构建和谐的高校体育教育环境

依据中共中央国务院《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》和教育部颁布的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》及《全国学校体育工作会议》精神及为指导思想，针对目前我国普通高校体育教学状况进行研究分析，提出教学改革基本思路和发展策略，促进整体水平的提升，为新时期和谐高校体育教学改革提供可借鉴的理论依据。     

大学生“网络成瘾”问题的成因及对策探析

“网络成瘾”是一种心理障碍,它不利于大学生个体的身心健康发展,影响他们的学业,有时甚至还会危及他们的生命。“网络成瘾”问题的形成既有网络媒体特性的因素,也有大学生个体自身人格缺陷和现实社会生活压力的因素。本文从探讨大学生“网络成瘾”的成因着手,提出了预防和治疗大学生“网络成瘾”问题的有效对策。     

高校实行流动学生干部制的思考

我国高校学生干部往往是"终身制"占的比例较高,这不利于人才的培养。在高校实行流动学生干部制,让更多的大学生拥有担任学生干部的机会,对于推进素质教育、优化高校人才培养质量将大有裨益。     

社会支持与人格对大学生应对方式的影响

将横断研究与纵向研究相结合,对660名大学生进行了问卷调查,结果发现,社会支持和人格对同期和两年后应对方式均分别具有显著的独立主效应;高支持组"筹划行动"、"寻求支持"、"主动克制"显著高于低支持组,而"停滞放弃"则显著低于低支持组;同期及两年后应对方式的比较均发现,"开朗-果断"型人格者"筹划行动"、"寻求支持"等得分显著高于"拘谨-温和"型人格者,而"停滞放弃"等得分则显著低于后者;人格比社会支持对应对方式的影响力更持久.     

The Effects of University Patenting and Licensing on Downstream R&D Investment and Social Welfare

A central argument behind the Bayh-Dole Act presumed that firms had no incentives to invest in downstream R&D aimed at developing university inventions committed to the public domain. The empirical evidence on university patenting and licensing is partly at odds with the premises of this argument. Non-exclusive licensing of university patents has been common and lucrative, and in the area of biomedical technologies university patents and licensing restrictions may be a hindrance to downstream R&D, rather than a stimulus. The paper presents a model of R&D competition based on a university invention where appropriability conditions are defined by the patentability of downstream innovations and imitation opportunities. A comparison of equilibria under “open access” to university inventions and under “university patenting” shows that only under restrictive conditions the latter regime results in increased R&D investment and social welfare. In general, university licensing royalties are therefore a poor gauge of social welfare gains from university patenting. This is an extensive revision of the paper “University Patents, R&D Competition, and Social Welfare” presented at the conference on University Spin-Offs at the Université du Québec à Montréal on February 27th, 2004. 新时期大学生社会政治信仰教育探究

用代表人民共同利益的崇高信仰教育大学生,是培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人的迫切需要.从上个世纪70年代末到本世纪初,随着国内和国际局势的巨变,大学生的社会政治信仰也发生了嬗变,共产主义理想正在弱化.高校思想政治教育作为大学生理想信念教育的主阵地,从实际出发,结合大学生的切身利益,以多种形式循序渐进,有利于提高大学生社会政治信仰教育的实效性.     

The next steps in academic integrity — education,awareness, norms,duty and law

We conducted and analyzed several internet surveys in order to understand the profile of global research integrity and ethical awareness, encompassing global population distribution. These were (1) the global distribution of Committee of Publishing Ethics (COPE) membership; (2) the global distribution of "Integrity" or "Ethics" journals; (3) the level of academic integrity awareness in European higher education institutions and (4) awareness of academic integrity in the top universities of Asia and Africa. The results of this survey series highlight seriously imbalanced awareness of research integrity and publishing ethics across the world, especially in developing areas with the highest population density. We therefore propose a new index, the "Academic Integrity Awareness Index" for future discussions across the linked spheres of publishing and research.

休闲文化背景下对高校德育若干问题的思考

高校德育应对休闲文化的影响力给予充分观照。德育目的的调适应与学生休闲生活的展开相统一。德育模式的改变应注重在休闲生活中学生的参与和互动。德育资源的整合开发应充分发挥休闲文化的整合器功能。德育学科的发展应尽早形成新的分支——咻闲德育学。
