The Culture of Interest: A Proposed Addition and Revision of the Three‐Culture Model

Negotiation and conflict resolution theorists have classified world cultures according to three types for the purpose of describing and predicting some of the ways in which individuals and groups within broad, geographically based cultural groups behave in conflict and negotiation‐related situations. These three broad categories, called “cultural syndromes,” have described these cultures according to the relative value they place on these three concerns: honor, face, and dignity. Based on our examination of the literature on the cultural dimensions of negotiation and conflict management, our own practice, and an analysis of literature and practice pertaining to the place and utility of the honor, face, interest, and dignity attributes within and between cultural groups , we propose a reformulation of this typology. Our reformulation would replace the broad “dignity” category with a new category that we call “interest,” which we believe better characterizes Northern European and North American cultures. We also argue that a cultural orientation toward dignity is universal and not geographically unique and is thus shared by all three cultures. This new formulation, we believe, more accurately characterizes the global range of orientations toward negotiation and conflict resolution and would, if adopted, help scholars and practitioners better understand culturally divergent conflict orientations and behaviors as well as the ramifications of such differences for negotiation and conflict resolution practice.     

猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒CH-1a株GP5蛋白基因的表达及其单克隆抗体的制备

将猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)CH-1a株GP5蛋白基因信号肽部分删除后克隆于pGEX-6p-1载体上,并在大肠埃希氏菌中进行表达。经SDS-PAGE电泳分析发现,融合表达的rtGP5蛋白约42 ku,将融合蛋白rtGP5用PRRSV阳性血清进行Western-blotting分析,证实所表达的融合蛋白能被其特异性识别。收获融合表达产物rtGP5,按50μg/只的剂量与等量弗氏佐剂乳化,经腹腔免疫BALB/c小鼠3次后,取脾细胞与SP2/0骨髓瘤细胞进行融合,分别以融合蛋白rtGP5和GST蛋白为抗原,通过间接ELISA方法对融合细胞的上清液进行检测,筛选阳性克隆,结果得到了15株能稳定分泌抗rtGP5蛋白抗体的阳性细胞克隆株。经间接免疫荧光检测发现,获得的15株单克隆抗体都能与PRRSV感染细胞产生特异性荧光。15株单克隆抗体亚型鉴定结果显示均为IgG1型,且轻链均为κ链。

风湿骨痛胶囊治疗寒湿型风湿性疾病80例

目的：观察风湿骨痛胶囊对寒湿型风湿性疾病的治疗作用。方法：治疗组80例，口服风湿骨痛胶囊，每日3次，每次4粒，疗程为3周；对照组40例，口服复方雪莲胶囊，每日2次，每次2粒，疗程亦为3周。结果：治疗组显效10例（12．5％），好转62例（77．5％），总有效率90．0％；对照组显效6例（15．0％），好转29例（72．5％），总有效率87．5％。两组总有效率比较无显性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：风湿骨痛胶囊具有祛风除湿、温经散寒、活血通络之功效，对中医辨证属于寒湿型的各种风湿性疾病有良好的疗效。

挤压综合征大鼠血清酶浓度变化的初步研究

目的观察挤压伤大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶心肌同功酶(CK-MB)浓度的变化,阐明肢体挤压伤大鼠早期是否存在心脏损伤。方法复制挤压伤大鼠动物模型,全自动生化分析仪检测血清CK、CK-MB浓度的变化。结果挤压伤后12h,血清CK、CK-MB浓度显著升高,并持续48h以上。结论肢体挤压伤早期可能有心脏损伤的存在。     

The malleable homo sovieticus: transnational entrepreneurs in post-communist East Central Europe

This paper investigates the coping strategies of post-1989 East Central European transnational migrant entrepreneurs. Paradoxically, rather than facilitating transfer into the region of liberal-democratic orientations and practices, the incorporation of East Central Europe into late 20th-century consumer capitalism based on short-cycle flexible production in sectors unregulated by legal-institutional frameworks reproduces some of the features of the accustomed homo sovieticus syndrome: in particular, the reliance on the beat-the-system/bend-the-rules orientation on informal/crony patronage and connections, and immediate consumption rather than deferred gratification/investment-oriented capital accumulation renders effective strategies of economic action in the new situation. The effects of so-informed transnational migrant entrepreneurs' activities on the transformation processes in their home-countries are also discussed.     

阴黄证内毒素水平的实验研究

目的:探讨阴黄证血浆内毒素水平以及内毒素血症在阴黄证肝损伤发病机制中的作用.方法:选用Wistar大鼠24只,随机分为正常组、阳黄组及阴黄组.采用生化法测定内毒素含量和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性.结果:与正常组比较,阳黄组血浆内毒素水平无显著性差异,而阴黄组显著高于对照组(P<0.01).阳黄组与阴黄组ALT活性显著高于正常组,且阴黄组显著高于阳黄组(P<0.01).阴黄组中内毒素水平与ALT活性之间呈正相关关系(r=0.993,P<0.01). 结论:内毒素血症为阴黄证常见并发症,内毒素血症在阴黄证肝损伤发病中具有重要作用.     

猪生殖与呼吸综合征血清抗体重组N蛋白间接ELISA检测方法的建立

以纯化的猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒 (PRRSV)重组N蛋白作为包被抗原 ,通过对各项试验条件的优化 ,建立起检测PRRS血清抗体的重组N蛋白间接ELISA检测方法。用此方法检测了2 0 0份血清样品 ,并与IDEXX公司ELISA试剂盒的检测结果相比较 ,敏感性和特异性分别为 93%和95 % ,总符合率达 91%。 2种检测方法的结果之间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。试验表明 ,建立的间接ELISA检测方法具有敏感性高、特异性强、重复性好的优点 ,可用于PRRS血清抗体的检测。
