青少年使用网络语言的现象及其心理探析

青少年在使用网络媒介时，亲身参与并创造了属于自己的文化，其中某些部分具有边缘性、颠覆性和批判性。青少年是网络语言主要的创作者和使用者，网络语言已经成为反映青少年思维方式和话语面貌的一面镜子，也成为一种青年的亚文化形态。     

The economics of crime and criminal law: An antithesis to sociological theories?

The relationship between sociology and economics of crime has been dominated by mutual prejudice and misunderstanding. This paper tries to contribute to a change of this stale of affairs by showing that, on the one hand, the economics of crime does not as a method imply politically conservative policy recommendations and, on the other hand, that insights of the sociology of crime may enrich the economic approach considerably. This is done via a brief survey of the economics of enforcement, the literature on the relation of income distribution and unemployment on crime, and the literature relating sociological theories of crime to methodological individualism.     

WTO对我国社会稳定产生消极影响的途径

加入WTO对我国社会的稳定肯定存在影响。这种影响一方面来自于经济全球化对全球所造成的不稳定 ,同时 ,还在于它促进我国社会结构的演变 ,传导一种“亚”文化的观念 ,冲击现有的社会体制 ,挑战现行的法治环境。其中有些因素与我国内部原本存在的不良现象 ,有可能“共鸣” ,更容易引起问题的发生。     

司法亚文化正向功能分析

与主流司法文化相对应存在一种司法亚文化。这种亚文化形态是指司法机关和司法人员西按照其亚文化的价值观念和行为规范，为达到正当或非正当的目的，采用越轨和违法方式从事违反司法理念和原则的行为。司法亚文化有正向功能和负向功能之分。其正向功能主要表现为：主流文化的必要补充；心理调适；增强群体内部凝聚力等。     

Subculture,Gang Involvement,and Delinquency: A Study of Incarcerated Youth in China

The purpose of this study is to examine youth gang phenomena in China employing a two-step approach. The first step is to apply the delinquent subculture perspective to the explanation of variation in gang involvement; the second is to investigate the relationship between youth gang involvement and self-reported delinquency. The data for the study were collected from face-to-face interviews conducted with adjudicated youth offenders incarcerated in a province-run juvenile prison. Structural equation modeling is used to assess the direct and indirect effects of delinquent subculture exposure and gang involvement on three outcome variables of delinquency. The primary finding is that exposure to a subculture of violence is indeed a significant predictor of gang involvement. Importantly, gang involvement is significantly correlated with both violent offending and drug offending.     

Street justice: a theoretical paradigm

Three theoretical perspectives examine the role of justice as a means of informal social control and as a reactionary process to dynamics of social strain and subcultural demands. This theoretical analysis is then applied to concepts of justice, including retributive, distributive, restorative, and procedural. The derived street justice paradigm incorporates these various forms of justice as they are linked with cultural imperatives associated with street culture and street crime. The linking of these concepts provides a clearer understanding of the motives and means of exacting justice in a state of heightened relative strain that is pronounced by a preference for revenge and violence. Implications for policy, future study, and theoretical expansion are discussed with particular emphasis on the application of the paradigm to non‐street crime and to policies directed toward involving community members in the justice process.
