目的观察嗜尸蝇类种群落组成、季节变动及蛆虫生长长度与死亡时间的关系,为在死亡时间推断中应用提供基础数据。方法采用荷兰猪尸/兔尸/猪肺作诱饵,在海拔1115.2~1120.8m的自然环境中吸引蝇种。捕抓特定时间段内优势蝇种,每日定时观察记录其在营养基上产卵、幼虫孵化、成熟幼虫爬离的时间,测量其长度,采用Excel软件进行数据处理。结果获取了贵阳市郊宽丽蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇、紫绿蝇、丝光绿蝇、棕尾别麻蝇、肥躯金蝇、大头金蝇和绯颜裸金蝇等8种常见嗜尸蝇类群落组成、季节变动及蛆虫生长长度的规律性变化数据,并用于实际案例死亡时问的推断。结论嗜尸蝇类群落组成、季节变动及蛆虫生长长度在推测死亡时间上有重要意义。  相似文献

Abstract: From July through September 2007, three pig carcasses (Sus scrofa), weighing between 27 and 63 kg were placed outside in a grassy area in central Texas. A surrounding fence prevented entrance by terrestrial scavengers, while allowing avian scavengers unrestricted access. A fourth pig carcass served as a control for the rate of decomposition and was placed in a cage that prevented terrestrial and avian animal access. Modification of the carcasses was recorded through the use of two motion‐sensing digital cameras and daily on‐site observations. American black vultures (Coragyps atratus) and turkey vultures (Cathartes aura) waited c. 24 h before beginning to scavenge and completely skeletonized the carcasses in 3 to 27 h of feeding, leaving scratches on the bones. The accelerated rate of decomposition and the signature markings on the bones should be considered when interpreting taphonomic events and determining an accurate postmortem interval at vulture‐modified scenes.  相似文献

目的利用多体素质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)技术推断不同温度下的死亡时间。方法选取24只白兔,分为两组,利用多体素质子磁共振波谱测定死后30m in、1h、2h、4h、6h、8h、12h、16h、24h脑内N-乙酰天门冬氨酸、胆碱复合物、磷酸肌酸和肌酸各代谢物之间峰下面积的比值。结果死后24h内N-乙酰天门冬氨酸与磷酸肌酸和肌酸的比值随死亡时间的延长而降低,胆碱复合物与磷酸肌酸和肌酸的比值随死亡时间的延长而升高。Naa/Cr、Ch/Cr与PM I进行回归分析:自变量为Naa/Cr的二次多项式方程为:y=0.0020x2-0.0815x+1.4532(R2=0.971);自变量为Ch/Cr的二次多项式方程为:y=-0.0024x2+0.0870x+1.1876(R2=0.962)。用Naa/Cr的方程推测PM I,当PM I<24h时,平均偏离时间为1.70~50.27m in,用Ch/Cr的方程推测PM I,当PM I<24h时,平均偏离时间为1.12~98.11m in。结论Naa/Cr、Ch/Cr的死后变化与时间呈强相关性,可用于死亡时间推断。  相似文献

目的探讨躯体组织的电阻抗的死后变化规律,寻找推断死后经过时间的新方法。方法用阻抗测量仪测量大鼠胃壁、腹壁、躯干、胸部、腹部、腹部皮肤、头皮等处不同死后经过时间的电阻抗。结果大鼠躯体组织的电阻抗随着死后经过时间的延长存在规律性变化。这些结果告诉我们,有望通过测量死后人体躯体组织的电阻抗,利用其死后变化规律,推断人体死后经过时间。  相似文献

Abstract: Forensic organizations worldwide have recommended that dental prostheses should be marked with, at a minimum, the patient’s name and preferably with further unique identifiers such as a social security number. The current study aimed to assess the denture marking practice of dental schools within the United States and the United Kingdom. A questionnaire‐based survey was employed to gain both quantitative and qualitative data on the methods, practices, and ethos behind denture marking in 14 U.K. and 32 U.S. dental schools. One hundred percent of U.K. and 87.5% of U.S. schools returned surveys and the results suggest that, for dental schools where there is no legal or legislative need for denture marking, the practice is inconsistently taught and appears to be reliant on internal forces within the school to increase awareness. Among those schools practicing marking, only 18% employ a technique likely to withstand common postmortem assaults; this is a concern.  相似文献

目的探索死后尸体组织中三甲胺-氮(TMA-N)浓度变化规律及其与晚期死亡时间的关系。方法健康SD大鼠66只,颈椎脱臼法处死,随机分成11组,分别于死后即刻、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10d取大鼠肌肉、肝脏和肾脏组织,用分光光度法检测TMA-N浓度,所得数据用方差分析比较组间差异性,并进行回归方程拟合。结果3种组织中TMA-N含量随死后时间延长而增加,肌肉于死后7d、肝脏和肾脏于死后8d达到高峰,之后有所下降,并均于死后10d再次升高,肝、肾组织之间TMA-N含量比较无统计学差异性。死后2~7d内,PM I与肌肉TMA-N浓度变化拟合度最高(R2=0.969);死后3~8d内,与肝肾中TMA-N浓度变化拟合度最高(R2=0.953)。结论死后组织中TMA-N含量变化与PM I有相关性,可望为晚期PM I推断提供参考,但肌肉与肝肾TMA-N含量变化规律存在一定差异,需选择最适时段以提高PM I推断的准确性。  相似文献

目的建立检测尸体组织中三甲胺-氮(TMA-N)含量的方法。方法大鼠肌肉组织样本100mg经预处理后,将三甲胺(TMA)抽提于无水甲苯中,与苦味酸作用,形成黄色的苦味酸三甲胺盐,用分光光度计在410nm处检测吸光度,标准曲线法计算TMA-N含量。结果在1~10mg/L范围内,光密度(OD)值与TMA-N浓度呈现良好线性关系(R2=0.9991,P<0.001)。平均日内差2.37%,平均日间差3.2%。加样平均回收率98.4%;大鼠死后即刻至7d,尸体肌肉组织中TMA-N含量由0.115mg/L上升至18.073mg/L,随死后时间延长呈现增加的趋势。结论死后尸体组织中的TMA-N含量可用分光光度法检测。  相似文献

Abstract: The likelihood of dipteran maggots colonizing a corpse due to nocturnal oviposition can be used to challenge the postmortem interval (PMI) estimated assuming diurnal oviposition. Earlier experiments tested nocturnal oviposition behavior by exposing fresh baits once during a single night. In this pilot study, oviposition behavior was studied using beef baits, which, simulating the decay of the body seen in case situations, decomposed inside cages designed to open and close at scheduled intervals during consecutive night or twilight periods. Freshly hatched maggots from diurnally oviposited eggs emerged in control baits on the third day, while a limited number of maggots attributable to nocturnal or twilight oviposition were observed in experimental baits only on the fifth or sixth day, indicating a categorical delay. These results suggest that such delayed and limited nocturnal oviposition is not forensically significant since the larger maggots deriving from diurnal oviposition would be the ones considered when estimating PMI.  相似文献

An unidentified white powder collected as evidence in an intelligence investigation was characterized exclusively by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis. A small fraction of the powder dissolved in D2O was subjected to a series of one- and two-dimensional techniques which were used to elucidate the molecular structure of the powder's major component and positively identify it as the scopolamine biotoxin. Quantitative one-dimensional experiments identified individual proton and carbon atom sites, and conventional 14N spectroscopy detected a single nitrogen atom site. Heteronuclear single quantum coherence data correlated all protons to their directly bonded carbon atom, and together with the quantitative spectra, were used to determine the number of protons directly bonded to each carbon atom. The presence of a methyl, carboxyl, and a benzyl group was also identified from these data. Correlation spectroscopy detected a three proton and a nine proton JH,H network, representing a CH2CH moiety and seven carbon atom ring, respectively. These five elements were assembled into an almost complete molecular structure by using long-range, J-coupled, 1H-13C pairs detected by heteronuclear multiple bond correlation (HMBC) spectroscopy and 1H-1H dipolar-coupled pairs found from nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY) data. Additional oxygen atom sites were inferred from 1H-13C correlation intensities in the HMBC spectra along with 1H and 13C chemical shift values, or directly from NOESY correlations. Only a single oxygen atom site could not be inferred from NMR data, but its presence was inferred from comparisons to target analyte structures to complete the structure of the scopolamine molecule. To confirm these results, an ethanol/H2O solution of the powder was analyzed by direct infusion into an ion trap mass spectrometer. A prominent base signal was observed at m/z 304.1 amu, corresponding to the protonated molecular ion of scopolamine. Subsequently, the ion was selected and subjected to collision-induced dissociation, producing characteristic major MS/MS fragments at m/z 138.1 and 156.1. Comparisons of 1H and 13C chemical shift values and JH,H values measured from our NMR data were found to agree very favorably with previously reported values for scopolamine in D2O.  相似文献

At The Office of the Cuyahoga County Coroner (CCCO), Cleveland, Ohio, it is customary to perform an autopsy and conduct toxicological testing on decedents less than 19 years of age. This study provides a retrospective evaluation of drugs detected in a pediatric postmortem population between the years 1998 and 2002 (n = 730). Demographic information, cause and manner of death, and toxicological results were examined. Blacks comprised 54% of cases, males 59%, and 48% were less than one year of age or stillborn. Forty-two percent of deaths were ruled natural, 27% accident, 13% undetermined, 5% suicide, and 2% homicide. Of the 640 cases subjected to comprehensive testing, 38% of the cases were positive for at least one compound. Resuscitative/treatment drugs were detected most frequently (56% of positive results), followed by illicit drugs (26%), ethanol (11%), carbon monoxide (8%), and antihistamines (6%). Eighty-seven cases contained more than one drug. The deaths of 47 individuals were drug related (6%). In this population, it is recommended that illicit drugs and ethanol are targeted for testing, especially when limited specimens are available for analysis.  相似文献
