浅议围捕工作中攻心战法的运用

警察的围捕工作,应该善于抓住犯罪嫌疑人的心理变化,巧用攻心战法,促使犯罪嫌疑人的思想向良性方向转化、发展,直到主动缴械投降,达到不战而胜的目的,顺利完成抓捕任务,从而减少围捕过程中警察的伤亡,保护人民生命财产的安全。

测谎与心理学的关系是密不可分的。通过对认知、情绪、意志、心理活动、神经系统等方面的分析 ,阐明了心理学是测谎理论的基础 ,测谎是心理学的技术应用。     

特警队员反恐心理素质训练探析

特警队员是当前国内反恐处突的中坚力量,反恐训练是提高特警队员能力的重要途径,而心理素质训练则是反恐训练的重要内容。根据反恐心理训练的要求,制定以观察力、记忆力、思维力、意志力、冒险力为主的训练内容,针对这些训练内容采用能动训练法、模拟训练法、分步分类训练法、结合渗透训练法等方法进行科学的训练,以期达到强化特警队员心理素质的目的。     

Assessing the Risk of Secondary Transfer Via Fingerprint Brush Contamination Using Enhanced Sensitivity DNA Analysis Methods

Experiments were performed to determine the extent of cross‐contamination of DNA resulting from secondary transfer due to fingerprint brushes used on multiple items of evidence. Analysis of both standard and low copy number (LCN) STR was performed. Two different procedures were used to enhance sensitivity, post‐PCR cleanup and increased cycle number. Under standard STR typing procedures, some additional alleles were produced that were not present in the controls or blanks; however, there was insufficient data to include the contaminant donor as a contributor. Inclusion of the contaminant donor did occur for one sample using post‐PCR cleanup. Detection of the contaminant donor occurred for every replicate of the 31 cycle amplifications; however, using LCN interpretation recommendations for consensus profiles, only one sample would include the contaminant donor. Our results indicate that detection of secondary transfer of DNA can occur through fingerprint brush contamination and is enhanced using LCN‐DNA methods.     

Fatal Intoxications Due to Administration of Isosorbide Tablets Contaminated with Pyrimethamine

In January 2012, 664 cases of pyrimethamine toxicity and 151 deaths were reported among cardiac patients that had recently received free medicines from pharmacy of Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore, Pakistan. These patients, ages ranged from 58 to 75 years, were prescribed simvastatin, clopidogrel, aspirin soluble, isosorbide mononitrate, and amlodipine. On examination of medications being given to them, it was found that a particular batch of isosorbide mononitrate tablets was contaminated with 50 mg pyrimethamine. Cardiac patients were taking isosorbide contaminated with pyrimethamine twice daily (100 mg pyrimethamine/day), whereas therapeutic dose of pyrimethamine for malaria is 25 mg/week. Postmortem urine, cardiac blood, and femoral blood specimens of three deceased males were submitted to author's laboratory for analysis. Postmortem toxicological analysis revealed that pyrimethamine concentration fell within the range of 1–10 μg/mL by liquid chromatography. Clinical, autopsy, histopathological, and toxicological findings strongly suggested toxicity due to pyrimethamine accumulation that resulted in deaths of these cardiac patients.     

Exploratory trial of schema-focussed therapy in a forensic personality disordered population

The management of needs and risks in personality disordered offender populations has become a focus for health and criminal justice services in the UK. Recent studies demonstrate the effectiveness of schema focussed therapy (SFT) for patients with borderline personality disorder. This study was an exploratory trial of the feasibility of implementing SFT in a population of patients with personality disorder in a high secure hospital in England. Preliminary evaluations of the effects of SFT were conducted to investigate whether those receiving SFT demonstrated significant improvements on measures of anger, impulsiveness, schemata and interpersonal style. No significant effects were evident although there was a significant increase in defectiveness/shame schema in the SFT group. Lack of effectiveness of SFT is likely due to the preliminary nature of this study. Future trials of SFT need to ensure comprehensive therapist preparation, control of TAU, bigger samples, address attrition and provide more intensive therapy.     

An integrated exploration of factors associated with psychological distress among older prisoners

This paper compares the contributions of socio-demographic, health, mental health, social and environmental factors in explaining variations in psychological distress among older prisoners in two Australian states. One hundred and seventy-three prisoners (aged 50+ ) from 8 Australian prisons were interviewed using the Kessler Psychological Distress (K10) Scale. Three regression analyses were conducted to compare different models of 14 variables significantly associated with psychological distress. Independent variables most prominently associated with variations in psychological distress among older inmates were self-reported levels of social support, self-reported safety and ease of health care access. Difficulties in the built environment and mental health history were significantly explanatory of variations in older prisoner distress in two of the three models. The findings suggest that modifiable situational factors evident in current prison contexts are reasonably explanatory of variations in prisoner distress among older inmates.

论领导干部心理和谐的养成

领导干部是执政的主体,面对复杂的工作环境和繁重的工作任务,要履行好自己的职责,必须保持心理和谐。领导干部保持心理和谐,需要长期加强自我修养来实现。     

论高校图书馆在大学生心理健康教育中的功能

目前,在部分高校中,一些大学生的心理状况令人担忧。高校图书馆应主动发挥图书馆的教育功能,充分利用图书馆的资源优势积极参与对大学生的心理健康教育。包括：设置专门阅览室;开设大学生心理素质教育公选课;注重图书馆馆员的心理健康教育;提供数字化的心理咨询服务;聘请心理健康专家开展讲座等。
