中国人权的形象展示——访中国人权研究会副会长兼秘书长董云虎

2006年11月17日-26日,国务院新闻办公室、中国人权研究会和中国人权发展基金会在北京民族文化宫联合举办了“中国人权展”,先后有近万名国内外观众参观了这次展览,展览引起了国内外媒体的广泛关注。展览结束后,本刊记者就有关话题采访了中国人权研究会副会长兼秘书长董云虎,现予刊出。

互联网电子邮件服务管理办法实施

国务院新闻办公室、信息产业部2005年9月25日联合发布了《互联网新闻信息服务管理规定》，这是我国规范互联网新闻信息服务的一个重要规章。《规定》自发布之日起施行，同时废止《互联网站从事登载新闻业务管理暂行规定》。该《规定》的主要内容包括：（1）互联网新闻信息服务包括通过互联网登载新闻信息、提供时政类电子公告服务和向公众发送时政类通讯信息。
