浅探校企合作在服装领域中的应用研究

服装业是一个瞬息万变的时尚产业,它需要快速出击、快速反应、快速调整的机制与之相适应。服装高等教育应该针对社会和企业需求,以就业为导向,培养适合服装产业发展的创新型、技术型、应用型人才。     

谋划“改革顶层设计” 跨越“中等收入陷阱”

中国30多年的改革取得了辉煌成就,由低收入国家跃升到中等收入国家,面临着跨越＂中等收入陷阱＂的考验。中央提出＂改革顶层设计＂方略,登高望远、总揽全局,应对新挑战。在新的历史条件下,不应停留在＂摸论思维＂上,应当加强理论支撑,并吸取世界各国跨越＂中等收入陷阱＂的经验。我国在今后一段时期,重点应放在社会体制改革上。     

谈监狱论辩口才活动中的谋略设计

谋略作为一门学问、一种方法被应用于各个领域,在监狱论辩口语表达中更是将谋略提升到了智慧、辩才与勇气相统一的境界。文章阐述了监狱论辩口才的定义并概括了谋略及谋略设计的概念,通过对论辩与谋略内在联系的深入探讨与分析,将监狱论辩口才实例与谋略设计巧妙结合,得出了监狱论辩口语表达中谋略的设计方法,强调了谋略设计在监狱论辩口语表达中的重要性,旨在为监狱人民警察的论辩口才活动起到抛砖引玉的作用。     

Eyes on the ballot: Priming effects and ethnic voting in the developing world

Many countries include candidate photographs on ballots to facilitate autonomous, correct voting. However, the possible unintended consequences of these aspects of ballot design have not been sufficiently considered. We argue that photographs have the potential to increase ethnic voting, particularly by priming individuals to consider identity when making their electoral decisions. We conducted an experiment days prior to the 2011 Ugandan elections, in which subjects marked mock ballots including, or excluding, candidate photographs. We find that photographs increased ethnic voting, and our evidence indicates a priming effect, while ruling out learning as a likely alternate explanation. Subtle stimuli at the end of a campaign can affect ethnic voting in developing countries by altering identity salience.     

Getting things straight: The effects of ballot design and electoral structure on voter participation

This paper considers the implications of the straight-party voting option (STVO) on participation in judicial elections. Voters using straight-party options (by definition) do not vote for candidates in nonpartisan elections. Consequently, ballot roll-off in these elections is more likely to occur when people are given the chance to vote the party ticket and complete the voting process quickly. This is the case because nonpartisan judicial elections are considerably less salient than statewide and federal partisan elections. This article separates out the effects of the institutional structure of the election on political participation with the effects of ballot design. We find that in nonpartisan elections, the straight-party option decreases voter participation since voters who utilize the straight-ticket option may erroneously believe that they have voted for these nonpartisan offices, or simply ignore them. However, in nonpartisan elections without straight-ticket voting, participation is increased compared to nonpartisan elections with straight-ticket voting. Additionally, both forms of nonpartisan elections have less participation than partisan elections, all of which have the straight-ticket option. Thus, voter participation is affected not only by the type of election, but the type of voting rules in the election.

用新设计引物调查武汉汉族Penta D和Penta E基因座遗传多态性

目的　研究PentaD和PentaE基因座分型引物设计 ,调查PentaD和PentaE基因座在武汉汉族人群中的遗传多态性。方法　用重新设计的PentaD和PentaE基因座分型引物 ,采用热启动PCR和PAGE技术对 2 81名武汉地区汉族无关个体进行分型调查 ,并将其分型结果与Promega公司的PowerPlexTM16系统荧光标记复合扩增试剂盒分型结果进行比较。结果　新设计引物扩增产物的片段大小范围分别为 15 3～ 198bp和 10 7～ 2 12bp ,其分型结果与PowerPlexTM16系统的分型结果完全一致 ,且用银染法检测的灵敏度显著提高 (由 0 5ng提高到 0 2ng)。PentaD和PentaE基因座在武汉汉族群体分别检出 10个和 2 1个等位基因 ,其基因型频率分布均符合Hardy Weinberg平衡。家系调查证实了其等位基因的传递符合孟德尔遗传规律。两基因座的个体识别能力 (DP)分别为 0 92 62、 0 9860 ,非父排除率 (PE)分别为 0 665 1、 0 83 2 5。结论　新设计引物用于PentaD和PentaE基因座的分型检测准确可靠 ,两基因座多态性程度高 ,在法医学个人识别和亲子鉴定中具有使用价值。     

我国金融市场准入监管的理念重构及功能实现

基于当前金融市场准入监管制度存在诸多困境，我国应当在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上，从理念重构和制度设计两个方面来保障金融市场准入监管功能的实现，这包括具体制度的合理设计、配套制度的完善以及法律规则的体系化等三个方面。     

建筑节能与现代物业管理关联性剖析

文中从建筑节能新标准的角度,分析了建筑节能的现状及建筑节能的重要性。对建筑节能设计理念、节能材料、节能设备、工艺的选用、节能政策与节能管理、建筑节能和物业管理的关联性进行了剖析,提出物业管理是建立和谐社会、节约型社会的基础,是政府节能普法教育的关键环节。开展建筑节能工作能提高人居社会品质,具有良好的社会经济效益,新的节能型物业管理是一种生活态度。
