中央与地方政府间关系的司法调节

中央和地方政府间结构关系主要有两种模式 :相互控制和重叠统治。相互控制模式的设计使得各级政府在组成、立法和执行上相互依赖 ,通过立法、行政过程中的体制保障机制来协调政府间的关系。这种方式有诸多弊端。用司法方式调节中央和地方政府关系 ,通过裁决个别纠纷 ,可以间接协调政府间关系 ,其方式有不为人注意的重大好处。中央与地方关系难题的治本之策是吸收重叠统治模式的优点并建立真正意义上的司法权。     

试析闽台庙际关系的多重形式

当前,闽台宫庙之间的交往呈现出多样化的特征,既有祖庙和分灵宫庙之间的"分灵—进香—巡游"关系,同祀宫庙之间的联谊关系,地缘宫庙之间的交陪关系,也有某种特殊缘分导致的交往关系。首先,闽台庙际交往的多重形式是闽台民众在边陲环境下模仿中华主流文化的过程中逐渐形成的,它使得中华主流文化在闽台地区流传不息;其次,闽台庙际关系是通过人与人之间的交往实现的,庙际关系的多重性实际上反映的是闽台民众交往的频密性;再次,庙际关系网能够带来社会资本的生产,闽台庙际关系的多重形式在一定程度上也是宫庙积极投资关系网的行为促成的。     

和谐性别关系应具特征及其培育

人类关系的和谐有利于社会的和谐,而两性关系是否和谐对建构和谐社会具有举足轻重的作用。新型的男女相互依存、和睦相处、共同发展的性别关系具有差异性与非对抗性、平等性与公正性、互补性与共赢性、社会资本与社会资源性等特征。培育和谐的性别关系必须弘扬先进的性别文化,加大法律创新的力度,提升妇联组织的作为,加强两性主体的协作能力,这样才能使和谐性别关系的建构成为政府的目标和社会共同的行动。     

Self-Silencing and Rejection Sensitivity in Adolescent Romantic Relationships

This study examined the link between rejection sensitivity, self-silencing behaviors, and depressive symptomatology among adolescent dating couples. Self-silencing was hypothesized to be the process mediating the association between rejection sensitivity and depressive symptoms. Our sample included 211 couples between 14 and 21 who were dating at least 4 weeks. Results indicated that dating adolescents who were sensitive to rejection reported more depressive symptomatology and higher levels of self-silencing behaviors within their romantic relationship compared to dating adolescents who were not so sensitive to rejection. Self-silencing was identified as a partial mediator of the association between rejection sensitivity and depressive symptomatology among dating adolescents. Clinical implications in light of these findings are discussed.

坚持集体领导与民主集中,是我们党的领导的最高原则。党的十五届六中全会《决定》指出： “集体领导,民主集中,个别酝酿,会议决定,是党委内部议事和决策的基本制度”。这“十六字方针”是民主集中制原则在党委工作中的具体化。贯彻“十六字方针”应处理好书记与委员、书记办公会与常委会、常委会与全委会、全委会与党的代表大会的关系。     

The communal/exchange distinction and some implications for understanding justice in families

This article briefly reviews 10 years of research on a distinction between communal and exchange norms. Communal norms dictate benefits should be given in response to the other's needs. Exchange norms dictate benefits should be given in response to specific benefits received in the past or with the expectation of receiving specific benefits in the future. Choice of norms is shown to be influenced by the type of relationship desired or existing between two people. Evidence of chronic individual differences in tendencies to follow communal and to follow exchange norms in relationships is also presented. We argue that most people believe that communal norms should be followed in family relationships and we outline implications of the research reviewed for understanding justice in the family. Implications of (i) behavior in accord with exchange norms (e.g., quick repayment of benefits received, keeping track of individual inputs into joint tasks), (ii) behavior in accord with communal norms (e.g., helping, expressing emotion) and (iii) individual differences in relationship orientations are discussed.     

Patterns of physical and sexual abuse for men and women in dating relationships: A descriptive analysis

A random sample of students at a large Midwestern University was selected in order to examine whether and how physical and sexual abuse were related to each other for men and women, whether abuse in one relationship was independent of abuse in other relationships, and how victims responded to abusive incidents. The results revealed several important patterns. When comparing the frequency of physical and sexual abuse for men and women, it was found that sexual abuse was more common than physical abuse, but only for women. Additionally, women experienced more sexual abuse than men. While men and women did not experience physical abuse in other relationships at more than chance levels, women who sustained sexual abuse in one relationship were more likely to sustain sexual abuse in other relationships. Furthermore, while sustaining physical and sexual abuse were not associated with one another for men, there was a weak association for women. Finally, victims of abuse were more likely to tell their friends they had been abused than report it to criminal justice authorities.Paper presented at the 1987 American Society of Criminology Meetings.     

我国多党合作制度中的领导与被领导关系--对我国政党制度中几个基本关系探讨之一

中国共产党在多党合作中居于领导地位,是由中国社会历史发展决定的,由共产党与民主党派的性质决定的,是在中国革命、建设和改革的实践过程中形成的,不能把西方多党制的政党关系作为衡量我国政党关系的标准.民主党派组织上的独立性和党际关系上的平等性,决定了中国共产党在我国政治生活和多党合作中的领导只能是政治领导,只能通过民主协商来实现.中国共产党和各民主党派根本利益和奋斗目标的共同性、我国民主党派的主动性和政党制度的优越性,决定了中国共产党对民主党派的领导关系是一种互相依存、互相作用,相辅相成、相得益彰的互动关系.     

Mobile communication privacy management in romantic relationships: a dialectical approach

Communication technologies, such as the mobile phone, often represent a double-edged sword in romantic relationships. While the mobile phone can enhance the quality of communication, it can simultaneously become a source of conflict. The dialectic framework of communication privacy management offers a nuanced lens from which to investigate rules for the use of the mobile phone in the dyadic of romantic relationships. This study investigates mobile phone usage rules that are negotiated by adolescents and young adults in romantic relationships. The study specifically focuses on rules around mobile privacy management. Findings from in-depth interviews indicate that the negotiation of rules is a crucial part of young adult relationships. Enhancing trust and fostering harmony were important factors in the rule development process. The implications, limitations, and future possibilities for research are discussed.
