中国女性学学科建设,自1995年第四次世界妇女大会以来,得到了长足发展:学科体系逐步成熟,研究队伍不断壮大,课程与教材建设日臻完善,形成了自身独有的一些特色,走出了自己的发展之路,正在成为人文社会学科中一个新的综合交叉学科。     

试论建立长期有效的网上追逃机制策略

网上追逃是近年来追逃工作发展的新形式，在实际工作中发挥了巨大作用。但在实践中也存在着一些问题．这些问题制约了网上追逃工作的长期发展和效能的发挥。通过建立健全现代化的追逃信息网络，实施规范化管理，提高公安机关民警的网上追逃意识和增强网上追逃的技能等措施来完善网上追逃机制。     

An Assessment of the Impact that Participation in Local Climate Networks Has on Cities’ Implementation of Climate,Energy, and Transportation Policies

Much of the attention surrounding local climate protection in the United States is associated with two networks: ICLEI Local Governments for Sustainability's Cities for Climate Protection and the U.S. Conference of Mayors’ Climate Protection Agreement (MCPA). However, the impact of these networks on member‐city actions has not been clearly established. This paper examines whether, and to what extent, participation in climate networks leads to the implementation of greenhouse gas (GHG)‐reducing policies, above and beyond what would have been done in their absence. To account for the possibility that cities which join climate networks are systematically different from those that do not and control for self‐selection induced bias, three statistical techniques—propensity score matching, Heckman full information maximum likelihood, and instrumental variables—are employed to estimate the “treatment effect” of participation. Results suggest that impact is network specific: ICLEI membership causes small to moderate increases in cities’ GHG‐relevant activity, whereas the MCPA has no such effect. The characteristics of each network are evaluated in light of these findings.

普通高校网络教育学籍管理工作的好坏直接影响学生是否能如期毕业,其管理过程贯穿于学生入学、日常教学管理、毕业环节等,是学校最终"产品"的出口。旨在通过对普通高校网络教育学籍管理现状及存在的问题进行归纳分析,提出对现阶段学籍管理工作的对策和建议,进而加强学籍管理制度规范化,提高学籍管理工作效率,以达到促成教学管理过程质量的提高。     

近十年来张家山汉简《二年律令》中的刑罚研究述评

相继出土的甘肃居延汉简、湖北江陵张家山汉简等竹简填补了对西汉初期法律制度研究的空白.近十年来,张家山汉简《二年律令》刑罚的研究主要集中于对刑罚体系研究和具体刑名考证为内容的刑罚法律制度的研究,对刑罚适用一般原则和具体刑罚的适用原则为内容的刑罚适用方面的研究,以及汉初刑罚法律思想的研究.不足之处在于对刑罚的执行和刑罚的消灭制度研究不够;与同时期的其他简牍文献的比较研究尚且不够,并且对一些问题必须重新审视并考证研究.     

创新社会管理背景下涉警网络舆情危机处置探析

现阶段,我国正处于改革的攻坚期、发展的黄金期和社会矛盾的凸现期,涉警网络舆情危机时有发生。涉警网络舆情危机具有突发性、传播性、破坏性和交互性等显著特点。因此,公安机关应及时掌握涉警网络舆情动态,运用"公安网络舆情引导管理系统",完善涉警网络舆情预警研判和应急处置机制,掌握网络舆论引导主动权。     

The animal advocacy movement in the Baltic states: links to other social justice issues and possibilities for intersectional activism

ABSTRACT

This article focuses on the animal advocacy movement (AAM) in the Baltic countries of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Taking an intersectional perspective, I examine whether and how key animal activists in the Baltics see links between animal rights and other social justice issues. I also consider how the movement communicates its messages to the general public in settings where ideas around animal justice and possibilities for animal advocacy are relatively recent and unfamiliar. This analysis contributes to debates regarding possibilities for intersectional activism and collaboration between social justice movements in the Baltics and beyond.     

Trust in the information society

Trust is an important feature for all users of the Internet who rely on the safety and security of network technologies and systems for their daily lives. Trust, or the lack of it, has also been identified by the European Commission’s Digital Agenda as a major barrier to further development of the information society in Europe. One of the areas in which concerns have been raised is in relation to children’s safety online. As a result, substantial efforts have been made by policymakers and by the industry to build greater trust and confidence in online digital safety. This paper examines what trust means in the context of children’s use of the Internet. Should policy on trust enhancement, for instance, include children’s own trust in the technologies or services they use or is it sufficient to seek to reinforce parental and adult confidence that children can be adequately protected? What is required to build that trust from either perspective? Does it need, or should it include a relationship of trust between parents and children? To tease out these questions further, the paper examines current European Union policy frameworks on digital safety, particularly industry responses to the call for a more trusted Internet environment for children, and argues that technical solutions to be effective need to carefully balance a number of competing objectives and to be sufficiently grounded in evidence of parental and child experience of the Internet.

文章从分析英文admiralty与maritime两词的语源和语义出发,讨论了中国法律框架下"海事"与"海商"的区别,厘清了海商法与海事法的关系,提出海商法体系的构建和完善主要是物权体系和债权体系的构建和完善。     

隐私权视野下的网上公开裁判文书之限

裁判文书的上网是落实审判公开的一项有力措施,但其对隐私权的威胁亦不容忽视。裁判文书的全文上网原则上应预先获得当事人的同意,当然,若裁判文书涉及公共利益,则隐私权也应受到限制。但因公共利益的需要而将裁判文书上网时,仍应对具有可识别性的个人信息和其他重要信息予以保密。被害人、证人、未成年人的隐私权应予特殊保护。调解书原则上不应通过网络公开。
