耗散结构论对英语写作的启示

英语写作是一个复杂、动态的思维过程。事实上,它是一个耗散结构。英语写作是一个开放的系统,远离平衡态系统,非线性系统和一个有序的系统。研究耗散结构理论可以为英语写作教学提供一个新的研究视点,以期改善写作教学,全面提高学生的英语写作水平。     

日据时期旅行文学论述：身份认同与现代性

日据时期旅行文学研究在台湾方兴未艾。台湾文论界通过对旅行日本、欧美、中国大陆的不同游记的论述,探讨日据时期台湾人身份认同的暧昧两难。台湾社会特殊的历史际遇造成其现代性具有多种不同的表现形态。     

The Literary Journalism of Guadalupe Loaeza and Cristina Pacheco

Abstract — This article examines the writings of the Mexican literary journalists, Guadalupe Loaeza and Cristina Pacheco. It traces the political agendas of the writers through an analysis of their work in two collected volumes, Las niñas bien (Loaeza) and Sopita de fideo (Pacheco). The paper argues that while each author focuses on opposite ends of the social scale, each piece of writing contains an implicit or explicit attack on the Mexican ruling classes which mismanage the economy, squander its wealth and condemn the majority to economic misery.     

《漱玉词》中的闺音原唱——兼及“男子而闺音”的比较分析

缠绵婉约的风格和女性化的柔婉抒情,是诗词两途的重要表现。＂男子而作闺音＂的婉约词,以女性口吻伤怀怨别,甚至能够以假乱真。但《漱玉词》立足于女性创作本位,抒写了天真烂漫的少女情怀、幽怨相思的少妇情怀、饱经忧患与淡忘世情的老妇情怀和意欲突破女性角色的性别焦虑这四种情感类型,其真实、全面、细腻是＂男子而闺音＂的代言词所不及的。这也是《漱玉词》对于词史的巨大贡献所在。     

Geographic Representation in Party‐Dominated Legislatures: A Quantitative Text Analysis of Parliamentary Questions in the German Bundestag

Political representation in European democracies is widely considered partisan and collectivist. This article, however, stresses that there is more to the representative process in European democracies than just its textbook version. It emphasizes the role of geographic representation as a complementary strategy in party‐dominated legislatures that is characterized by two distinct features. First, legislators employ distinct opportunities to participate in legislative contexts to signal attention to geographic constituents without disrupting party unity. Second, these activities are motivated by individual‐ and district‐level characteristics that supplement electoral‐system‐level sources of geographic representation. We empirically test and corroborate this argument for the German case on the basis of a content analysis of parliamentary questions in the 17th German Bundestag (2009–13). In this analysis, we show that higher levels of localness among legislators and higher levels of electoral volatility in districts result in increased geographic representation.     

Getting the fish to see the water: an investigation into students’ perceptions of learning writing skills in academic modules and in a final year real client legal clinic module

In 2010 Tonya Kowalski described the problems faced by students entering clinic for the first time as a one step backward, two step forward phenomenon. Students appeared initially unable to transfer skills and knowledge learned in earlier academic and other settings to clinic but once they were immersed in clinic their skills development improved rapidly. Clinic is often presented as a “bridge to practice” and delivered as the capstone to more traditional elements of an undergraduate degree. However, even with an integrated approach like that at Northumbria Law School, a seamless transition to the skills required for clinic is challenging and gives rise to a constant review of how best to prepare students. Our research focused on legal writing and used focus groups to find out how students participating in the year four clinic at Northumbria University perceived and adapted their previous experiences of writing for use in the clinical context. It identifies strategies which should be considered for integration into non-clinical modules and in the clinical module itself to facilitate this transition from academic orientated writing to practice orientated writing.     

语言权的限制与保护--从地方方言译制片被禁说起

国家广电总局发出<关于加强译制境外广播电视节目播出管理的通知>,禁止播放方言版的译制片.本文从宪法总纲中推广普通话条款的内涵谈起,对通用语言文字法以及广播电视管理条例的相关条款进行规范化分析,认为禁令限制过多,在相当程度上缺乏保护作为语言权类型之一的方言的意识,因为方言正如自然资源,具有稀缺性和不可再生性;方言是一定区域的人们在长期的生产实践中创造并不断丰富发展延续下来的语言,具有很强的地域性,是人们身份认同的一个重要标志;方言与当地历史文化血脉相连,是人们记录传承文明的重要工具.     

年鉴条目的文体与文风

年鉴,是系统汇辑上一年度重要文献信息、逐年编纂并连续出版的资料性工具书.由于年鉴的性质和功能,年鉴大多为条目体,决定其条目的文体及文风.条目的记述文体与其它相近文体不同,而准确、简洁、质朴应为条目文风的要旨.     

字迹消褪与显出现状及新技术研究

被消褪变造的文件材料有纸张的、塑料的和金属的,消褪各种材料字迹的方法既有传统的也有新的,随着现代科学技术的发展,作案人的变造手段也在不断变化。当前在文检工作中,要研究新的案情变化,发明新的显出技术,揭露消褪变造事实,从而为侦破案件提供线索和证据。     

DVI-300微痕迹色差分析系统对激光打印文字与印章印文交叉时序检验的方法研究

目的研究常见的打印字迹与不同印章印文交叉时序的相关性,为检验提供依据。方法应用DVI-300微痕迹色差分析系统对制成的实验样本进行实体观察,并对微痕迹色差模型图进行特征分析。结果先墨后朱,交叉部位字迹边缘状态完整,等高线宽度、流向未见明显变化;先朱后墨,交叉部位中心字迹等高线排列出现游离状态,色料分布发生数字图形曲面变化。结论用本系统可以观察、分析朱墨交叉部位的微观特征和无损检验研究。
