中国模式:存在与反思

改革开放以来中国取得了巨大经济成就。中国经济发展中以分权和激励为特征的制度基础,合法性追求下的政策逻辑,共同构成了中国模式的基本内涵。与西方模式对比,显示出中西模式在经济政策内容层面存在着诸多共识,过于强调价值观念的分歧只会妨碍我们对中国模式的反思。我们应该继续思考中国模式在政治体制等方面的缺陷,保持改革的勇气和信念,宽容面对政策的创新和变革,包容吸纳不同的改革建议,推动改革的继续深入。     

When the Poor Need Health Care: Ethnography of State and Citizenship in Turkey

This article is mainly about the everyday workings of the Green Card Scheme in Turkey, which is a social assistance mechanism providing free health care services to the poor. Through a scrutiny of interactions around the Green Card Scheme in the city of Ad?yaman in south-eastern Turkey, the article explores how the categories of state and citizenship substantiated at the local level by means of various discourses and practices and in the process of citizens' encounters with the Green Card bureaucracy.     

Forth Conference of Baltic Studies in Scandinavia

This paper analyzes representations of national identity in three museums dedicated to commemorating twentieth-century occupations in the Baltic States. Narratives presented in those museums can reproduce dominant forms of nationalism (the Estonian case), provide alternative models of discourse while paying respect to established identities (the Latvian case) or deconstruct the victim/oppressor binary altogether while contributing to other aspects of nationalist discourse at the same time (the Lithuanian case).

从《妇女研究论丛》看中国妇女/性别研究进展——创刊20年来栏目、主题与内容的变化分析

本文对《妇女研究论丛》创刊20年来的栏目变化、刊文情况以及主题与内容进行分析,探讨中国妇女/性别研究进展。结论认为,中国妇女/性别研究经历了由浅入深、不断走向成熟的过程,学术性和实践价值都在不断增强。但仍需进一步加强妇女/性别研究的理论创新,加强有关妇女发展和性别平等的重大现实问题研究,加强妇女发展与性别平等法律与政策研究,促进中国妇女/性别学科建设。     

The changing image of the Kurds in Turkish cities: middle-class perceptions of Kurdish migrants in İzmir

ABSTRACT

Saraço?lu deals with the ways in which the Kurdish migrants living in the western cities of Turkey have been identified in middle-class discourse by certain pejorative labels and stereotypes. He argues that this new Kurdish image demonstrates the ethnicization of longstanding anti-migrant sentiments in Turkey. He develops and substantiates the argument by means of qualitative data gathered in a field study in ?zmir between June 2006 and July 2007. The study involved ninety in-depth interviews with middle-class individuals living in the city and explored their anti-Kurdish attitudes. Through a close analysis of two of the common stereotypes that these interviewees deployed in the interviews—namely, that the Kurds were ‘benefit scroungers’ and that they ‘disrupt urban life’— Saraço?lu explores the formation of the urban social context in which such perceptions have emerged. Close examination of the narratives of the middle-class respondents indicates that the development of a new image of the Kurds has occurred in an urban context shaped by the neoliberal transformation of Turkish cities, on the one hand, and the internal displacement of Kurdish migrants, on the other.

抗日战争时期,西南联大的内迁,使其成为中国彝学研究的重要基地,以南开大学边疆人文研究室陶云逵、高华年、黎宗瓛和北京大学文科研究所罗常培、马学良以及西南联大袁家骅、曾昭抡等为代表的西南联大学者,在艰难困苦的条件下,对川、滇、康等西南诸省的彝区进行广泛的田野调查,取得了一批重要的研究成果,培养了一批年轻的彝学研究者,为中国彝学的发展作出了历史性贡献。     

中西方文化与阿拉伯伊斯兰民族文化的差异对交际与沟通的影响

由于自然条件、历史文化、宗教信仰以及民族特性等差异,世界各国形成了各自不同的风俗习惯和禁忌。在跨文化交际中,由于文化障碍而导致的信息误解现象屡见不鲜。因此,了解中西方文化与阿拉伯伊斯兰民族文化的差异对于提高跨文化交际与沟通能力有着重要的意义。     

宁夏生态环境立法的若干问题探析

当前,生态文明建设已成为中国特色社会主义建设的一个重要方面。要实现生态文明建设的目标和任务,必须加快有利于可持续发展的体制机制建设,进一步健全相关法律法规,为生态文明建设提供制度和法律保障。因此,研究和探讨可持续发展与完善生态环境建设立法的关系,对于促进宁夏节约型社会和环境友好型社会的建设,实现经济社会的跨越发展具有重要的现实意义。     

面方犯罪学社会支持理论研究及其借鉴意义

社会支持理论在西方犯罪学领域产生与发展之前,早已存在并应用于精神卫生研究等领域。西方犯罪学社会支持理论极力推崇一种积极的刑事政策,这对于当前处于社会转型期的中国所面临的许多弱势群体犯罪问题,如青少年犯罪、女性犯罪、老年犯罪、农民工犯罪、农村留守人员犯罪等,具有一定的解释力,有着重要的理论借鉴价值和社会实践意义。
