艺术作品的形式是由“物”转化而来的 ,是以极为感性的形态而存在着的 ,这种形态总括、浓缩了艺术家对世界和人生的某个方面的总体感受、评价、认识 ,并使它们由内隐、抽象、难以言传而变得具体可感。它们也包含了读者既有的审美经验的作用 ,一种主观的投射 ,进行审美再创造的契机。提炼新的“形式”是艺术创造的关键     

La nacionalización del hogar en España

The nationalization of the domestic sphere in Spain is a topic that has been largely ignored. Recently, the interest in the study of banal nationalism and the impact of nationalism on everyday life has been on the rise, particularly for the Francoist and democratic era; however, its origins are not clear at all. An examination of developments in domestic architecture, interior decoration, and even gardening shows that the domestic sphere was nationalized during the first three decades of the twentieth century. Regionalist architecture was in vogue for villas and country-houses and furniture was increasingly modeled after local artisanal traditions. Domestic practices such as cooking, consuming, and cleaning were also increasingly connected with supposedly “national” traditions. During this period Spanish cuisine and many of its regional dishes were “invented”. The first phase of the nationalization of the domestic sphere in Spain is analyzed using a wide array of primary sources (press, manuals, speeches, etc.), thus contributing to the history of nationalism, gender studies, the history of architecture, and food studies, which by focusing on modernization processes largely disregarded this profound nationalization of the private sphere.

A Genealogy: Tracing the Origins of Museum Admission Charges

Using Jim Scheurich's “Policy Archeology” as a theoretical framework, a genealogy of museum admission charges in the United States is presented. The three factors that ultimately led to the implementation and expansion of charges are the income/expenses balance, isomorphism within the museum field, and the philosophical stance of museums regarding the public purpose of the institution. These factors are tracked from early museum history through the 1980s, when admission charges become a new norm in the field.

随着人们对刑事法效益关注程度的不断加深,更新假释观念,扩大假释适用,成为我国行刑理论的一个热点问题。对我国当前假释制度的运行状况应作全方位、多视角的考察;全面分析假释低效运行对行刑实践所产生的负面效应;进而适度松动假释适用、实现假释制度的高效运行,以符合国际行刑发展的主流趋势;更新行刑理念,注重罪犯回归社会和刑罚经济的精神趋向;完善假释立法,更大程度地利用现有法律资源;限制减刑制度以普遍启动假释制度;尝试建构高效的假释运作机制。     

The Impact of Public Funding on Contemporary Visual Arts

Public policy for supporting the visual arts has historically followed different traditions in France and the United Kingdom. In an environment of fiscal austerity that impacts upon public funding as well as private patronage, and given the tensions between artistic freedom on the one hand, and market constraints on the other, this article examines how these two traditions of financing artists has influenced the direction of the work itself. A brief historical presentation of the two forms of public support and their evolution in recent decades provides a framework for understanding government attitudes and policies on both sides of the Channel. A closer examination of selected artists, chosen here for their representativeness and their international renown, is used to illustrate the changing nature of public support for visual art creation.
