关于青岛市发展休闲农业的思考

现代农业和旅游业相结合的休闲农业,适应农村经济和农业战略性结构调整的要求,符合广大居民对田园生活的渴望,是现代农业发展的新模式,发展潜力巨大。该文从青岛市休闲农业的发展现状入手,分析了乡村旅游的基本条件,提出了青岛市休闲农业和乡村旅游发展前景的展望。     

重庆“两翼”地区大力发展乡村旅游的对策研究

该文在分析重庆“两翼”地区发展乡村旅游有利条件的基础上,重点阐述了重庆“两翼”地区缺乏乡村旅游专项发展规划,政府部门间协调机制不完善,发展水平低,经济效益不高,同质化严重,缺乏竞争力,发展规模小,基础设施薄弱,经营管理水平不高,发展粗放,从业人员素质低,服务质量差,宣传力度不够,营销渠道狭窄等八大问题,科学规划重庆“两翼”地区发展乡村旅游的总体布局,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。     

Causality between transnational terrorism and tourism: The case of Spain

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to devise a methodology for estimating the impact of transnational terrorism on tourism. Using monthly data from 1970–1988, we estimate the relationship between terrorism and tourism for Spain. We find that terrorist events have had a significant negative impact on the number of tourists visiting Spain. A typical incident is estimated as scaring away just over 140,000 tourists when all monthly impacts are combined. Moreover, the causality is unidirectional: terrorism affects tourism, but not the reverse.

“Because I am who I am and my mother is Scottish”: neoliberal planning and entrepreneurial instincts at Trump International Golf Links Scotland

Focusing on the establishment of the first European Trump Golf development – on the Menie Estate along the Scottish North Sea coast – the paper contends that neoliberal planning, understood as state interventions to allow individual entrepreneurs to realise their visions, reshapes both planning practice and the socio-ecologies governed by planning in problematic ways. Neoliberal mindsets here cause politicians to depart from previously established practices. The paper analyses how governance becomes tied up in questions of entrepreneurial freedom and with beliefs in the capacity of an individual entrepreneur to steer the fate of the region.     

欧洲冰雪旅游产业发展特点对我国的启示

欧洲冰雪旅游发展历史悠久,其旅游产业的发展历程中有许多成功的经验值得我们借鉴。我国的冰雪旅游产业起步较晚,但发展势头良好,并形成了很大的规模。但与欧洲相比,仍存在很大差距。因此,需在提升旅游产业的地位,打造冰雪旅游产业品牌,开发冰雪旅游个性与文化精品,加强国际合作等方面继续努力。     

韩国海洋产业的发展及其对中国的启示

韩国海洋管理从最初的分散管理体制到1996年建立统一的海洋政策机构——海洋水产部(MOMAF),再到2008年成立的管理陆地与海洋事务的国土海洋部(MLTM)的发展轨迹,显现出韩国综合性、整体性的海洋国土意识。近年韩国重点发展海洋渔业、港口产业、海洋科技产业、海洋环保产业等具有相对竞争优势的海洋产业,突出了科技导向与绿色环保导向的海洋产业发展政策。韩国海洋管理与海洋产业的发展经验对中国海洋产业管理与开发有着积极的启示意义。

文化旅游开发形成了旅游产业与文化产业之间的联系,根据RMP分析的思维,可以从文化旅游开发的资源（R）、市场（M）、产品（P）三个方面来观察文化旅游开发对相关文化产业如何产生影响,并据此构建相关思路图示。

乡村旅游在县域经济产业体系中占有很重要的位置。通过对玉屏侗族自治县乡村旅游优劣势的分析,寻找乡村旅游资源开发中的问题及困难,并探讨促进乡村旅游健康发展的有效途径。     

Child sex tourism: extending the borders of sexual offender legislation

Child sex tourism, the act of traveling to engage in sexual acts with minors, plagues developing nations worldwide. Several laws have been passed internationally in recent years designed to curtail this practice. Government entities and human rights organizations have driven these efforts. United States citizens represent a significant proportion of participants in child sex tourism. The PROTECT Act of 2003 prohibits United States citizens from participating in sexual acts with minors while traveling, and establishes extraterritorial jurisdiction. The case of Michael Lewis Clark, the first United States citizen convicted under this legislation, is highlighted. Child sex tourism poses unique issues to courts that will require ongoing clarification as challenges arise. This article discusses potential future challenges, describes strategies to address this problem, and relates this issue to psychiatry. Mental health providers may have the role of evaluating both the victims and perpetrators of child sex tourism. The authors propose a classification system for offenses and an initial list of topics to discuss with victims. The authors also describe the proper mechanism for reporting United States citizens suspected of participating in child sex tourism.
