浙江汉族人群16个Y-STR基因座遗传多态性调查 总被引:20,自引:1,他引:20
目的进一步完善浙江省汉族人群Y-STR基因座遗传多态性研究,为其法医学应用提供基础数据。方法应用Y-filer荧光标记复合扩增系统,对浙江汉族203名无关男性个体进行16个STR基因座的复合扩增,统计各基因座的群体遗传学参数。结果其中15个Y-STR基因座分别检出4~13个等位基因,DYS385基因座检出47种单倍型,GD值为0.3918~0.9609;观察到16个Y-STR基因座共同构成的单倍型199种,其中196种单倍型出现1次,2种出现2次,1种出现3次,累计GD值为0.9998。结论16个Y-STR基因座具有较强的个体识别能力,适合浙江法庭科学应用。 相似文献

Prior research has shown that victimization incidents are disproportionately concentrated among relatively few victims and that prior victimization is a consistent predictor of future risk. This paper expands existing knowledge on victimization by describing temporal patterns of risk and by developing and testing alternative explanatory models of the link between past and future risk. Analyses based on panel data from the National Youth Survey support both state dependence and heterogeneity interpretations of the correlation in risk over time. In other words, prior victimization predicts future risk in part because it alters something about the individual, and because it indicates an unmeasured propensity for victimization that persists over time. The theoretical implications of these findings, including the feasibility of a victim labeling perspective, are discussed.An earlier version of this paper was presented at the annual meeting of the American Society of Criminology, Phoenix, 1993.An exception to this lack of attention is the vast literature in the area of domestic abuse. 相似文献

Microscopic examination of a blood clot expelled by a physically and mentally disabled woman taken to the emergency room because of genital bleeding revealed the presence of chorionic villi encircled by decidua, hemorrhage, and necrosis. In order to identify the father of the product of conception, sections of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded abortion material were subjected to laser microdissection: DNA extraction from chorionic villi selectively isolated from the surrounding tissues allowed successful STR-typing of fetal cells, which was otherwise prevented by excess maternal DNA. The large number of homozygous genotypes in the fetal profile suggested incestuous paternity. Analysis of reference DNA samples from male relatives excluded the woman's father, paternal grandfather, and maternal grandfather, whereas the obligate paternal alleles of the fetus were constantly present in the genotypes of the woman's brother, clearly demonstrating brother-sister incest (probability of paternity > 99.99999%). 相似文献
