“退学处理”的法律性质及其救济途径探析

近年来,因高校的“退学处理”决定而引发的诉讼屡有发生。由于在国家立法的层面对于“退学处理”制度并未作出明确规定,从而导致了各高校在作出该行为时的混乱性和随意性,同时,相对人的合法权益在现有的救济途径下也难以得到有效保护。     

留学生多元文化服务现状调查及思考

"多元文化"是近年国际上兴起的研究领域,我国高校图书馆的留学生多元文化服务与国际图联"公正、公平"的服务要求存在较大距离。高校图书馆的多元文化服务举措为提供多语种馆内指引系统、加强多元馆藏建设、开设针对性培训课程、建立留学生网络页面、举办读者联谊活动、提高图书馆员多元文化素养。     

Academic Inventiveness and Entrepreneurship: On the Importance of Start-up Companies in Commercializing Academic Patents

This article presents research that places the academic start-up phenomenon in the broader technology transfer context. Drawing on data on Finnish academic inventions, the paper illustrates that a considerable share of university-related patents are utilized in start up companies but that still most academic patents are utilized in established and predominantly large firms. Differences in utilization patterns are explored for different fields of science and technology.     

黑龙江省大学生网络道德现状探讨

随着互联网的普及,网络对人们的影响日益加深。自1987年我国开始正式使用网络至今,20余年间互联网的变化让人目不暇接,便捷的方式、巨大的容量使互联网越来越成为高校学生获取知识和信息的重要渠道,成为影响大学生理想信念、道德素养、情感认知等不可或缺的重要途径。因此,关注我省大学生的网络道德现状,保证网络健康发展,培养大学生高尚网络人格就显得十分重要。     

浅议高校大学生的冲突管理

高校学生个体之间和班级群体之间的冲突有时会阻碍学校组织和管理的有效性，会使高校大学生的个人和集体满意度降低，导致学校学生管理工作水平的降低，甚至对学生人身和精神造成永久的伤害，给个人、集体和学校组织造成不可预测的损失。在高校学生管理中需要在大学生冲突产生的过程中辅以解决的方式，采用过程和系统管理的方法，总结出一些基本的对策，对高校学生冲突管理工作有一定的借鉴意义。     

探寻谭其骧先生早年的学术足迹——以暨南大学为中心的考察

20世纪中国杰出的历史地理学家谭其骧早年曾在暨南大学求学三年,抗战胜利后回暨大兼课近两年.目前,已有多篇论著研究其学术思想.本文拟在此基础上,通过查阅<申报>、<谭其骧日记>,结合暨南大学综合档案室所藏的相关档案等,深入刻画谭其骧求学、任教暨大的历史细节,从中探讨求学、任教暨大的经历与其学术生涯的关系,并进一步探讨当时暨南大学的教育环境.     

A family with unusual Kell genotypes

A family in which kKp^a, kKp^b, KKp^b and K^o are segregating confirms the depressing effect of Kp^a on the products of other Kell genes in cis. The significance of such unusual Kell genotypes in forensic testing is discussed.     

Direct fluorometric determination of cyanide in human materials

A detailed procedure of a new simple fluorometric assay for cyanide in human blood, stomach contents and urine is presented. This method requires neither diffusion nor distillation of cyanide from samples; small amounts of the samples were directly added to incubation mixtures, which were then heated at 80 °C for 45 min and acidified for fluorescence measurements. Our method is much more rapid than the previous ones. Some data are presented on specificity and sensitivity of the present method.     

Sudden death in mitral valve prolapse: Associated accessory atrioventricular pathways

Sudden death in patients with mitral valve prolapse is a rare complication with a possible arrhythmic mechanism. We made a detailed postmortem examination of the conduction system in three patients with MVP who died suddenly. One patient who died in cardiac failure had a normal conduction system. The two other patients with no cardiac symptoms prior to death had both accessory atrioventricular pathways.These findings suggest a higher incidence than hitherto known of accessory bypass tracts in patients with MVP who die suddenly, and support the presumption of an arrhythmic cause of death.     

马来西亚公立高校招生政策变更前后的效应分析

为提高土著受教育的机会及缩小族群间的收入差距,马来西亚政府于20世纪70年代初期严格执行了高校固打制(配额制)招生政策。该政策的运行虽然成功的缩小了族群间在教育与收入上的不平等,但却推高了非土著子女的留学浪潮,加重了他们的教育支出。私立高校的扩张和市场化在政府监管制度的缺失下进一步引发了教育质量问题。2002年,固打制(配额制)被绩效制取代,然而在过去的10年中,其公平性依旧受到非土著的质疑。
