两岸高中历史教科书中的“美国”形象比较——以“南一版”和“人教版”为例

两岸青年的认同问题一直是台湾研究的热点。高中历史教科书是塑造青年学生历史记忆的重要载体,影响着青年学生的政治认同和文化取向。在两岸关系问题上,美国一直扮演着重要的角色。受意识形态、政治立场等影响,两岸历史教科书所呈现的美国形象有很大的差异,编撰者甚至对同一历史事件有着大相径庭的表述,从而造成两岸青年学生对美国有着不同的文化认知和情感取向。本文通过对大陆＂人教版＂和台湾＂南一版＂历史教科书中有关＂美国＂形象的比较,指出其差异以及这种差异阐释所造成的影响。

伏尔泰首次使用了“历史哲学”这一名称,从哲学意义上看,它是启蒙运动反对神学的一个结果,但在更深层面上,它又同基督教有着密切的联系。历史哲学同基督教一样询问历史、追寻终极意义,然而它在祛除了基督教的上帝之后,却不自觉地保留着后者的问题：当追问生活世界的终极意义时,这种追问本身就契合了救赎历史的终极目的论。

Social Policy by Other Means from a Comparative Historical Perspective Continuity and Change in Nineteenth-Century Belgium (1800 ‒1920)

ABSTRACT

While social policies in the past are “by other means” if compared to traditional welfare states, historians have successfully established that they were much more conventional in their own time. Moreover, welfare states are historically grown constructs often still containing many pre-existing elements of precisely such social policies by other means, for example non-state provision. Belgium is an excellent example. Historically both nineteenth-century poor relief and early twentieth-century social insurance were mixed private/public forms of provision and funding. Today the Belgian welfare state still retains fundamental aspects of non-state provision not usually associated with “conventional” welfare states in the core OECD.     

Brazilian History as Global History

The article discusses the relationship between global history and Brazilian history and suggests an agenda for future research. It argues that global history scholars could profit from Brazil's great scholarly tradition, which conceptualises key topics of global history such as global encounters and cultural identities, power asymmetries and spatial orders. Scholars interested in Brazilian history, on the other hand, will find a set of approaches and questions from a global history perspective helpful for research on central fields of Brazil historiography such as the coffee economy, scientific racism, the Cold War and the Amazon.     

日本对中国钓鱼岛的侵占窃据与日本政治的右倾化

本文在指出钓鱼岛是中国固有领土、它怎样被日本侵占窃据之后,着重揭示近来日本把中国领土钓鱼岛加以＂国有化＂,是企图把其侵占窃据行为＂合法化＂,变成法理占有,而它这么干,又是和国际金融危机后日本政治的急剧右倾化分不开的。日本政治右倾化,其历史根源是：日本明治维新以来的军国主义传统,二战以后美军单独占领日本期间对日本军国主义势力的庇护;其近因则是：日本沉沦在＂失去的20年＂的经济低迷中难以自拔而失去信心;不能正确对待中国的快速崛起;美国的＂重返亚太战略＂;而其主要表现则是：否认发动侵略战争的罪责;参拜靖国神社;否定日本政府1993年、1995年认罪和道歉的＂河野＂和＂村山＂谈话;修改和平宪法和重新武装日本。这反映了右倾化的核心是要翻二战的案,要改变二战后确立的国际秩序,要开历史的倒车。     

Modernity's Failure/Post-modernity's Predicament: The Case of Russia

Abstract

This paper explores the failure of modernisation theory and its more recent offspring as represented by ‘transition to democracy’ and ‘construction of capitalism’ theories to explain the post-communist development of Russia. Some post-modern theories, though, reinterpreted to emphasise the disintegration and fragmentation of the ‘hard core’ of social structures rather than the ‘post-philosophical’ mode of thinking and ‘aestheticised’ styles of consumption, are looked at for a more fruitful conceptual alternative. In the conclusion, the idea of ‘multiple fragile modernities’ is argued for as the most promising starting point for the conceptualisation of post-communism as well as its correlation with global ‘late capitalism’.     

我国适应专利权穷竭原则及构想

专利权穷竭原则已在世界范围内被广泛认可,根据其空间适用效力可分为国内、区域和国际三种。专利权穷竭通过对权利人的必要限制以实现个人与社会之间的利益平衡,理论基础可分为默认许可和专利权用尽理论。我国应当通过灵活运用区域内合作的方式以促进更广范围的专利权穷竭,在实践中适用有限制的国际穷竭原则——以国内穷竭适用为一般,国际穷竭适用为特例。     

Structures of feeling: contemporary research in women’s film and broadcasting history

ABSTRACT

This special issue is the second volume originating from the ‘Doing Women’s Film and Television Histories III’ international conference held at the Phoenix Cinema, Leicester, England, in May 2016. It connects with concerns and questions of women’s production histories related to the constructed nature of history and how we write a ‘history from below’ to foreground the hidden, marginalised or forgotten histories of our women ancestors. This collection captures something of the dominant ‘structures of feeling’ of women’s film and broadcasting history scholarship in the contemporary period ranging from considerations of women working in both above and below-the-line roles in film, television and radio, to those whose labour fell outside of mainstream cinema production, as in the instance of the amateur film in the UK between the 1930s and 1980. Together, these case studies span from 1926 to the contemporary period, providing particular flashpoints of women’s history across the UK, North America, Italy and Australia.
