马克思主义与时俱进的光辉典范--列宁创立新经济政策理论的启示

马克思主义具有与时俱进的理论品质,它总是根据时代的发展要求而不断创新。列宁所创立的新经济政策就是马克思主义在新的历史条件下与时俱进的一个光辉范例,是对马克思主义东方社会理论的重大发展和实践创新。深入研究列宁在创立新经济政策中所体现出来的与时俱进的理论品质、方法和原则,对我国在新的历史条件下立足社会主义初级阶段的实际,坚持与时俱进,开拓创新,全面建设小康社会具有现实意义。

Coping with an unjust fate: The case of structural unemployment

Becoming a victim of structural unemployment means suffering an unjust fate. The present research examines the cognitive reactions subjects use to protect their belief in a just world and the related effects on their actual well-being within a sample of unemployed blue-collar workers in East Germany (all female). Results showed that the belief in a just world was positively correlated with attributing one’s unemployment to one’s own behavior and negatively with asking “why me?”, but uncorrelated with subjects’ readiness to change into another profession in order to get employed. Just world belief and depression were negatively related for those who either avoided the “why me?” question or who found an answer to it; but just world belief and depression was positively related for those women ruminating about an unanswered “why me?”. Results are consistent with the idea that the belief in a just world plays a significant role in the unemployed person’s coping process.

我国高等院校党史教材和国内诸多史书论著,普遍认定“毛泽东思想两个建议”的史实。通过对《毛泽东思想概论》、《彭德怀自述》等有关“两个建议”史实不同版本的比较论证分析,可得出“中央革命根据地第五次反‘围剿’战役后期的两个战略性建议,不是毛泽东提出来的”史实结论,否定国内史学界近半个世纪以来所认定的普遍观点。     

Parents' Reactions to Child Day Care Organizations: The Influence of Perceptions of Procedures and the Role of Organizations' Trustworthiness

On the basis of the uncertainty management model, we argue here that when people are uncertain about an organization's trustworthiness, they may resolve the question how they should react toward the organization by relying on their perceptions of the organization's procedures. As a consequence, we predicted that the reactions of parents whose child was in a day care center would be strongly influenced by their perceptions of the procedures used by the organization that was responsible for their children's day care when the parents would be uncertain about the organization's trustworthiness. However, when parents would be certain that the organization could be trusted they would be less in need of procedural information, yielding less strong effects of perceived procedure on parents' reactions. The findings of a survey study corroborate this line of reasoning. In the discussion it is argued that these findings suggest that people especially rely on their perceptions of procedures when they are uncertain about important aspects of their lives, such as the trustworthiness of organizations that are responsible for their children's day care.     

New Requirements and Key Tasks of the 14th Five-Year Plan under the New Pattern of Modernization in the New Era

The “14th Five-Year Plan” period is a period of change in the transformation of old and new kinetic energies, and is facing a big change that has not occurred in a century. The “14th Five-Year Plan” will link the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects with the opening of a new journey of socialist modernization. In the new historical orientation, the “14th Five-Year Plan” needs to be based on the new pattern of modernization to assess its new requirements, in the planning guidance level requires deepening of the new development concept; in the planning guidance requires high-quality development of the economy, society and people's lives as the core, to achieve the goal of modernization and modernization of human development. The main lines of planning call for modernization, such as strengthening the modern economic system and modernizing the national governance system and capacity. Accordingly, the key tasks of the “14th Five-Year Plan” should include fostering new impetus for modern development, improving the modern market system, developing a modern industrial system, improving the modern mechanism for coordinated regional development and promoting ecological modernization, and then promoting China's economic and social development on the path of modernization.     

监狱人民警察的心理障碍及其调适

监狱人民警察的心理障碍是由心理征候集合而表现出的心理病变状态.监狱人民警察产生心理障碍的因素包括:工作劳累导致"心累";任务繁重,工作压力大;社会不理解,遭人非议;人际关系紧张、冲突;家庭成员的不理解、埋怨等.监狱人民警察的心理调适,是运用心理学的理论和方法,进行科学地有效调整,使监狱人民警察保持积极向上的健康的心理状态的过程.对监狱人民警察中出现的心理失衡现象,其克服的方法和途径主要有自我心理调适;家庭的心理调适;监狱领导机关对监狱人民警察的心理保健措施.     

论利益衡量方法在行政诉讼原告资格认定中的运用

行政诉讼原告资格制度的目的在于建立一种筛选机制,其实质体现了法官在决定是否给予司法裁判时的利益衡量,因此利益衡量方法是界定原告资格的根本方法。原告资格的核心是法律上的利害关系,包括合法权益和因果关系两个主要构成要件,界定原告资格需要对这两者运用利益衡量方法进行分析。利益衡量标准与社会需求密切相关,个案中法官进行衡量时需要对社会主流价值取向、社会整体的道德情感以及公共政策等社会需求因素加以考虑。     

警察心理素质测评对于执法水平提高的作用

警察执法水平全面提高的制约因素很多 ,而决定因素在于警察的主体素质状况。其中 ,警察个体能力状况、个性心理健康状况是关键性的因素。它通过警察心理素质测评途径进行量化 ,不仅可以现实地评估警察高水平执法的心理素质标准 ,也可以具体地评析造成执法水平不高的主体心理原因 ,还可以理论地预测警察执法水平潜能的高低。这对于执法工作考核 ,强化公安队伍建设都是非常有益的。     

关于探望权的若干思考

2001年新《婚姻法》增加了有关探望权的规定,但其在司法实践中存在一些不足,应扩大探望权的主体范围、明确中止事由、重视裁判、完善执行措施,同时借鉴国外的相关立法,并结合我国国情,进一步完善我国的探望权制度。
