校园精神文化建设任重道远

校园文化是社会主体文化的亚文化,它的职能是对人的精神,心灵、性格的塑造。在校园文化建设中,人们往往从实用的功利主义角度来理解和实施校园文化建设,忽视精神文化建设,使高校校园文化在貌似轰轰烈烈的表面下渐渐显露出偏离其价值意义的真实面貌。     

The dynamic of family structures in seventeenth-century Moldavia. Adoption and godparenthood

This study analyzes aspects related to family structure and kinship (in particularly, to relations between parents and children, but other types than the blood relations) and the influences they had on seventeenth-century Moldavian society. In the first part, the focus is on the practice of adoption that is mainly mentioned in documents through the expression taking into one's soul and has as its main purpose ensuring posterity and implicitly transmitting patrimony. This analysis is based on juridical disposition and diverse types of documents conserved referring to this practice, trying to outline the importance of this gesture in Early Modern Moldavian society and the nature of the reasons which caused the individual to choose this lineage manner. Also, for a better understanding of the role and the amount of the patrimony inherited by the adopted children in the destiny of a family and its social implications, the method of comparing the adoption in contrast with other spiritual kinships, especially with baptismal sponsorship, has been used.     

新发展格局下高校和科研机构人才激励问题研究

构建新发展格局、实现科技自立自强，要求我国技术创新必须在关键核心技术领域取得突破， 这对我国高技术人才激励机制提出了新的要求。本研究对高校和科研机构在人才激励机制上存在的问题进行梳 理，并在此基础上提出构建人才激励制度体系的建议。研究认为，当前我国高校和科研机构在人才激励机制上 主要存在以下四方面的问题：各项奖励制度不尽合理，缺乏激发科研人员内在动机的环境，科研评价体制存在 突出问题及财务制度不利于发挥高水平创新人才的积极性。为激发科研人员的创造力，研究建议：应营造宽松 的科研环境，建立合理的科技评价体系，完善当前的奖励机制及优化科研人员的晋升制度，从而建立一套更加 科学合理的人才激励制度体系。     

Beliefs about secondary confession evidence: a survey of laypeople and defense attorneys

We surveyed students, community members, and defense attorneys regarding beliefs about secondary confession evidence (i.e. when a third party tells authorities that a person has confessed to him or her) from jailhouse informants and other sources. Results indicated that laypeople perceive secondary confessions as less credible than other types of evidence (e.g. forensics, DNA, eyewitness testimony), and they are knowledgeable about factors that may influence the veracity of secondary confessions, such as incentives or previous testimony. However, they underestimated or were uncertain about how persuasive secondary confessions would be to themselves or other jurors. Compared to laypeople, defense attorneys were more sensitive about issues affecting the reliability of secondary confessions.

人们总是追求物质和精神的满足。在社会发展中,物质动力是精神动力的基础,精神动力则是物质动力的升华。只有使物质动力与精神动力之间保持相互依赖、彼此促进的关系,才能推动社会进步的实现。     

加入WTO后我国吸引FDI的政策选择

FDI在各国的经济发展中起到了重要的作用 ,因此各国政府为吸引FDI的竞争日趋激烈。该竞争包括基于优惠的政策竞争和基于规则的政策竞争。由于基于优惠的竞争易导致“囚徒困境” ,加上加入WTO后中国所面临的国际国内环境发生了变化 ,中国FDI政策的调整是不可避免的。调整的方向总体上应该从基于优惠的政策竞争转向更加有效的基于规则的政策竞争     

Cultivating small business influence in the UK: the federation of small businesses' journey from outsider to insider

This case study charts the classic transformation of a small business organisation from being a vehicle of protest that attracted a reasonable but transient membership into a much larger group with a more stable membership and a group with an effective insider policy style. The paper asserts that the change in style and the change in recruiting success are not causally linked, and, indeed, it claims that an insider style may harm recruiting. In the case of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), however, any potential damage through adopting an insider style was more than offset by the separate decision to market the group door to door with a package of selective material incentives (Olson 1965). The paper describes the predominant insider politics style of political representation and finds that while the FSB has moved in that direction, it does not fully fit the stereotype.
