随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,新疆少数民族大学生国家认同教育更具有紧迫性和时代性。国家认同是国家统一和社会稳定的基础,而新疆是境内外敌对势力利用民族、宗教、文化对我国进行渗透和分裂的前沿,大学生是祖国的未来,也是敌对势力争取的对象。对新疆高校少数民族大学生国家认同教育进行研究和分析,提出新疆少数民族大学生国家认同教育的有效路径,推行国学教育,充分发挥课堂教学的主导作用;以校园文化为载体,积极开展国家认同教育;大力发展国家通用语言教育等,为新时代中华民族多元一体融合奠定更加坚实的基础。     

In the Eye of the Reformer: Higher Education Personnel Perspectives on Campus Sexual Assault Policy Implementation

ABSTRACT

Despite recent attention to campus sexual assault (CSA), we know little about how institutions of higher education (IHE) have approached policy reform. Using anonymous web-based survey responses of 190 staff, faculty, and administrators from IHEs, we examined priorities that guided CSA policy implementation, as well as characteristics that explain attitudes toward CSA policy reforms. Respondents were significantly more likely to think policies had improved than to think that CSA is exaggerated or feel frustrated by the process of implementing CSA reforms. Respondents were also more likely to name due process and fairness as a high priority on their campus than creating a victim-centered response or managing the campus’ public image, suggesting that IHEs have carefully considered due process protections as they have implemented policies.     

大学生社会实践存在的不足及其优化

社会实践是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的有效方式之一,对培养大学生思想道德素质、创新能力、专业技能等具有重要的意义。目前,大学生社会实践存在内容单一、脱离实际、流于形式、过于重视成果宣传等问题。因此,高校要使大学生社会实践步入科学规范的良性运行轨道,就必须拓展实践形式和内容,强化组织管理,制定切实可行的考核评价体系。     

当前高校网络道德教育工作探究

大学生是信息时代网络使用的主力军,面对网络立法尚不健全、网络防范技术有待提高的社会现实,高校教育工作者应采取行之有效的措施加强大学生网络道德教育,以增强大学生对全球网络文化的识别能力、道德责任和自律意识,促进大学生全面成才。

听力理解力是具有英语交际能力的一个重要部分,近些年来听力教学在大学英语教学活动中越来越受到师生们的重视。运用图式理论分析了图式和听力理解的内在认知关系;论述了内容图式、形式图式和抽象图式三种不同类型的图式对大学英语听力教学中语言输入的指导。并指出在听力教学实践中,教师在语言输入时注意激活和完善学生的内容图式,影响学生大脑中形式图式的构建和发展,有利于帮助学生建立抽象图式,从而提高学生的听说能力。     

Perceptions and personal experiences of unwanted attention among Portuguese male students

The present study investigated male perceptions and personal experiences of ‘unwanted attention’ (UA), as well as possible associations between perceptions and personal experiences of UA. Ninety-one male college students, from five Portuguese universities, were asked to indicate which of a continuum of 47 behaviours represented UA. Although UA, stalking and harassment are rarely addressed in Portugal, male college students shared a clear understanding of what behaviours constituted UA, with the identification of four main categories of UA behaviours: ‘aggressive’, ‘threatening’, ‘classic’ and ‘dysfunctional attachment’. Almost all participants (96%) reported personal experiences of at least one UA behaviour. There was a minimal relationship between perceptions and personal experiences of the individual behaviours. The findings highlight the widespread risk of male victimisation and the need to legitimise male complaints.     

Alcohol-related crime among college students: a review of research and fruitful areas for future work

College and alcohol are a potent mix. This paper reviews what is known and unknown about college students’ involvement in alcohol-related crime as both offenders and victims. There are three types of alcohol-related crime: psychopharmacological; economic compulsive; and systemic. Research on college students, however, has focused entirely on the first type. Why are the latter two types untouched in the literature? After reviewing research on alcohol-involved psychopharmacological crime among college students, we address this question by drawing on Lewis & Lewis’ taxonomy of ‘negative evidence.’ We outline and assess reasons for the dearth of information on these topics, and draw on these explanations to suggest fruitful areas for future research.
