从新疆 13个地区的 2 5个规模化猪场采集猪流产胎儿、死胎和血清等病料 330 0余份 ,进行血清学和病原学检测 ,查明猪瘟和伪狂犬病、猪生殖和呼吸综合征是造成规模化猪场猪繁殖障碍的主要疫病 ;并通过试验研究 ,提出了防制方案 ,在生产中推广应用取得了较好的效果     

Population size or population density? An empirical examination of scale economies in South Australian local government, 2015/16

ABSTRACT

Advocates of amalgamation typically claim that substantial scale economies flow from municipal mergers, which generate larger local government entities by population size. We examined whether economies of scale exist in council outlays by analysing the expenditure of 68 South Australian local government areas using data from the 2015/16 financial year. However, given the correlation between population size and population density it is important to determine whether the influence of population size on expenditure is due to variations in population density. We find that when local government areas are stratified into subgroups on the basis of population density, the evidence of economies of scale largely evaporates. From a policy perspective, this suggests that in place of municipal mergers, policymakers should instead explore avenues for shared service arrangements in those functions which exhibit scale economies.     

我国外汇储备的规模与风险规避

本文通过分析国家外汇管理局年报中外汇管理形势以及我国外汇储备的规模,指出了在当前全球经济金融形势下我国巨额外汇储备面临的风险,提出应从改善我国内部经济发展模式着手,通过人民币国际化等途径进行风险规避的建议。     

金融危机对广西县域中小企业的影响及对策

金融危机就是一道“危”与“机”的“旋转门”。本轮国际金融危机使广西县域中小企业既面临着融资难度加剧、资金链条面临断裂、市场需求萎缩、企业利润普遍下跌、信心严重受挫等危机影响，又面临着承接东部产业、政策高度关注、技术改造升级、低成本发展等机遇。广西县域中小企业须采取超常措施加快中小企业的反周期发展，方能引领广西县域经济走出低谷，实现崛起与“民富”。     

从日本的经验看我国农民增收的出路

日本农业发展的基本特征是人多地少,但是却用了较短时间实现了农民收入的大幅提高。日本农民增收的成功经验包括:(1)把农户耕地经营规模保持在现代生产要素规模经营的合适标准上;(2)工业和城市分散布局,为农民兼业提供了广阔的空间;(3)强大的外向型工业带动了农业发展和剩余劳动力的转移;(4)政府财政对农业实行高额补贴;(5)发挥农协的积极作用。这些经验对探讨实现我国农民增收的出路具有重要的启示。     

肿瘤伴失眠患者的热敏腧穴分布情况及热敏灸临床疗效观察

目的 观察热敏灸和口服艾司唑仑治疗肿瘤患者失眠的临床疗效,统计肿瘤伴失眠患者高频热敏化腧穴分布。方法 将70例肿瘤伴失眠患者随机分为对照组35例和试验组35例。对照组采用口服艾司唑仑治疗方案,该组于药物治疗展开前进行1次热敏化腧穴探查,并对热敏化腧穴予以记录;试验组进行热敏化腧穴探查并记录其热敏化腧穴后,依据探查结果选取灸感较好的两个穴位进行为期2周、每日1次的热敏灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale, SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale, SDS)评分,治疗后以及随访时基于两组患者PSQI评分进行疗效比较。结果 两组患者治疗后PSQI评分均较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);两组患者随访时PSQI评分以及治疗前与随访时PSQI评分的差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后SAS评分、SDS评分均较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后SAS评分、...     

Social media video analysis methodology for sarin exposure

As social media becomes increasingly ubiquitous, many events are recorded and released on social media platforms, including chemical weapon attacks. We develop an objective tool in order to evaluate brief and unstructured social media videos for analysing sarin exposure from a civilian medical pathology perspective. We developed and validated this new questionnaire using a standardized procedure that includes content domain specification, item pool generation, content validity evaluation, a pilot study, and assessment of reliability and validity. In total, 51 sarin attacks and 48 matched videos were analysed. Cronbach’s α for all 20 items was 0.75, which indicates adequate internal reliability. The test–retest reliability was 0.96, which indicates good internal reliability. The inter-observer intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.97. After verifying sampling adequacy with the Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin measure and the factorability of the items with Barlett’s test of sphericity, a factor analysis was performed. According to the principal axis factoring, a six-factor solution explained 51.86% of the total variance. The receiver-operating characteristic curve analysis showed that the Video Score Questionnaire has a sensitivity of 0.817, a specificity of 0.478, and an efficiency of 65.3. Therefore, the Video Score Questionnaire is reliable and valid for evaluating sarin attacks from brief and unstructured social media videos.

利用ImageXpress系统灰度特征区分激光打印复印一体机的打印及复印文件初探

目的探索区分激光打印复印一体机的打印文件及复印文件的方法。方法利用ImageXpress系统对理光MP4000BSP激光打印复印一体机的打印文件和复印文件进行灰度特征值的测量。结果两种文件的灰度平均值的平均值和95%置信区间存有明显的差异,且这种差异较为稳定：打印件的平均值约为50,而复印件约为53;打印件的95%置信区间介于50和51.5之间,而复印件的置信区间介于52.5与54之间。结论本方法通过量化对激光打印复印一体机打印及复印文件进行区分是可行的。     

Marching to the Left? Programmatic Competition and the 2017 Party Manifestos

This article analyses the content of the 2017 general election manifestos, and introduces the latest estimates from the Manifesto Project to explore recent ideological movements in the British party system. It reports the changing policy emphases in Conservative and Labour manifestos and the ideological positions of the major political parties in 2017. It finds that Theresa May's party produced its most left‐wing manifesto since 1964, and that Jeremy Corbyn's party produced its most left‐wing manifesto since 1992 and the election before the advent of New Labour. The article also finds that the ideological space between the Conservatives and Labour opened up in 2017, and that Northern Ireland's Democratic Unionists published the most right‐wing manifesto.
