基于城市经济区的福建省区域经济的空间组织

城市经济区作为统筹城市和区域发展的地域,其范围的界定对于区域经济的空间组织具有重要意义。文章首先从福建省社会经济发展的背景出发,提出了基于城市经济区的福建省区域经济的空间组织思路。然后,通过对福建省区域经济差异的分析,选取14个中心城市,运用零售引力模型,计算出了各个中心城市的吸引范围,并根据城市经济区划的原则把福建省划分为8个城市经济区。最后,从区内和区外两个方面出发,依据多增长极战略和点轴发展理论对福建省区域经济的空间构架进行了论述。     

Diego Garcia: British-American Legal Black Hole in the Indian Ocean?

Environmental risks from US military construction on the atollof Diego Garcia (British Indian Ocean Territory) since 1971include damage caused by large-scale ‘coral mining’,the introduction of invasive alien plant species, continuoustransits of nuclear material and unreported major fuel spills;these risks are now compounded by those of sea-level rise andocean acidification due to global climate change. The US andUK governments have evaded accountability by way of a persistent‘black hole’ strategy, contending that some nationallaws and international treaties for the protection of humanrights and the environment do not apply to the island—aposition confirmed by a controversial appellate judgment ofthe House of Lords in October 2008, essentially relying on ‘prerogative’colonial law. This article draws attention to the fallacy ofthe black-hole syndrome, and to its potentially fatal consequencesfor the British claim to a 200-mile environment protection zonein the Chagos Archipelago.     

Variability of the Entire Mitochondrial DNA Control Region in a Human Isolate from the Pas Valley (Northern Spain)

Abstract: In this study, we analyzed the entire mtDNA control region in 61 unrelated individuals from the Pas Valley (Cantabria), a human isolate from northern Spain, to evaluate the suitability of this analysis to increase the power of discrimination of this locus for forensic purposes in human isolates. Low values obtained for the diversity parameters confirmed the relative isolation of this human group. The main findings of this study indicated that even the analysis of the entire mtDNA control region may have important limitations for use in forensic casework when dealing with human isolates: none of the 44 individuals who exhibited identical HVI‐HVII haplotypes could be further differentiated by analysis of segment HVIII. Nevertheless, analysis of the entire mtDNA control region proved to be useful to determine the ancestry of the samples examined, by contributing to the confirmation, and, on occasion, even to the refinement of the haplogroup assignment.     

中国汉族6～18周岁人群牙齿生长发育的地区差异研究

目的探讨中国汉族儿童及青少年下颌恒牙钙化程度不同地区间的差异,为相关研究提供依据。方法根据牙齿钙化的分级标准,对来自广东、河南、陕西、黑龙江、重庆地区11275张(男5499张,女5776张)6～18周岁汉族儿童及青少年全口曲面断层影像片中下颌左侧恒牙钙化程度进行分级评分;评分数据使用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计处理,分性别及年龄段用非参数独立样本检验两两比较上述地区儿童及青少年牙齿生长发育的差异。结果下颌左侧各恒牙钙化分级值存在地区间差异(P0.05),差异最大的为尖牙。结论中国汉族儿童及青少年牙齿发育存在着地区差异;在建立相关利用牙齿钙化程度推断年龄的方程模型时,最好分地区建模。     

对新一轮西部大开发中农村信息化问题的思考——以贵阳市为例

实现西部农村现代化,离不开信息化的引领和带动,因此在新一轮西部大开发战略中应加快农村信息化建设。贵阳作为西部欠发达地区贵州省省会城市,其农村信息化建设工作有自身的特点。本文对目前贵阳市农村信息化建设工作的现状进行了阐述,并分析了贵阳市农村信息化建设中存在的问题,提出了相应的工作对策。     

抗日战争时期陕甘宁边区政府交际处的统战工作

抗战爆发后,建立抗日民族统一战线成为中国共产党的政治路线和基本策略。围绕这一策略和大局,陕甘宁边区政府交际处工作侧重点迅速发生转变,其职能定位迅速调整,工作人员思想观念艰难转变,他们创造性地开展统战工作,取得了显著成绩,为抗日战争的最后胜利做出了贡献     

A Preliminary Study of Insect Succession in Al‐Ahsaa Oasis,in the Eastern Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Rabbit carcass decomposition was examined in four seasons in Al‐Ahsaa Oasis. Decomposition rate was significantly faster in summer compared with other seasons. Fourteen insect species from four orders and seven families were recorded: Calliphoridae, Muscidae, Sarcophagidae, Formicidae, Histeridae, Dermestidae, and Tenebrionidae. Most of the fly maggots collected were Calliphoridae with only one species from both Muscidae and Sarcophagidae. Maggots of Calliphora vicina (R.‐D.) and Chrysomya albiceps (Wiedemann) colonized the carcasses in all seasons while both Ch. bezziana (Villeneuve) and Lucilia sericata (Meigen) were found in all seasons except for winter. Maggots of Chrysomya megacephala (F.) and Phormia regina (Meigen) were only collected in the summer and autumn, respectively. Four coleopteran species were collected: Hymenorus sp., Saprinus chacites (Illiger), Dermestes maculatus DeGeer and Blaps sp. One formicidian species, Pheidole megacephala (F.), was observed in all seasons. Insect richness was greater, and decomposition rate was faster in summer compared with other seasons.     

对西部欠发达地区中小企业金融支持的思考

中小企业在国民经济中占据着举足轻重的地位,特别对经济发展相对滞后,生产力水平低下的西部欠发达地区来说,振兴和发展中小型企业,更是推动经济进一步发展的一条重要途径,是关系到整个西部大开发及构建和谐社会战略能否实现的重要因素。而目前该地区中小企业在发展中遇到的融资难问题,则成为阻碍其发展和壮大的瓶颈。因此,围绕适合西部欠发达地区中小企业特点的金融需求,改善和优化对当地中小企业的金融服务和融资环境,将成为“十一五”期间金融改革和发展的一项重要任务。     

论战后日本东亚区域合作政策及其走势

日本从 2 0世纪 6 0年代开始先后提出了一系列如“太平洋自由贸易区”等区域经济合作构想。进入新世纪 ,随着东亚区域经济合作的加快 ,日本东亚区域合作政策也进行了调整 ,面临着几种选择 :与东盟建成自由贸易区、加入中国—东盟自由贸易区、与中韩组成东亚区域合作体、与东亚各国签订双边自由贸易协定。但无论哪种选择都必须做好以下几点工作 :顺利实现区域合作重心的转移、加强与中国的合作以及改变不合理的分工体制。
