债券投资者司法救济规则建构论纲

债券纠纷的恰当处理直接关系投资者权益保护和金融市场的整体稳定,不仅要考虑个体纠纷的妥善解决,还要着眼于群体性权利受损的整体救济。当前司法救济机制在债券市场的运行不畅,一方面源于行政权与司法权的纠结关系还未完全理顺,另一方面在于主要基于股票交易模型形成的证券法律责任体系,难以满足当前债券纠纷责任追究的现实需求。面对司法救济规则碎片化和司法实践标准不一的现状,亟须厘清债券纠纷相关主体之间的角色定位和责任的边界,系统性建构一套结合债券自身特点的标准化司法救济规则,解决当前规则混乱和程序迟滞的问题。     

What Could Be the ＂Imaginary Institution＂ of the City？

In his book The Imaginary Institution of Society, the French philosopher Castoriadis wanted to explain the radical change of societies and their diversity; the social imaginary matters, and explains social change. But what is it today？ The Castoriadis＇s answer is mainly a criticism of the imaginary of the bureaucratic society （perfect anticipations）. He hoped more autonomy. In the paper, it is proposed this interpretation of the imaginary of the city： The main myths are personal strength, chance （here the reference is Ulrich Beck＇s book The Risk Society）, and individual happiness （the reference being the works of the French philosopher Lipovetsky）. One is able to explain the discrepancy between public policies （including city planning） and the real social needs. It exists because the doctrines used lag behind the ＂social imaginary significations＂. The concerned fields are the beauty of cities, spatial segregation, women in the city, environment, drugs, etc.     

Do crime hot spots affect housing prices?

ABSTRACT

Our knowledge about what happens to housing values when properties are close to places with high concentrations of crime, often called ‘hot spots’, is limited. Previous research suggests that crime depresses property prices overall, but crime hot spots affect house prices more than crime occurrence does and may affect prices of single-family houses more than prices of flats. Here we employ hedonic price modelling to estimate the impact of crime hot spots on housing sales, controlling for property, neighbourhood and city characteristics in the Stockholm metropolitan region, Sweden. Using a Geographic Information System (GIS), we combine property sales by coordinates into a single database with locations of crime hot spots. The overall effect on house prices of crime (measured as crime rates) is relatively small, but if its impact is measured by distance to a crime hot spot, the effect is non-negligible. By moving a house 1 km further away from a crime hot spot, its value increases by more than SEK 30,000 (about EUR 2,797). Vandalism is the type of crime that most affects prices for both multi- and single-family housing, but that effect decreases with distance from a crime hot spot.

在传统研究视域里,人们较为注重时尚文化对青年价值观的单向影响,而没有深入考察二者之间的双向互动关系,从而未能全面揭示它们之间存在的相互影响规律.实际上,时尚文化以其独特方式介入青年价值观的生成过程、嬗变过程和功能发挥过程,促进价值观生成和变迁.同时,青年形成的价值观又主要通过催生作用、选择作用和引领作用与时尚文化进行互动,创造、甄别和引导时尚文化.我们应该促进积极的时尚文化成为塑造青年价值观的新视界,充分发挥时尚文化的价值意义;应该将社会主义核心价值观融入青年价值观教育之中,以更好支撑时尚文化;应该增强时尚文化与青年价值观之间的互动共进效果,发挥二者正向协同作用.     

论中国特色社会主义的价值自觉

中国特色社会主义的伟大实践是中国共产党领导中国人民正在进行的一场伟大的价值实践活动。价值自觉是价值自信的基础和前提，价值自信是价值自觉的结果和归宿，只有对事实的高度的价值自觉才能铸就对事实的充分的价值自信。唯有中国特色社会主义的价值自觉才能铸就中国特色社会主义的价值自信。中国特色社会主义理论体系要想深入人心、扎根广大人民群众，就必须培育中国特色社会主义的价值自觉，以增强中国特色社会主义的价值自信。中国特色社会主义的价值自信必将铸就中华民族的社会主义价值认同，必将奠定全体人民为了中国特色社会主义的政治理想和价值目标而共同奋斗的重要文化基础。     

“廉能量”的内涵、外延和作用

"正能量"的提出不仅可以整饬社会风气,而且可以通过批判现存的失范现象重塑道德规范,促使人们的行为符合必要的社会规范,因而为群众自觉接受、广泛认同并大力提倡。"正能量"的内核就是"廉"及由其生发的"廉能量"。"廉能量"是指党员干部坚定理想信念、坚守清正廉洁、坚持率先垂范而释放出的强大清廉能量,能够引领、带动民风和社会风气聚合、裂变出更大的社会正能量。"廉能量"的聚合、释放、传递,对净化心灵、端正行为、提振精神,实现党风与社会风气的良性互动提供支撑点和动力源。     

中国梦背景下民办高校核心价值观的建构

民办高校核心价值观建设为我国高校的发展方向提供思想指导和精神动力；为凝聚高校思想精神提供信念和内涵上的不竭源泉；为促进高校创新式发展提供强大的智力支持；为高校的校园文化建设提供丰富具体的价值尺度。民办高校核心价值观是高校校园文化的核心和灵魂，是凝聚全体校园人共同奋斗的精神动力。因此，建构高校核心价值观是高校自身发展的内在要求。

社会转型期,当代青年对传统价值观的认知呈现出明显的矛盾,本文从认知现状显示出的困境及成因人手,着重分析社会主义核心价值观中的传统价值观部分,按照社会主义核心价值体系的要求,探讨传统价值观在构建当代青年社会主义核心价值观过程中的自主引导作用。
