Wird der Fahrzeughalter als Insasse des von ihm gehaltenen Kraftfahrzeuges bei einem Verkehrsunfall verletzt, so muss er sich – anders als ein Fahrgast, der nicht Beteiligter im Sinne der §§ 8 und 11 EKHG ist – auf seinen Schmerzengeldanspruch das Verschulden des Lenkers anrechnen lassen.     

黔东苗语“来”义动词lo^4与ta^2语义差异的认知解读

lo^4与ta^2 是黔东苗语中描述某物从别处向说话人靠近的位移动词,即"来"(COME)义动词。二者表达相同观察视角下的同一位移过程,却有不同的意象图式:lo^4所描述的运动事件的动体在社会空间归属上原本就属于观察点(即归来),起、终点在同一个空间内,属单纯的"路径"图式;ta^2 所述运动事件的动体并不属于观察点(即非归来),起、终点分属不同的空间,属起点套叠有容器在内的"容器-路径"图式。二者作趋向补语、结果补语(可能补语)、状态补语以及事态助词时所表达的语义都体现了意象图式投射的差异性。     

Political Dimensions In Aino Kallas’s Texts

This article focuses on how the Finnish-Estonian literary author Aino Kallas (1878–1956) worked with fact and fiction in order to activate a political dimension in her works. I offer an interpretation inspired by the literary theorist Jacques Rancière, whereby the short story Bernhard Riives is discussed in terms of the creation of new political subjects. When Kallas toured the USA and Canada in 1926 she opened her recitals by giving a historical background that could explain the events of her fictive story. The interplay between fact and fiction politicized both the original story and the event of the public reading, I argue, but in ways that were out of the control of the author.     

Between competition and centralization: the new infrastructures of European finance

Ongoing European financial market integration relies on the creation of harmonized and centralized market infrastructures: the little-known institutions and systems that settle financial transactions across borders. Since the constitutional conception of market integration within the EU entails creating ‘a level playing field’ for competition, a fundamental problem emerges of how to provide that centralization and harmonization without violating the core principles of an open market economy either through private monopolization or public privatization. The paper presents a socio-technological study of a recent major infrastructure initiative by the European Central Bank, called Target2 Securities (T2S). Embedding the analysis of the struggles and debates around the birth and development of T2S in an analysis of the structural problem of competition and centralization in European financial market integration, the paper suggests an alternative perspective to that of performativity currently dominating the research field.     

BHK-21细胞蛋白样品双向凝胶电泳条件的优化

分别从BHK-21细胞处理方法、样品上样量、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶浓度和染色方法4个方面优化了BHK-21细胞蛋白双向凝胶电泳的技术条件,以为口蹄疫病毒感染细胞比较蛋白质组学研究奠定基础。结果表明,处理细胞时,采用超声破碎方法优于反复冻融方法;用考马斯亮蓝染色时,7cm胶条上样量为100μg时图谱的蛋白点较多且分离清晰;浓度为10%的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶所得的蛋白点较多;通过2种染色方法的比较,硝酸银染色方法优于考马斯亮蓝染色方法。优化后的双向凝胶电泳技术得到的图谱,蛋白点多且清晰,重复性好,拖尾现象减少,符合软件分析的要求,可用于口蹄疫病毒感染BHK-21细胞蛋白质组学研究。     

猪圆环病毒2型ORF2与EGFP融合蛋白表达载体的构建及在鸭心肌细胞中的表达

为研究猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)ORF2基因在异源细胞上的表达及生物学特性,构建了PCV2ORF2与增强型绿色荧光蛋白(EGFP)的融合基因真核表达载体pEGFP-N1-ORF2。采用脂质体法转染体外培养的鸭心肌细胞后,通过直接荧光观察EGFP-ORF2融合蛋白在鸭心肌细胞中的分布定位,经RT-PCR、间接免疫荧光方法检测ORF2基因在鸭心肌细胞中的表达。结果显示,转染48 h后有绿色荧光出现,RT-PCR和间接免疫荧光法检测均为阳性。证实,PCV2 ORF2基因在鸭心肌细胞内获得了成功表达。     

The use of Hemastix® severely reduces DNA recovery using the BioRobot® EZ1

Abstract: The choice of reagents for presumptive tests for blood, and subsequent extraction methodologies, can significantly affect both the quantity and quality of purified DNA. Blood samples directly tested with Hemastix^® yielded <1% of the DNA recovered from untested samples when purified using the Qiagen BioRobot^® EZ1 and EZ1^® DNA Investigator kit. Full short tandem repeat profiles were obtained from both tested and untested samples, suggesting that the Hemastix^® reagent(s) affect DNA binding, rather than produce DNA damage. The Hemastix^® inhibition of DNA yield could be overcome by the addition of MTL buffer to the sample prior to extraction. Laboratories may wish to modify current procedures for extracting blood samples, utilize other extraction/purification methodologies, or inform their submitting agencies to avoid direct exposure of questioned bloodstains to Hemastix^® reagents.     

妊娠绵羊子宫内膜组织内源性反转录病毒及其受体HYAL2基因表达水平的检测

为了探究内源性反转录病毒(enJSRV)及其受体HYAL2在妊娠蒙古绵羊子宫内膜形成和发育过程中的作用,运用TaqMan实时荧光定量PCR和组织原位杂交技术对其在不同妊娠时期(30、50、70、90、110和130d)蒙古绵羊子宫内膜中的表达规律和分布定位进行了研究。实时荧光定量PCR结果显示,enJS-RV及其受体HYAL2在蒙古绵羊子宫内膜的不同妊娠时期均有表达,通过SPSS统计学软件分析可以看出,妊娠蒙古绵羊子宫内膜组织中enJSRV mRNA的表达于妊娠第30和50天相对较高,70～130d均低于对照组(30d),且差异都极显著,enJSRV与其受体HYAL2mRNA之间亦无线性相关性。原位杂交结果显示,enJSRV及其受体HYAL2mRNA在妊娠第30、50和130天蒙古绵羊子宫内膜的腔上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞、间质及滋养层巨型双核细胞中均有阳性信号表达。表明enJSRV及其受体HYAL2表达于上皮细胞及上皮细胞来源的滋养层巨型双核细胞中,揭示enJSRV及其受体HYAL2在子宫形成过程中和系统防御中可能发挥重要作用。     

自我系统理论：二语学习动机理论的新发展

二语动机能够促进语言学习,给语言学习提供持久的动力,是二语学习过程中一项重要因素。心理学家Dornyei提出的二语动机自我系统理论深层挖掘了学习者二语动机的成因,对外语学习起着举足轻重的作用,是二语动机方面最新的理论成果。目前该理论已日趋完善。     

法学本科教育改革研究

就其性质而言,法学本科教育是一种职业教育。因此让法学本科教育回归职业教育之本位乃当前中国法学教育改革所必须面对的问题。鉴于法律职业与人文精神之间的内在关联性,结合当前中国法学本科教育体制,未来中国法学本科教育有必要采行"一二一"原则,即在学制安排上,一年时间用于人文课程学习,两年时间用于专业课程学习,一年时间用于实践学习。为此,有必要适时调整法学本科教学大纲,增加人文必修课程,科学配置法学专业课程,并为实践学习设定刚性规范。
