外伤性主动脉破裂死亡30例法医病理学研究

目的　探讨外伤性主动脉破裂法医病理学特点。　方法　对华西医科大学法医学院 1983 -2 0 0 3年 3月所做 3 0例外伤性主动脉破裂病理资料进行回顾性研究。　结果　外伤性主动脉破裂以男性青壮年为主 ( 66% ) ,1983 -1993年以高坠为主 ,1994-2 0 0 3年以车祸为主 ,损伤发生部位以主动脉弓部及起始部为常见 ,且绝大多伤者在 3 0min内死亡。　结论　外伤性主动脉破裂发生 ,应以预防为主。     

Legitimacy,self-determination,and conditional cooperators

ABSTRACT

This article critically examines the account of collective self-determination and state legitimacy developed by Stilz in her book. Central to this account is the idea that for a state to be legitimate it must reflect the shared will of the people over which it governs. I argue that the normative taxonomy Stilz employs to develop this criterion of legitimacy ignores the possibility of conditional cooperators: groups who are alienated from society due to the injustices they experience but are willing to affirm their participation in state institutions if these injustices are rectified. I then demonstrate that since there are no grounds for discounting the dissent of conditional cooperators, their presence significantly increases the threshold for state legitimacy that follows from Stilz’s theory. As a result, Stilz is forced to abandon her claim that basically just states generally enjoy a qualified ‘right to do wrong’.     

互联网金融视域下的类资产证券化:交易模式、金融异化与监管逻辑

为了规避监管或监管套利,互联网金融的类资产证券化创设了新的交易模式与法律结构:债权拆分流转、信托受益权拆分流转和资产收益权拆分流转。这突破传统的法律权利类型与法律边界,改变了传统的公募、私募监管逻辑,相关法律规制面临冲击和重构。对实质开展互联网资管业务的非金融类机构监管等领域的法律滞后与模糊,造成事实上的监管真空,引发金融乱象。金融监管应坚持实质重于形式的监管原则,强化穿透式监管,厘清互联网金融创新的法律边界,推进央地监管分工的法治化、体系化,消除监管空白,避免泛化式、运动式监管。     

难以言说的战争创伤——巴克后期小说中的疏离与隔阂

英国现当代著名作家帕特·巴克（Pat Barker）以其作品对创伤的持续叙写而著称,其后期作品中描写的战争创伤更是引起了广泛的关注。在其后期作品中,巴克描写了由于战争经历的迥异造成回归士兵、医护人员、志愿者、战地记者与后方民众之间难以消弭的疏离和隔阂。透过战争的梦魇给英国士兵和民众之间造成的心灵隔阂,巴克影射了战争给英国这个民族及其民众带来的不堪回首的心灵创伤。     

中国大鲵维氏气单胞菌病的组织病理学观察

运用病理切片和HE染色技术,对维氏气单胞菌自然感染大鲵的肌肉、肝、肾、肺、肠道等器官的组织病理学变化进行了观察。结果显示,肝可见大量淋巴细胞和少量中性粒细胞,肝细胞空泡状变性,肝血窦内见大量血细胞;肾集合管中可见少量蛋白样物,血管球扩张,有的溶解坏死;心肌纤维溶解,甚至坏死,可见充血和出血;胰细胞颗粒变性;肺偶见充血;脾索排列紊乱,脾窦中充满大量红细胞和巨噬细胞;肠道内肠绒毛溶解脱落,有充血现象;肌纤维蜡样坏死,肌细胞核浓缩凝固,深染,破碎。证实,维氏气单胞菌能使中国大鲵的多个组织器官出现严重的病理变化而导致死亡。     

Partial Agonist Therapy in Schizophrenia: Relevance to Diminished Criminal Responsibility

Abstract: Pathological gambling (PG), classified in the DSM‐IV among impulse control disorders, is defined as inappropriate, persistent gaming for money with serious personal, family, and social consequences. Offenses are frequently committed to obtain money for gambling. Pathological gambling, a planned and structured behavioral disorder, has often been described as a complication of dopamine agonist treatment in patients with Parkinson’s disease. It has never been described in patients with schizophrenia receiving dopamine agonists. We present two patients with schizophrenia, previously treated with antipsychotic drugs without any suggestion of PG, who a short time after starting aripiprazole, a dopamine partial agonist, developed PG and criminal behavior, which totally resolved when aripiprazole was discontinued. Based on recent advances in research on PG and adverse drug reactions to dopamine agonists in Parkinson’s disease, we postulate a link between aripiprazole and PG in both our patients with schizophrenia and raise the question of criminal responsibility.     

HELPING ALIENATED CHILDREN WITH FAMILY BRIDGES: PRACTICE, RESEARCH, AND THE PURSUIT OF "HUMBITION"

This article briefly summarizes and responds to feedback offered by Joan Kelly regarding Family Bridges: A Workshop for Troubled and Alienated Parent–Child Relationships™. We emphasize principles that promote an educational atmosphere, as opposed to a therapeutic one, and the court's role in contributing to successful interventions with severely alienated children. Among the considerations discussed are: working with favored parents, economic comparisons of Family Bridges with counseling approaches, modifying the program for use in prevention and with milder cases of alienation, and issues related to training additional team leaders and conducting outcome research.     

我国农村宅基地使用权流转的现状考察

农村宅基地是农村土地的重要组成部分,宅基地使用权是农民的一项最基本的财产权利,农村宅基地使用权是否可以流转的问题一直以来都是社会各界关注的焦点。本文主要考察了我国在立法上对我国农村宅基地使用权流转的规范与态度,以及我国的司法实务现状,并通过实证调查的方式考察了我国农村宅基地使用权流转在现实生活中的实际情况及其存在的问题与原因,旨在为宅基地使用权制度完善提供参考依据。     

26例心脏传导系统发育异常猝死的病理学分析

目的研究心脏传导系统发育异常致猝死的病理变化。方法排除外伤、中毒及疾病所致死亡,收集26例不明原因猝死者心脏,采用作者创建的心脏传导系统取材法,常规切片、HE染色和Masson三色染色,光镜观察。结果 26例中见心传导系统有发育不全、结构异常、细胞或组织结构移位和窦房结纤维垫等病变,9例同时具有2~3种类型。16~30岁共21例,占全部样本的80.8%。结论心脏传导系统发育异常可能是不明原因青壮年猝死的重要原因之一。     

Policy Alienation of Public Professionals: A Comparative Case Study of Insurance Physicians and Secondary School Teachers

Currently, there is an intense debate on the pressures facing public professionals in service delivery. Several studies show increasing discontent among professionals toward policies they have to implement. In this article, we aim to contribute to this topic by analyzing this discontent of public professionals in terms of “policy alienation.” The policy alienation concept is used to frame the experiences of professionals in a coherent theoretical framework. We have used a qualitative comparative case study of Dutch insurance physicians and secondary school teachers to study the factors that influence the degree of policy alienation across different domains. Our article shows that facets of New Public Management are important in explaining the pressures on public professionals implementing public policies. However, others factors are also prominent, and the degree of the implementers' professionalism seems especially important. These insights help in understanding why public professionals embrace or resist the implementation of public policies.
