自拟固肾育胎方加减内服结合穴位贴敷治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产25例

目的 观察自拟固肾育胎方加减内服结合穴位贴敷对肾虚型早期先兆流产的治疗效果。方法 将50例肾虚型早期先兆流产患者随机分成研究组和对照组,每组25例,对照组给予黄体酮注射液肌肉注射,研究组在对照组疗法基础上给予自拟固肾育胎方加减内服结合穴位贴敷,两组疗程均为10 d。观察两组治疗前后症状积分改变情况,比较两组的临床疗效。结果 两组患者治疗后主要症状（下腹疼痛或坠胀、腰膝酸软、阴道出血）和次要症状（夜尿频、精神倦怠、肢体困倦、头晕耳鸣）积分均显著降低(P＜0.05),且研究组上述积分降低程度均显著大于对照组(P＜0.05)。研究组患者先兆流产的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 在黄体酮注射液肌肉注射的基础上,自拟固肾育胎方加减内服结合穴位贴敷可明显改善肾虚型早期先兆流产患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。     

论先秦法家的价值体系

法家的政治理论,包括法、术、势三大方面。商鞅重＂法＂,申不害重＂术＂,慎到重＂势＂,韩非作了批判总结,提出了君、势、法、术相结合的系统理论。势,指君主的权势、权力;法,指由君主统一公布施行的法律、法令;术,指君主的统治术。三者虽有各自相对独立的价值,但＂皆帝王之具也＂,都是君主权力的表现,也是维护君主权力的工具。在法家的价值体系中,＂君主＂是＂神圣＂的化身,＂权势＂是＂胜众＂的资本,＂法制＂是治世的法宝,＂术数＂是御臣的工具。君主处于最高的价值层次,居于主体地位,而作为＂帝王之具＂的势、法、术则属于较低的价值层次。或者说,君主是＂目的性＂价值,势、法、术是＂工具性＂价值。法家价值体系的逻辑结构为：君←势（权）←法←术。     

实验性早期心肌缺血补体C5的免疫组织化学研究

建立大鼠急性心肌缺血模型。应用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析技术 ,对急性心肌缺血早期不同缺血时间心肌细胞内补体C5的变化进行研究。结果发现 :C5在心肌缺血 15min即可出现阳性反应 ,并随缺血时间的延长 ,其反应面积逐步增大。心肌细胞内C5阳性是早期心肌缺血的敏感指标 ,免疫组织化学染色法检测心肌细胞内C5的变化可望成为早期心肌缺血死后诊断的一种有意义的手段     

Racial Identity and Academic Achievement in the Neighborhood Context: A Multilevel Analysis

Increasingly, researchers have found relationships between a strong, positive sense of racial identity and academic achievement among African American youth. Less attention, however, has been given to the roles and functions of racial identity among youth experiencing different social and economic contexts. Using hierarchical linear modeling, the authors examined the relationship of racial identity to academic outcomes, taking into account neighborhood-level factors. The sample consisted of 564 African American eighth-graders (56% male). The authors found that neighborhood characteristics and racial identity related positively to academic outcomes, but that some relationships were different across neighborhood types. For instance, in neighborhoods low in economic opportunity, high pride was associated with a higher GPA, but in more advantaged neighborhoods, high pride was associated with a lower GPA. The authors discuss the need to take youth’s contexts into account in order to understand how racial identity is active in the lives of African American youth.

Prospect theory and presidential elections: Two cases from Yugoslavia and Serbia

Why do presidents in semi-presidential regimes sometimes call early elections? Is the behavior of incumbent presidents different from the behavior of presidential contenders when the former do not need to run for office but face the loss of parliamentary majority in a semi-presidential system? Prospect theory claims that agents make risky choices when facing a loss. Consequently, if incumbent presidents face a loss of majority in the parliament, they will call for early election to try to shore up or salvage the majority. To provide empirical evidence supporting this claim, prospect theory has been applied to the two presidential elections in Yugoslavia and Serbia in which two incumbent presidents, Slobodan Milo?evi? (2000) and Boris Tadi? (2012), had lost early presidential elections. The expected contribution of the paper is to deepen our understanding of how semi-presidential regimes resolve the problem of temporal rigidity and offer novel empirical data in support of the application of prospect theory in political science.     

Reproduction and family building strategies in early modern Japan: Evidence from two northeastern farming villages

Drawing data from the local population registers called “ninbetsu-aratame-cho," this study examines the patterns and covariates of reproduction and family building in two farming villages in northeastern Japan in 1716–1870. Marriages in these villages were very early and universal for both sexes, but reproduction within marriage was very low, due in part to curtailment of reproduction at relatively young ages, but also to long intervals between recorded births. Stopping and spacing of family building were achieved primarily by an extensive use of sex- and parity-specific infanticide, which enabled peasant couples to control the size and gender-sequence of their progeny. Women's positions within their household and in the village also influenced their family building processes. Peasant couples in these preindustrial Japanese farming villages were active planners of their reproductive life.

SARS疫情的爆发,对于我国政府是个极大的考验,从最初的仓促应战到后来的矫枉过正,充分暴露了我国政府管理体制中存在的诸多问题,我们应该从危机管理的角度,认真总结经验教训,把危机转化为工作的契机,切实推进我国政府危机管理机制的建设.危机管理不同于常态管理,有其自身的特点.依据危机周期的发展进程,危机管理机制主要包括预警机制、救治机制和恢复机制三个方面.为进一步建立和健全我国的政府危机管理机制,针对我国目前危机管理中存在的问题,当前必须努力做好转变政府职能、完善危机法律、公开公共信息以及加强社会组织建设四方面的工作.
