创新采油队劳动组织形式的对策与建议

近年来,随着胜利油田勘探开发的不断发展,开发管理区域逐渐扩大,基层采油队的管理区域、管理手段和方式也发生了很大变化。如何创新采油队劳动组织形式、有效提高基层劳动效率成为面临的一项重要课题。通过分析采油队劳动组织的基本情况,找到影响采油队劳动组织形式的因素,剖析当前采油队实行的典型轮班方式的优缺点,提出改进和创新采油队劳动组织形式的对策和建议。     

Photovoice as a Pedagogical Tool in the Community Psychology Classroom

Constructivist perspectives contend that individuals actively extract and make meaning from the world around them. In the classroom this means that students are not passive recipients or repositories for our theories and empirical findings; instead, they actively redefine and relate to (or not) the concepts presented. To simultaneously stimulate and build on this process, I adopted Photovoice as a pedagogical tool to situate students as observers of their own community and create space for them to engage in participatory, community-focused meaning making activities. By employing strategically crafted framing questions, students generated Photovoice data that served as a powerful jumping off point for discussing key community psychology concepts. In addition, the Photovoice process provided students the opportunity to directly experience a participatory research process as well as engage in basic qualitative data analysis. This article presents the general process my class undertook as well as qualitative feedback from students.

面对中国经济发展方式转变和产业升级的现实要求,要保持经济社会长期可持续发展,科技创新要实现快速发展,而金融作为现代经济的核心,没有金融的带动,就没有高新技术的持续开发和产业化。要继续推进产业转型升级,必须促进科技和金融结合,进一步创新体制、制度和机制。该文通过分析中国目前科技创新与金融融合存在的问题,从科技创新企业融资、金融机构科技投资、政策性科技与金融结合等角度,提出有利于科技创新型的金融支持体系和服务平台的政策建议。     

以金融创新推动社会保障体系完善的研究——基于金融与社会保障互动发展的视角

随着我国社会保障制度建设取得突破性进展,社保体系对金融资产、金融服务产生了多样化的需求。特别是在我国社会保障体系尚不尽完善的大背景下,基金筹资渠道、基金保值增值、社保统筹层次、社保经办服务、城乡二元结构等方面问题仍较突出,亟待寻求社会保障发展的金融"解码"。这就需要准确把握金融创新与社会保障发展的结合点,通过金融产品创新、投资创新、管理创新、服务模式创新以及体制创新等一系列金融创新路径逐一解决社保发展的难点问题,进而推动社会保障体制进一步完善。     

政府人本管理模式创新——以合肥市为例

当前在政府管理活动中推行人本管理有很重要的现实意义。合肥市政府管理在践行政府人本管理的理论中取得了很大成效,可以归纳出合肥特色的"八大创新模式",这"八大创新模式"有其各自的创新之处。在与其他城市政府管理的对比中,合肥市政府管理模式在政府各部门软科学建设、政府目标管理模式绩效、城市规划模式策划落实、行政服务中心模式建设、社区管理模式建设、生态环境模式建设及文化模式建设上仍需创新发展。     

Innovations in Constructing the Framework of China's Environmental Code —Referencing the Framework of China's Civil Code

The success in compiling China's Civil Code benefits from factors such as China's complete system of civil law statutes, the methodology of the Pandekten System, and the private-law attributes of civil laws, etc. To construct the framework of China's environmental code, it is necessary to reference that success for theoretical and structural innovations. In addition, the fundamental features and inherent issues of China's existing environmental law system, such as its breadth, the extensiveness of origins of environmental law, the multiple implication of environmental legal relations, and the compound nature of the environmental legal liability system, should be taken into account. The layout structure of General—Specifics should be adopted for compiling China's environmental code, while moderate codification and extraction of the common factor (vor die Klammer zu ziehen) for connection with applicable rules of specific laws should serve as construction principles and methods for compiling the framework of China's environmental code. The environmental code should have five parts: General ; Pollution Prevention and Control ; Nature Conservation ; Green and Low-Carbon Development ; and Ecological and Environmental Responsibility.     

社会工作视域下的社会管理创新

加强社会管理创新是新世纪党和政府提出的重要任务之一。在社会工作视域下加强社会管理创新研究具有很重要的意义,可以帮助我们在政府职能优化、管理科学化,在政治体制改革、中国特色社会主义管理体制建构、高校服务社会的功能发挥等理论问题上有更多的思考和认识。     

试论推进马克思主义理论创新应处理好的几个关系

从马克思主义理论创新的经验看，除了正确处理理论与实践这一基本关系外，还有几个重要理论关系必须处理好。它们是：马克思主义信仰与教条主义的关系、马克思主义发展中的统一性与多样性的关系、马克思主义与反马克思主义思潮的关系、指导思想统一与学术研究自由的关系、马克思主义理论创新主体之间的关系。
