社会组织在中国城乡一体化进程中的作用与机制创新

随着我国社会组织力量的不断壮大和质量的逐渐提高,其在经济社会发展过程中发挥了越来越重要的作用。本文基于张家港、济源两地的实地调研,以及相关案例资料,分析了社会组织在城乡一体化中的角色定位和作用,并基于社会管理机制创新的思路进一步探讨了社会组织如何做得更好的问题,提出了加大社会组织在城乡一体化战略中积极作用的政策建议。     

The entrepreneurial puzzle: explaining the gender gap

We document the substantial gender gap that exists among university scientists with regard to entrepreneurial activity using a variety of measures and explore factors leading to the disparity. We focus particularly on the biomedical sciences. The contextual explanation that women are under-represented in the types of positions from which faculty typically launch entrepreneurial activity is the most obvious. But the data suggest that for the biomedical sciences context is not sufficient in explaining the entrepreneurial gap. We look elsewhere to factors affecting supply and factors affecting demand. The former include gender differences in attitudes towards risk, competition, “selling” of “science,” type of research and geographic location. The latter include the role of networks, preferences of venture capitalists and “gender discounting.” We explore the associated hypotheses. We provide few tests and conclude that the research agenda is wide open and interesting.

社会工业化的发展,促进了传统农业与其他产业领域的相互渗透与融合,加速了农工复合型产业的发育与成长。该文指出大力构筑与发展跨行业、集约化与多元化经营的农工复合型企业集群,可以利用现代工业驱动农业发展、消除城乡二元经济结构、缓解“三农”问题、加速城乡一体化进程;可以加速构筑以现代生物产业为重点的战略产业体系,培育绿色、低碳与循环经济的增长点,实现经济、社会与生态效益的统筹兼顾,维持中国社会经济可持续发展。     

法律语言学诌议

法律的理解和解释始终是以语言为载体的,司法的过程始终是一个语言运用及交流的过程。本文试从法律语言学的由来为出发点,结合法律语言学的研究方法,进而归纳概括出中国法律语言学的特点,并结合对中外法律语言的差异性的考察,最后总结出对汉语法律语言学未来的发展趋势。     

中国城乡统筹发展的阶段性特征及对策研究——以无锡市城乡一体化实践为例

该文通过对无锡城乡统筹发展历程的梳理,分析了中国城乡统筹发展的阶段性特征并对其阶段进行了划分,初步归纳了城乡统筹发展各阶段的一般特点和规律;总结了无锡在城乡统筹发展中的做法和实践经验;根据城乡统筹发展的阶段性特征和无锡城乡一体化实践,对中国城乡统筹发展提出了启示性的建议。     

把握新型城乡关系的“六新”特点

城乡关系是经济与社会关系中的重要关系之一,经过近六十年的发展和不断调整,我国已形成新型城乡关系,其"新"在多方面得到体现:一是由城乡分离与对立向城乡融合转变的新阶段;二是由"城乡分治"向"城乡统筹"转变的新理念;三是由城乡之间"非均衡发展"向"均衡发展"转变的新理论;四是由生产力"低水平"向"较高水平"转变的新条件;五是由"城乡二元化"向"城乡一元化"转变的新制度;六是由"城市片面发展"向"城乡发展一体化"转变的新途径。     

高等教育过程中性别差异的国际研究——兼论对中国女性高层后备人才培养的启示

女大学生是中国女性高层次人才的重要后备力量。伴随着越来越多的女性进入高等学校的大门,我们需要进一步关注高等教育过程中的性别差异问题。本文通过介绍西方女性主义学者对传统人的发展理论的批判,以及对高等教育过程中存在的性别差异及其影响因素的分析,以期对中国女性高层后备人才培养机制的发展有所启发。     

中国城乡居民自我支配时间的性别差异研究

本文利用2000年中国妇女社会地位调查和2008年国家统计局时间利用调查数据,分析了近年来中国妇女自我支配时间有所增加、男女自我支配时间差距不断扩大的趋势,年龄在20-34岁、受教育程度在大学及以上、已婚有偶及零收入者的自我支配时间性别差距最大。对此,文章提出了提高女性受教育程度、增加女性收入、促进家政服务和托幼服务的政策建议。     

Explaining Canada–US differences in attitudes toward the role of government: a test of S.M. Lipset’s ‘Continental Divide’

For decades scholars have engaged in a lively debate about the distinctiveness of Canadian and American value systems. Lipset (1990) argues that divergent responses to the American Revolution led Canada to embrace Tory values of ‘peace, order, and good government’ while Americans pursued classical liberal values of ‘life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness’. Other scholars question the extent, or even the existence, of the differences Lipset describes. Using surveys of students from Canadian and American universities close to the Canada–US border, we identify compelling support for Lipset’s hypothesised differences on the role of government in the least likely setting imaginable.     

民族院校少数民族学生与汉族学生学习心理差异及教育策略探索

民族院校中少数民族学生占多数,少数民族学生和汉族学生在学习心理上有一定差异。了解这些差异,采取相应措施,对提高民族生的学习效果,乃至提高整体教育质量都是非常必要的。本文对此进行了探索。
