浅谈在"三基"建设中如何加强人口管理

深入推进“三基”工程建设,大力加强以人口管理为主的各项基础工作,切实解决好人口管理工作中存在的突出问题,对保护人民群众的合法权益,及时发现、预防、控制和打击违法犯罪活动,维护社会治安秩序,具有特别重要的意义。     

论我国刑法分则规范的完善--以总分则之关系的合理定位为切入点

以刑法总则与分则之关系的合理定位为切入点,我们不难发现:刑法分则的不少条文并不符合刑法总则"但书"的规定;刑法分则的不少条文不符合刑法总则第14条、第15条的规定;刑法分则的不少条文不符合刑法总则关于数罪并罚的规定.另外,刑法分则将预备行为、教唆行为、帮助行为纳入到分则规范之中;具体犯罪的法定刑以犯罪既遂为模式;刑法分则规定特别自首制度、累犯制度,所有这些都不符合刑法总则与分则之关系的合理定位.相应地,这些分则条文应予完善.     

Influences on the Prisoner Rate: Number of Entries into Prison, Length of Sentences and Crime Rate

On the basis of the data contained in the European Sourcebook, this article tries to answer the question: 'What influences the prisoner rate most? The number of entries into prison, the length of sentences, or the crime rate?' The authors show that the crime rate is absolutely not correlated with the prisoner rate. The latter depends principally on the length of the imposed custodial sanctions and secondly on the number of those imposed prison sentences. Nevertheless, there are some indications suggesting that these results could be different from one type of offence to another. Unfortunately, this hypothesis could not be tested on the basis of the European Sourcebook data.     

The Modernist Manifesto of Alva and Gunnar Myrdal: Modernization of Sweden in the Thirties and the Question of Sterilization

How can one judge the policies of Alva Myrdal in the Thirties? Alva Myrdal, one of Sweden's best-known feminists, suggested sterilisation in her proposed family policy during that decade. In the internationally reported intensive Swedish debate in the autumn of 1997 on the Swedish forced sterilisation 1935–1975, Alva Myrdal's ideas played a major role. What picture of Alva Myrdal evolves out of that debate, and how does it stand in relationship to her own writings and the general discursive context of the Thirties? Chronocentrism is discussed.     

用等位基因特异扩增技术检测人类补体第八成份C8A DNA多态性的研究

建立补体第八成份蛋白质多态性的DNA检测方法。根据导致C8A多态性的DNA点突变核苷酸差异 ,建立一个检测C8A基因型的特异性扩增方法。采用该法 ,对 10 0份血样本进行检测 ,并同时用传统的检测C8A蛋白质多态性的SDS 凝胶电泳方法进行对照检测 ,结果显示新建立的C8A多态性PCR分型方法不仅快速、灵敏、稳定 ,而且分型结果清晰 ,容易判读 ,适用于法医学中多种检材的C8A多态性分型     

Genetic population data of 12 STR loci of the PowerPlex Y system in the state of São Paulo population (Southeast of Brazil)

Allele frequency distributions and population data for 12 Y-chromosomal short tandem repeats (STRs) included in the PowerPlex^®Y Systems (Promega) were obtained for a sample of 200 healthy unrelated males living in São Paulo State (Southeast of Brazil). A total of 192 haplotypes were identified, of which 184 were unique and 8 were found in 2 individuals. The average gene diversity of the 12 Y-STR was 0.6746 and the haplotype diversity was 0.9996. Pairwise analysis confirmed that our population is more similar with the Italy, North Portugal and Spain, being more distant of the Japan.     

33.15及33.6探针对中国人DNA指纹图的研究

目的统计用33．15及33．6探针对中国人进行DNA指纹图检验的群体调查资料，为实际案件的检验提供理论依据。方法应用33．15及33．6探针为中国北京地区无关群体的血液进行DNA指纹图分析。结果应用33．15探针检验15人的DNA指纹图，无关个体间相关机率为1．03×10-15，两无关个体间出现同一谱带的平均概率0．176；应用33．6探针检验19人的DNA指纹图，无关个体间相关机率为1．53×11-11，两无关个体间出现同一港带的平均概率为0．187；两探针均符合孟德尔遗传规律，均具有组织同一性。结论本研究结果可应用于法医物证检验的亲子鉴定及个体识别。     

韩国工业化过程中人口城市化进程的研究

20世纪 50年代以来,随着迅速的国家工业化过程,韩国不仅在较短时间内快速地实现了人口城市化,而且人口城市化进程与国家工业化相互促进、协调发展。工业化、产业结构调整、农业发展政策、工业选址政策以及城市社会经济迅速发展是韩国人口城市化的主要社会经济动因。韩国由集中到分散的城市化模式、通过国土综合开发促进新的城市增长极的形成和发展、发展卫星城镇、工业选址政策、可持续的土地政策等推进人口城镇化的成功经验值得我们借鉴。     

北京市未来人口发展下的教育需求预测

文章在对北京市未来人口趋势作充分预测的基础上,采用教育生命表技术估计北京市未来各级教育毛入学率等指标,结合人口预测结果预测未来北京市各级教育的需求。     

语境的共时系统分析

本文从系统和共时研究的角度分析了语言的语境系统,详细地分析了语境各要素及其相互关系,指出了言内语境和言外语境的反映与被反映的关系,以及语境要素的统一性和层次性两种特征,并指出语义分析和语义理解从言内到言外、从一般到特殊的分析顺序,任何相关语境因素都不能忽略。
