country. While imposition of both the 1996 and 2004 statutes establishing the city’s administrative units was connected with crisis, the city has also faced two major deadlocks, in 2008–2009 and 2012. In the first, a solution was imposed by the international community’s High Representative (HR). But the second remains unresolved, as the HR resists intervening. The aim of the paper is to analyze these impasses – moments when institutional change should have occurred, but for some reason did not. Even the solutions – acts of external imposition – might be treated at best as institutional pseudo-change that shows that imposed institutions have a particular inertia that resists change. The topic will be presented from the perspective of historical institutionalism, with special emphasis on the path-dependency approach, which refers here not only to the formal institutional structure of the city, but also to the decision-making processes in the moments of stalemate. 相似文献
