一本杂志与她传承的中华文化——对话《汉声》杂志发行人黄永松

1971年1月，《汉声》杂志正式在岛内出版。从诞生到今天，《汉声》的内容和形式变化很大，但是，从一开始就确定做民间文化的主旨却从未改变。在发行人黄永松心中，那些被当代人忽视，遗忘的很多传统民俗，正是《汉声》一直追寻的宝藏。然而这些宝藏不仅仅是为了《汉声》杂志的编辑内容，更多的是见证与传承着华夏几千年的悠久文明。     

谈新时期期刊编辑需要增强的几种意识

21世纪,我国期刊业进入了一个激烈竞争的时代,如何迎接来自市场经济条件和社会大环境下的挑战成为一个紧迫问题,笔者从现代期刊编辑应具有的社会责任意识、创新意识、品牌意识、市场意识等方面深入研究,阐述了自己的观点。     

CONTENTS

This essay applies Polanyi＇s theory of ＂double movements＂, with an emphasis on mutual transformation between state and society, to analyze China＇s staterebuilding since the economic reform and challenges it faces in the future. This paper argues that since the economic reform and before the recent turn of state governance, state-rebuilding in China has been driven by one single movement： marketization. However, since entering the 21 st century, state-rebuilding has to be undertaken in the tension between a double movement of marketization and self-protection of society which move in two different directions. To respond such a challenge, China must restructure the relationships among state, market, and society.     

英文提要

Sun Ji ＆ Li Chunji China＇s prosecution system is closely connected with the Soviet one. The most salient manifestation of Soviet prosecution and supervision is general supervision and litigation supervision. The Russian prosecution system has preserved general supervision while annulling its supervision over criminal judicial procedure. This determines that the prosecution organ is no longer a legal supervision organ in criminal litigation,
