曲径通幽相看不厌——天人合一与古代艺术散论

天人合一思想是中国传统哲学最基本的命题.本文主要分析天人合一与古代艺术的相互影响与融通.分别从中国古代文学、绘画和建筑三方面来一一论列.天人合一思想影响了古代文学作品的创作,促进了绘画的形成和发展,且渗透到了建筑理念中,它为这些艺术形式提供了一定的思想基础;而一些艺术作品则将天人合一的思想表现得淋漓尽致.二者相辅相成,密不可分.

Making War on Terror? Global Lessons from Northern Ireland

In place of the simple modelling employed in anti-terrorist legal discourse, this article posits an interactive model of the relationship between the state and violent political actors, exploring law's role in both the repression and mobilisation of challengers. Drawing on social movement theory, it hypothesises a process of 'legally implicated mobilisation' which takes account both of law's presence and its partial absence in 'legal grey zones' during violent conflict, and it suggests how law may impact upon key elements of the mobilisation process. The hypothesis is applied to qualitative data from Northern Ireland on violent challengers. The data point to the importance of 'messaging' about law in the state of exception, supporting claims that law can have a 'damping' effect on violent conflict. The relationship between repression and violence is partly symbiotic, and in the global 'war on terror,' prisoner-abuse may have a mobilising effect on violent challengers.

故意毁损他人一般美术作品的 ,可能构成故意毁坏财物罪 :它侵犯的是复杂客体 ,行为本质在于使一般美术作品丧失效用 ,对象是一切属于他人的有经济价值的非文物美术作品、包括违禁美术作品。同时 ,有必要将通过毁损方式侵犯他人美术作品著作权、情节严重的行为 ,予以犯罪化。毁损文物美术作品的行为 ,根据主观过错的不同 ,则可能构成故意损毁文物罪或过失损毁文物罪

The Legal Profession in the european Union – a Comparative Analysis of Four Member States

Cross-border legal practice has finally become reality in Europe mainly thanks to two factors: the legal framework offered to EC lawyers by the EC legislator and the effect of globalization on legal profession. This article focuses primarily on the success of EC/EU efforts in abolishing obstacles to the free movement of lawyers. Particular attention is drawn to the Establishment Directive, adopted in 1998, opening up new perspectives for lawyers. Secondly, it discusses how globalization has contributed to this development. In relation to the above, this article also explores the new concept of establishment stemming from the expansion of law firms in Europe. Thirdly and mainly, it considers the national positions and the difficulties in harmonizing the legal professions throughout Europe. The examples of four Member States: the UK, France, Germany and Italy demonstrate how much they differ from each other as far as the needs, expectations and rules governing the legal profession. 论抗战时期桂林人口伤亡

日军的侵略给桂林带来了巨大的灾难。整个抗战时期,有确凿数据或事实作为依据的官兵阵亡人数 为6729人。根据战争损失专家提出的比例(即负伤与死亡的比例约为2:1)计算,则抗战中桂林籍伤亡的官兵和在 桂林伤亡的其他省籍官兵的人数约为20000人左右。而民众死亡的数量根据人口的发展情况判断应在《广西年鉴》 所记载的数字的基础上再加上1万人,即约为3万人。
